I’ve never ever been a jealous person, instead happy for others. But I can say that after I’ve lost so much and so much trauma and grief that I envie those that still have that. Not that i wish they didn’t just that I wish I also had that. Don’t know how to get past it. Tried so much hope this helps.

Try accepting that that’s a normal and valid feeling to have, that is what you’ve gone through and that is how it would make anyone feel. It doesn’t mean anything bad, or good, it jst is a human thing to have many feelings about something.
