Steps for a happy life:
1. Practice gratitude
2. Make a connection with God/universe
3. Find your life purpose and work harder than the average
4. Eat healthy
5. Surround yourself w/ supportive people
There’s more to it, like healing and shadow work, in order to be able to love and attract positive circumstances.

If you find your life purpose, working hard on it won't be necessary as it will be natural and the results will show themselves no matter what.
Also when you have Ideas on work or business, don’t share that Info with anyone, because not everyone is going to be happy for you & can Introduce their negative energy into your life. Only mention it AFTER you are successful. This stops people from downing you so easily or even stealing your ideas for themselves.😉
1 limiting beliefs
- call out intrusive thoughts, negative thoughts
- identify your limiting beliefs, on what ab what
- assure yourself with examples which prove your limiting beliefs are wrong
2 visualizations
- set up your dream scenarios and act out with feelings( what’d you feel if it happens), can do it when meditating
- when you are aligned with the energy in that moment, your thoughts will also be aligned to that level of manifestation => faster, stronger manifestations
3 obstacles
- when things don’t go your way and you also accept it, see it as a failures => you push yourself backwards
- use unfortunate situations as opportunities to learn and improve
- have an open mind with different opinions and rejection, don’t be defensive as the first thing. Try to see where did that difference come from and learn, fix, look positively and make your own chances to improve
4 be selective
- don’t be too naive, select the situation to learn or not
- don’t involve yourself in pointless conversations
5 beliefs
- the product of technology, healthcare,… are results of breaking limitations
- believe in yourself, your potential, your power to create your own life
- use imagination to create new, to expand subconscious beliefs
- beliefs are made from experiences => ppl have different beliefs => beliefs are just beliefs. Don’t let them limit you just because you havent experienced it.

This is the core structure to manifestation taught by Joe Dispenza. You must fully feel the belief as true, it can't just be a positive thought, but a thought backed with a feeling to truly manifest change! Its rewiring your brain for change over time, there are tons of meditations Joe Dispenza has for breaking down and rewiring the mind!
Yeah.. I don't know a single guru who doesn't use manifestation 😅
The method of manifestation was actually discovered by José Silva in the mid 1900's, after dedicating himself to helping his kids with school and finding out he was improving his children's intuition. calling it "The Silva Method".
It doesn't matter who discovered it, however I believe if someone deserves credit, it definitely is Mr. Silva 😊
It really works. I'm sitting in the dream home I manifested (in this market!), and not sitting in a wheelchair (ms) from using this method. I came to this video for a tune-up and I'm like, yep, I'm doing this right lol. The key is adding an emotion like gratitude. Having some fantasy time where you're convincing your brain and surrounding energies that this has already happened and really being immersed in those emotions truly is the key to super charging manifestations. Athletes do this when they visualize winning. It's rewiring your brain to be aligned with the energy of having what you're manifesting.

It's been a year and this will forever be in my Inspirational videos. In this year, limiting beliefs that I've held into (when I first watched this video) have faded away. I basically transformed as a person in a year thanks to your videos-- and I am still learning from you!
I love manifesting like this using the Paperman song. When it gets to a few minutes in the music sort of picks up and it makes me feel so excited and giddy inside right when the music just really picks up. I use that part to imagine me getting the thing I want, experiencing the moment I want etc. It literally lights me up inside and so even if I have a hard time getting there mentally that song always makes it happen!

It's not just about what you believe but what you experience can be different from time to time which isn't limited to your beliefs alone. There's all kinds of reasons why people are successful or not.

Loved it! It’s always so good to hear other people remind of this as a lot of folks get hung up on their reality and are unable to see how it could ever change even if they are trying to manifest. Some thing that really stuck with me in another one of your videos with you mentioning how to get there quicker is also by thinking of yourself and living your life in the way that you would as if you already have everything that you’re retaining. If we keep focussing on it being in the future it will always be in our future but if we live it like it’s the now then it will happen. I’m a senior woman. Been through a lot. My daughter blocked me from everything since last 9/2023. She also rejects cards I send her. Don’t have the words for this type of pain. Finally I’m getting myself up with a new Maintenance Daily Plan to keep me on track. Spirit Guide encourages me in SOSOSO MANY WAYS. Something I love to do is make a list of things I'm grateful for and put the things I'm manifesting on there in between the other things. I have the feelings of gratitude going and feeling happy I have those things and so it helps me to get in the same feeling for the things I can't see yet in the 3d (things I'm manifesting). It's amazing how powerful beliefs are. I just went bankrupt because I bravely took a big risk on a financial venture, but it went south and my net worth imploded. My internal limiting beliefs dictated the outcome from the very beginning. I tried manifesting, and taking the action, but nope. Those beliefs need to be changed first. I've been working on changing my beliefs but it feels like a multi-decade project. I started from the very very bottom and I have A LOT of ground to cover still. I've been trying everyday..I appreciate the life lessons either way though.
How do y change your beliefs and mind set?
I really love the idea to look at stories of people who's odds were stacked against them and they were able to make it happen! I have had a hard time with limiting beliefs with getting a new job, because I've made it so close to getting 3 jobs this year and I keep getting second place! So thinking of things this way really helps me to remember that anything is possible. Thank you

our brains configure for us whatever we believe, and it surrounds us with it. That's its job. Starting to believe you already HAVE that which you seek allows your brain to open up thoughts and energies to allow those things to manifest for you. I learned this a long time ago as a teen with weight issues. I went from 220 lbs. and dropped down to 89 pounds and still seen the fat girl in the mirror. One day I was standing next to a girl at the pool in front of the mirror and I saw how much thinner than her I was and I used to tell her she was too skinny. Our brains will not disappoint us, it's good at its job. Be mindful of the thoughts you believe in and focus on... 🙏

Oh my God. What you do with Chess what I'm doing when I'm playing Monopoly on a rare occasion. Alternating between risks and caution. I thought it was just "being unpredictable" by being willy nilly, but it's actually a dual strategy mediated by intuition! You have to make those bold moves even if it's something like trading 2 more expensive yellow properties for 1 red property so that you can make your monopoly. And yes! This type of confidence is what has advanced us in civilization. It's how we've achieved miracles. Thank you for explaining this all in 5 million words. It makes so much more sense that way, haha! 🧡

Being offensive means making plan and put action over than playing safe and suffocating b/w dreams and profession u r dng jst bcoz its secured or u r forced

Just a tip:
I think that to manifest anything, our word should be strong and meaningful to be in alignment with universe.
An individual's word are strong if they tend to say the truth (you can try to not lie by manipulating your words in such a way that you are saying the literal incomplete truth but the listener perceives what you want to them to think). Because the nature of energy is such that it work in way to avoid self contradiction.( Eg electromagnetic field lines never cross, if there are two different magnet's electromagnetic feild line and they cross each other, they tend to oppose one another and try to align themselves by force on the other. The stronger magnet has the most impact. ) ( Eg. Facts cannot be self contradictory and truth can never be hidden by lies, they might be hidden by silence but never lies) (truth is always in alignment with each other and the universe)
In the same way, if someone lies, there words energy are not in alignment with universe so it starts becoming difficult for that person to exist that way and thus becomes weaker. So their next words lose meaning and strenght and keeps turning out to be lies more often...
So don't lie, even in general... especially to yourself.

Do you meditate? If not, try boxed breathing. I too, was having trouble with the heat. Ended up meditating just to relax and 1min. in, I felt my bodies natural coolant system activate
