If your focus is on being “lost” you will feel that disconnection from your alignment. You’ll need to change your focus towards what am I aligned to, what feels good. Try not to be too hard on yourself. You just need to tune in to more things that feel good. And over time you will start feeling more aligned because your focus will have shifted. Good luck to you. I love trains! I’d love to stay in that hotel. A train used to go behind my old house and it was so relaxing. We also had a hotel that was train themed near my house! So cool :)
the way manifestation really clicked for me is that I realized the way I was identifying myself, I was already manifesting a reality I **didn't** want. "I get nervous in front of crowds" "I hate working out" "I'm lazy and unproductive" etc etc. I used to think there was value in these types of thoughts, if I recognize my faults I can change them... when in reality I was perpetuating them by thinking this way. I used to have pretty bad emetophobia. I would get panic attacks if I saw someone get sick even in a movie. I would tell people about my phobia, fixate on it, miss social events because of it and generally be anxious all the time that someone would be sick in front of me. I did all of these things thinking it was protecting me by somehow creating a barrier between myself and what caused these panic attacks. But when I stopped identifying as someone with this phobia, stopped giving it any attention, it slowly went away. Now I can see someone get sick in a film and just be grossed out by it (haha as intended). recently I was even laughing when it happened in a film out of nowhere. This is an odd example, lol, but it honestly changed my life to not have these panic attacks and anxiety anymore!
This was SO good and so thoughtful and actually useful, not the same old 'drink more water, exercise, get more sleep, think positive all the time' repetitive videos on the subject that I have seen over and over. I actually feel empowered and inspired after watching this, thank you!

The story sounds no crazy to me at all. I am hypersensitive to all type of noises, but the sound of train is the one I actually enjoy. It happened I live next to train station and I love when at night the trains drive by, it changes my brain frequencies to the sleep mode and calms me down. Sometimes the room shakes when a heavy train goes by and I enjoy it like a child. LOL You always look beautiful but today OMG 😍

At age 43, I know by now there are some things about myself that will not change. I will never be a great or even a good listener. And the only way I would become a morning person is if the zombie apocalypse happens, lol. I personally find it more freeing to compartmentalize what I know I can work on and what will only cause me more hardship if I try to change. Some people also have to be very careful that they aren't being too perfectionist or disordered about the things they think they "need" to change about themselves. It is much more important to embrace *some* parts of yourself as is, and accept yourself the way you are now. Otherwise, some can get stuck in a cycle of always needing to change something.

Half of me truly believes in the first tip but then again I'm having the worst year of my life with the loss of my emotional support dog, a schizophrenic toxic evil family member moving to my house that keeps attracting bad things to those I love including said dog's death, my elderly father had surgery and was hospitalized, so I'm having a hard time finding the humor or bright side of things I can't control.
Also not a day goes by without me wishing said toxic person to simply drop dead and I don't really think that's healthy to my mind. Any help from anyone reading this is appreciated.
I am so sorry for your dog and your father, when it comes to toxic people, it's important to set boundaries and not react to them, I find vids of Jay Reid and Narcissistic recovery healing for empaths helpful, find vids about how to survive toxic poeple when you have to stay with them also the grey rock method.
