I've been actively working on this for 3 years. There have been setbacks due to what I experience in the world. Some people (employers specifically) have taken advantage of the vibration. It can be hard to overcome what feels like generational and personal samskaras, so it doesn't happen overnight and it is an investment which requires a lot of time away from forced interactions in a Western culture. So, it's a process but, overall, I'm closer. The challenge is real.

Hello I (re)discovered your channel recently and it answered many questions I had. With easy, simple and practical everyday tips! I'm glad that I already practice some of them even if I am still working on making it a habit. I had no idea what to do with all the weird sensations I had since January and how to interpret them. It was kind of unsettling since I feel both exhausted and full of energy. And some of the sensations resemble anxiety a lot, with like you mentioned, a comeback of insomnia and waking up in the middle of the night, difficulties to stay focused even on stuff I am interested in,...
