  • It's a plain madeleine that anyone can easily make.
    It's our first video, so we're lacking a lot, but please enjoy it. :)
    ▸ Mold size: Made 16 12-hole fans.
    ▸ Ingredients.
    145g of flour.
    3g of baking powder.
    130g of sugar.
    10g of honey.
    Three eggs.
    150g of salt-free butter.
    A little bit of vanilla essence.
    ▸ Coating ingredients.
    Dark chocolate (for coating) 100g.
    White chocolate (for coating) 100g.
    ▸ Preparations.
    Put butter and eggs at room temperature for 30 to 1 hour.
    Sift the powder twice.
    ▸ Recipe.
    1) Cut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and melt it until it is warm (1 minute and 20 seconds).
    (It depends on the microwave specification.)
    2) Put the egg in a bowl and mix it.
    3) Add sugar, honey, and mix it with vanilla essence.
    4) When the sugar is mixed, add the sifted flour one more time and use a whipping machine.
    Please mix it.
    5) Put the cooled melted butter into the batter and mix it well so that it doesn't turn out.
    6) Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 to 1 hour.
    7) Put the melted butter on the pan and put it in the refrigerator to harden it.
    (Apply it to make the madeleine fall off easily.)
    8) Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
    9) Take out the dough from the refrigerator and put it in a piping bag.
    Fill 80% of the butter-coated pan.
    10) Bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
    (It depends on the oven specification.)
    As soon as it's baked, take the madeleine out of the mold and cool it down.
    11. Cut off dark chocolate and white chocolate for 10 seconds and melt them in the microwave. (1 minute and 10 seconds)
    12) Pour 50% into a piping bag or pan before it hardens.
    Add baked madeleine and press it down.
    13) Harden it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
    *Leave it at room temperature for 2 to 3 days, and if you eat it longer, keep it in the freezer in the seal.
