I usually trim the videos down more but there are two reasons why I didnt today. One, I wanted to show the coaching and feedback that happens between rounds. Two, coach blue had some good zingers before we started that I needed to leave in the video.
Bob likes to be a pressure boxer so you can see me backing up to try and reset but he did a good job not always letting me reset.
