I have to figure out how fo find the time to do all that journaling , meditations , exercising because I work 40 plus a week , plus drive time to and bsck from work , make dinner , feed my pets and play with them , dr appointments, grocery shopping , cleaning up the house , laundry etc. I’m to tired and feel like I don’t have enough time in my day as it is
this is so valid. it is difficult to find the time for these things when you have so much on your plate already. don’t overwhelm yourself with trying to figure it all out and implementing all of these things by next week. start with small changes, such as cooking a healthy meal a couple nights a week, or slowly incorporating movement into your weeks, maybe start with 1 day a week. you don’t have to aim for perfection, but small starts. on your drive to work, you can listen to affirmations or you can say out loud things you’re grateful for. these things are all habits that you can practice implementing into your life. just putting it out there that if you focus on how little time you have, that will lower your vibration. be grateful for the little times you do have to take small actions towards the life you want to live ❤️❤️
I think we also tend to think of some tasks taking very long when they can be short. 5 min? You can do a core workout. Meditate. Write a few bullets. Like the person before me said start out adding a little bit 🤍

I just wanted to comment on the distancing ourselves from "toxic people" part which I do definitely understand and agree if the relationship isn't working but I just wanted to mention that personally I don't think some people are purely toxic, sometimes those people are just people who need healing and love at the end of the day or people who let their flaws get the better of them (and of course its no one's responsibility to help them but it can be good to help guide those emotionally hurt/immature people to professional help or some sort of help and to let them know there is help out there) ❤. I personally believe its good to bring love and positivity no matter who people are and to also work on relationships and communicate on how you're feeling if you feel that person is draining your energy or that you may be draining the other person's energy and it would be slightly unfair to randomly distance yourself from friends without communicating or giving them a reason and just because someone is emotionally hurt or maybe flawed which we all can be. Haha sorry for the long rant but yes I don't really agree with purely labelling some people as "toxic" when they could be fighting mental battles just like any other person (although it does not excuse negative actions and they still need to make up for them)❤

I think it is so important to include that there are many types of meditation that involve “meditation in motion“ meditation… People who meditate and quiet their thoughts and connect with their deep inner knowing and self reflection and focus through pottery or running or art or walking or mantra or poetry… I have rarely have ever seen this promoted and understood in meditation advice videos … Yet it is critical and key for us kinaesthetic types. For years I thought I was failing at meditation because I didn’t do the focussed quiet sitting stuff that you’re talking about. I have never done that and then I realized later that I had developed all the things that are spoken of as benefits of meditation in my own ways. Thanks for listening and thanks for your work!
True to walking, running art etc. But it's still good to do the practice of seated meditation, which I teach. It's the same way a dancer does her class where she does movements, exercises etc (that's like meditation.) Then she goes on stage and just dances- that would be your way of doing it in daily activities.

Nice vid. Journaling can also help ground your emotions and helps you you see things with new eyes once its on paper and not circulating in your mind. One of its powers, you mention some good ones too.
