- If you´ve watched our channel before, you´ll know we love Bar Quick in La Siesta, Torrevieja.
It´s our local Spanish bar/restaurant and the food is GREAT!
It´s all home cooked and the prices are hard to beat.
Here is a video of an example of their Menu del Dia for 2024, which changes daily. (Currently 10.50 for 3 courses and a drink)
They usually have a great selection of tapas available too.

thanks for watching and the comment. We´re in there regularly (if only for coffees most of the time)- recommended booking for menu del dia as they have a LOT of workmen in there currently at lunchtime.

I’m sure they’d have some gluten free options although maybe not the full menu Del Dia. They usually have a good selection of tapas.
