@MansaBC you FAMU folks love to try to discredit other school's sound. You're obviously biased and delusional if you say those guys sounded bad 🤷🏿♂️ both bands executed their respective styles well. One was just clearly far more entertaining than the other.
@gaboi yeah... I'm with you
@@gaboi I didn't attend FAMU. Nice try though. Not my fault ASU have terrible arrangements and a lot of phrasing issues. Maybe you are entertained by the "funk" that actually sound more like a train wreck.
@@gaboii feel if were just talking sound and musicianship fam was better, but ASU had the better selections because the average fan doesn’t know half the marches famu play😂 but everyone knew asu’s Better Call Tyrone, i still think fam won but i can see why you think they won. At least we gotta say fam had the better halftime show😂😂😂
Ya'll know in the SWAC loud, sloppy, but funky = good to their fans. FAMU sounds way better and it isn't close. But, ASU was great for ASU.
No, ASU was great for FAMU as well. That’s why their fans were standing there mesmerized by the sounds and the Sensational Stingettes. Y’all are boring and most bandheads go to the restroom after y’all put your horns up. I advise y’all keep it cute on social media, it’s embarrassing and I’m _from_ Florida.
@@G-Ratedtime stamp fans mesmerized?🥴
@G-Rated ASU lost the pregame, the half time, the 5th and the actual game. Bless their hearts.
Cant really hear Bama state trumpet section much here...giving me pre 22 JSU vibes
You mean 2022, you couldn’t hear their trumpets that entire season.
All alumni get this through your heads. Marches do not belong in the 5th. We’ll never stop playing them. But stop sabotaging us with your influence
If you’re unable to play marches. Just say that.
@@SupervillainDW I know all my marches and sat first chair. As I said we dont hate the tradition just not in the fifth
Agree to disagree…
You don't tell people what to play in the 5th quarter. There are no rules
@@Kc20243 I mean yeah. There are all multiple plays to make in football and the quarterback can do whatever he wants. But Im sure he doesn’t choose to throw interceptions to let the opponent win out of pride
I honestly have never seen Famu win a 5th qrt.
Famu sound really good. They need a new stadium. I’ve seen high schools with better facilities.
Im so proud of the famu trumpets. Definitely dominated asu’s piss poor trumpet section
ASU’s trumpets are far from piss poor tho, their section just has a much stronger low brass to cut through, something FAMU trumpets do not experience. Two different styles, sir. 😂
@@G-Rated your ear is really g rated if u cant tell the difference between quality trumpets.
@cartoonxpert588 don't let FAMU's trumpets fool you... those woodwind carry ALOT of their weight 🤣
@@gaboi oh ik.
NSITS
@@Yamama288 boy, there is no difference in quality. There are just more of them and a massive woodwind section to match every note they play lol
ASU should leave Tyrone to jsu and the other watered down jsu arrangements
Lmao jsu trombones has never sounded as good as ASU’s trombones especially on this song .. jsu should never play it again
Tyrone is ASU !!! They were the first played it!
@@Tjevdevs jsu trombones are literally better in every way.. y’all have no originality. This is a watered down boom arrangement . Y’all section leaders look up to SOP , let’s not forget y’all ain’t won a bone battle against SOP in how long?
@@SirWilliams99 no they weren’t, you need to know your history.
@@xtralitt560 tf you talking about? The only band that i saw accepted asu trombone challenge is Famu because they didn’t know any better, everybody else act like they scared af .. southern got called out 3 times and did NOT retaliate at 2023 game and I have never seen jsu win one vs asu bones send me a link
Both bands did good but famu took this one…
Please dont be doing that Tyrone sontolike that ...leave that to Aamu .....1998 1999 version will get Stank grass up .....kudos to Famu on musicality ....showmanship.....
I just listened to A&M's Tyrone... THAT ISH WAS A$$ 😂 you would have been better off mentioning Jackson's version
