wish i saw this video before i tried making ice cream. It says to use the "Stir" setting, but my mixer only has numbers. So i used the slowest, which is apparently too slow, as the mixture immediately froze into a large glob on the dasher, then broke the dasher off. SO now i have a large glob of frozen cream in my freezer, that's not quite ice cream. Guess i'll have to find another dessert for sunday dinner this week.

What if you turn the screw all the way to the right and the bowl is still too low? My mixer is useless! 😢
