This was very good ! It moved the needle back towards the RX . Please next time use a prettier color this silver and back is not helping me to be more firmly with my purchase. Hope the seats are snugg around my body or at least be able to get the F sport seats in the lux RX. Be nice if you could !
I'm sorry but the evolution of the spindle grill is a bit disappointing. It looks like you slap a piece of plastic on top of the grill. For a vehicle this important in your lineup, it should be better. In addition, the engine of the RX is almost similar to the NX. This does not justify the higher price for the RX if almost everything is the same except more room in the RX.
@@CrossCuntyRic I mean the spindle grill on the IS and NX look perfectly fine on those cars, it’s just the weird hump/beak ruining the front of the car
How can you just slap on the screen from the NX . The design looks bad the ES clearly has the best interior now . Lexus knows no matter what they do people will still buy the RX but really it’s disappointing. The old RX felt rich and miles ahead of the NX . Not sure if this feels better but looking at it it feels blah . I have waited for this car and now I am not so sure .
They should fire this guy and his crew. I know they worked on the design for a long time. Then one day they all agreed that this looks good? Any kid know PS can design a better front grill. If people are divided with the looks of it, it means it’s ugly.

It would have been nicer with a larger digital gauge that’s offered in Toyota cars than the ones shown in RX/NX/LX. Doesn’t make sense why it’s only 7 across.
@@tommynguyen6219 Edgy went out with the 1950's Ford Fairlane 500. Who in heck wants a vehicle with sharp edges jutting out? The front end with that continuing awful spindle grille now has a cumbersome front with a big knot on the hood, as if someone got bopped in the head with subsequent swelling. The side view shows an extended front that doesn't mesh with the rest of the vehicle with a cheap-looking ending. No symmetry at all. The rear view is ok and is similar to all other Lexus vehicles. Then, they downgrade the engine to a 4 cylinder at +60k in price. This is an upgrade......? @@valtrus901 so you say no body want to buy a vehicle sharp edge sticking out? You must be on drug. Obviously, Toyota and lexus are number 1 in the world so that mean they do something wrong? So you say lexus should make a hemi RAM Engine with 7 to 8 mile per gallon of gas? Sorry bud, you can keep go looking for that type of engine. Also, you think from v6 to 4 is down grade? You are really lack of knowledge. Did you know most auto manufacturers going down grade engine but more gas mileage and more powerful? So you say down size is bad? So you said the cell phone back in the 90 is is better than small cell phone today? That is the reason why the immigrants like me we work hard and we play hard. It’s seem like you still stuck in the 1950 ERA. Sorry pal
Front end looks horrible. I wouldn't mind the hood/nose bulge if there was a bigger engine or power, but it just look so silly. I don't understand how they don't ask "customer's" what they think of things like this before making it. Almost everything I've read the nose/front end is already a joke... And then the interior screen just looks stuck on. Why have manufactures gone away with integration and having a smooth interior. MB started doing it and it looked awful then, and they are finally now integrating it back INTO the dash... and here we go with Lexus now sticking it on. I love Lexus but some of this stuff is so lame. The rest of the exterior is nice, side profile and rear look nice. It's not mind blowing the changes but it's subtle. Such a shame they made the front end look like a fish head.
Drove a Is 2017 to 2021 now the NX 2021 next the Rx
I’m getting to love this new RX design
Excellent design , excellent discussion
4 cylinder? Why they downgrade it?
Well done, this is a great explanation of your design.
We were thinking NX, but now leaning towards waiting for the new RX. No brainer really.
I tell you my first impression! I want my deposit back!!!
Grille is much nicer than old ugly one
Such a beautiful car. Congratulations on the design 👍👍👍

Ilove lexus

If I’m not mistaken they used silver because it shows more of the cars lines/curves better than any other color.
@@efinch3175 ok I would go with that !

I think everyone gets disappointed with all new versions of Lexus’ grilles lately. And then they just grows on.

I was hoping to see some concept artwork tbh

That hunch of the forehead/front fascia can not be unseen. Well, sales will tell that it's a hit or a miss...
you need to pop all the holes on the front grill. the top two lines

Wow whot a smart looking car if only other car makers would try as hard
Looks like a Porsche to me

Its a shame they discontinued the v6
I like what it's newer

RX mẫu cũ luôn đẹp trong mắt tôi.
The grille looks like a patch! Side profile looks almost unchanged, the screen looks more Toyota than a Lexus.
Its Blah. Looks like the old one but the previous face looks better. The grille looks unfinished
the current model looks nicer (that's one of the reasons I bought it)..... only the interior of the new model is impressive.
