    It's good practice that you gently placed the sheet down rather than letting it fall which could cause the glue to fly out like stepping on a ketchup packet.

      That's what I've been saying for years, why go to all the trouble of using glue if you just remove it all when you let the sheet of ply drop on it and slap it all out from the top of the joist. Finally some one who knows what they are doing.

    You used advantec decking but did not use their glue? No warranty for you!

    So does the tongue just stick out or does it get cut off to make it flush with the building

      The tongue would be set flush from the beginning.

    For a 3/4" sheet how long should screws be?

      1-3/4 inches

    How thick should the subfloor plywood be?

      subfloor is generally 3/4 inch thick, for framing spaced 16-inches or 24-inches apart, though some people move up to thicker subfloor for 24-inch spacing. For wider spacing, you'd need to go even thicker.

    Man construction materials a such poor quality these days. I guess it’s not enough large trees
