Yammy you know how far you have come over the past two years. One thing that I see, is a true man and real man and someone who admits the truth and mistakes. Like you said, you were institutionalised when you come out, your way of life was prison and the mechanics and dynamics of people inside. On the outside its been a new way of life and learning curve for you. With that, its going to be up and down, as you work out how to trust people and build relationships. When you left prison there was no guild book given to you! Social media is a whole new world in itself. The best thing is having control over your own content and life, having your own channel was a important move. Keep up the great work, keep going and look forward to the content coming. 🙏👍❤

Your a good roll model for youngsters. I got another taste of jail culture back in 99, the Dr gave me antidepressants and sent me loopy! Later I discovered I'm bipolar and that was the reason. Ended up in the nut house and was chemically tortured with the liquid cosh but that's another story. Not looking over your shoulder is the only way to live! It was after I got out of jail they gave me it mate and one of the most common side effects is a condition called "AKATHESIA" bruv you wanna crawl out of your own skin! It feels like rocks in your stomach and maggots in your brain! Feels like someone just told you your kids were murdered! It's indescribable! You can't stop moving, I sprained both my feet from walking and still couldn't stop. I'd march for about 3 days then collapse on my bed and fall asleep, blissful!
