All the glory to God for the composer, the Organ builder, and the wonderful talent of Gert. How wonderful it is that they can do it together as a couple. GLORY TO GOD. God bless you.
Uniek instrument! Uniek muziekstuk. Echt bijzonder en echt om van te genieten. Jullie zijn een geweldig paar en de muziek word daardoor alleen maar beter! Hartelijk Dank!!
Marjolein and Gert, thank you for another great video showcasing your musical abilities and talent. Thank you both:) Great performance. I recognized a lot of the pieces you played. Bring it on!!!! More :)🎹🎹
I love these pieces, I am completely addicted to hearing & watching it most days, so much so it gets better the more I listen, it puts me into the best frame of mind. I love its contrasts from delicate to blazing, all guns firing. Thanks Gert so much!
superb performance by you both...Gert you are the Llionel Messi of the organ world and your wife is a perfect part of your music... what a magnificent couple you are ..tireless and inspirational Hope to see you again at Hanley in 2021
This hit hard. So on point and flawless transition. What a well done musical compilation. Thanks you made my day better. My thankd to your registrant/page Turner.
Wow! I like that a lot. I will order the cd forthwith👍Brilliant how well you both work so well together. Thanks for letting us see and hear this. Go team van Hoef!
Wow absolutely brilliant Gert and Marjolein have been listening and watching your videos since you were first recording just amazing best wishes to you both and little one
Wow! Very impressive how you bring this piece of music to life. Yet another outstanding display of musicality! Very powerful ending also! I recognized most of the fragments here. This piece really kept Marjolein very busy. I think she got more exercise then Gert did. :) She also did a great job as usual.
A truly outstanding performance! Oh, how I wish I could be in Belgium to hear you play live. But the recordings are amazing! Thank you for sharing them!
Wow! Thank you for the journey through the history of music! It was a very "colorful" performance with many carefully selected "instruments". Yes, you both Marjolein and Gert used the organ I think like the organs were meant to be as they were invented: As an orchestra with many different instruments playing a solo part or playing together in a big formation. Very unique and very good! It was hard work to achieve this, but I think, it was great fun when you see and hear it all come together in this journey through the history of music. Thank you so much!
410 ! This is the 410th video of Gert van Hoef. For eleven years now, since July 2008, following a rhythm of three videos a month on average, he has allowed us to follow his progress from a young teenager to a student and today an accomplished musician and professional organist. Many thanks to Gert for letting us share in his successful career. We are now hoping to see, in a few years time, videos of little Thomas at the keyboard (be it piano or organ) as well as those of his future brothers and sisters !... ("So liebe kleine Kinderlein ! Erst einen kleinen Papageno ! Dann eine kleine Papagena ! Dann wieder einen Papageno ! Dann wieder eine Papagena ! Papageno, Papagena !... " [W. A. Mozart, "Die Zauberflöte", II, 29].) I think Gert, Marjolein and Papa Van Hoef are great to support his career. He is an AWESOME musician and I am happy to be one of his avid fans and will continue to support his music. He is truly gifted and he brings those organs to life. :)

Could you please tell me what was the piece at 1:00 ? I liked it a lot but I don't know what it is :) Btw, I saw you played in my hometown already (Dudelange, Luxembourg), sadly I didn't know you back then otherwise I would certainly have attended !
Hi Gert and Marjolein, thank you for wonderful music playing! I could enjoyed this piece also in your beautiful concert July in Kilianskirche, Heilbronn. The first ancient piece of music I dind't know, but I recognized the following: "Toccata and Fuge" from Johann Sebastian Bach, combined with the first ancient piece, and then some music from Zwart or Asma? I'm not shure, and then "eine kleine Nachtmusik" from Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, 5th and 9th Symphonie from Ludwig van Beethoven, "an der schönen blauen Donau" from Johann Strauss. Is that right? Let me tell you that I'm happy that I could visit three concerts of you this year, in Bedum, in Heilbronn and in Hanley Stoke on Trent, wonderful!
Hi, my favourite organ duo! We tried to guess with my brother and we can not recognize the middleage music, which starts at 2:20. I felt in love with this part. Please, could you tell me the name of this full composition? Thank you very much! We are sending you greetings from Czech Republic. Petra
I like the evolution of music styles you put into this. Job well done. By the way, that moving manual is something I have not seen before. Very unusual to see one slide in or out.
Thankyou Gert and Marjolein. This is 'musicality' at it's best.
Wat een geweldige vakman, heerst voor 100% het orgel. Overstijgt vele bekende en gevestigde organisten.
All the glory to God for the composer, the Organ builder, and the wonderful talent of Gert. How wonderful it is that they can do it together as a couple. GLORY TO GOD. God bless you.
