This is one of the things why I love in Japan! Eating in yatais and having conversation with friends while master prepares your food.
Love watching these ,even though i cant speak Japanese i can pick up some words here and there, especially cooking terms. Gastronomy is hard work even such a small stall requires a lot of things to keep up with to keep it sanitary and keep customers happy. Sending regards from Poland ❤

What a character! So much fun to watch! And his stall is absolutely beautiful! All that warm colored wood looks calming and inviting. The food looks delicious too! いろんな料理こなして凄いですね。
一昨年の9月に初めて福岡に行って、屋台何個か行きました。札幌からと言うとみんなに驚かれました。長渕剛のライブで行きました。屋台での隣にいたお兄さんも親切で色々お店とか教えてくれて、とても楽しいひと時を過ごせました。
別の屋台で、長渕剛LIVE帰りの人が数人いて盛り上がったし、良いなあー屋台のある暮らし。札幌にもせめて雪のない時期だけでもあればなあー
今度、こちらの店にも行ってみたいですー

2 other video's I've seen of this guy's food stall. He's awesome! If I can ever make it to Fukuoka Yatai I want to visit this Stall, if he doesn't mind foreigners, Some restaurants in Japan do, they don't want to deal with trying to serve an English or other speaking person.

I'm from Hawai'i and my Nihongo sucks, but I can understand alot. This reminds me of a stand outside Miitaka Eki. Talk about a good-hearted motley crew outside the gent's stand about 9 -11 pm! Never was a yasumi hi, except sometimes Sunday. Sometimes.
Er ist ein sehr sympathischer Zeitgenosse. Ich würde gerne weitere Livestreams mit Ihm sehen auch wenn ich natürlich kein Wort verstehe. . Er scheint sehr fleißig und schnell zu sein. 💕

What an adventure in Hakata, Fukuoka. I only had a night here thanks to a typhoon throwing a monkey wrench on my plans in august- but I enjoyed the nightlife food.

I always want to try yatai food, seems so fun enjoying dinner there. But .. the problem most yatai selling pork meat, while i am muslim not allowed to eat it. Although I can choose another foods, but when they put & cook the pork meat in same place/cooking ware, still cant eat it. Thats why i was checking halal resto in Japan as I plan to visit there soon ❤
