As someone that’s been used by successful people I often feel resentment and anger towards anyone who I find similar, egotistical or arrogant. I hope this helps.
Hi there, so i need some help here... ive been feeling this strong urge to make someone toxic that i no longer talk to to feel jealous... and its really annoying bcz they dont even deserve my energy and time and im here wanting to make them jealous?!!! So can u like help me find out where is this coming from maybe?! Like is it coming from my fear of abandonment? Or my desire to run after toxicity??? Or what?? Plz tell me so i can start healing...
I don't know you or your situation personally, so it's not possible for me to advise you properly. There are many reasons you may be hanging on to this person emotionally, but you'll have to discover the exact reasons for yourself, or speak to someone else such a counselor or a trusted friend to help you unpack it. What I can say though is, when people hang on to something unhealthy, it's usually because they are unhappy or feel bad about themselves in some way. Something I have found helpful in my own life is to learn to be gentle with myself, and not judge myself harshly or attempt to fix the situation immediately. Instead, I try to step back and be curious about what's happening and why. When I have unhelpful thoughts or feelings, instead of immediately saying to myself, "What's wrong with me? I need to fix this!", I instead try to think, "Hmm, what's this about?", in a curious way and try to do so with no judgement on myself, treating myself as I would treat a friend. I then journal about my thoughts, or meditate or reflect on them. This is by no means easy or quick but I have found it helpful over time, with a variety of different issues in my life. I also found this article about toxic relationships, which does give some helpful tips: medium.com/lady-vivra/why-you-keep-going-back-to-toxic-relationships-94d7e3a1d55b It is specific to romantic relationships, but the tips could be applied to any kind of relationship. Have a look at it, if helpful, and take care!
@@30MinuteMindset omg ur so kind and that caring nature allowed u to speak a really thoughtful reply. It actually moved me and u triggered something inside that i have have to deal with and its just that, to b more gentle on oneself! Thank you! I trust your sub now and will add to a playlist for self healing. ❤
There is nothing in this audio that would cause you to vomit; vomiting is not a side effect of listening to subliminal audio. It's possible that you were very upset about the subject and so you are releasing some emotional stress through vomiting, but it's also very likely that it was just a coincidence. Just because two events occur together, doesn't mean they are related to one another, or that one causes the other. Google "correlation does not imply causation" or "the false cause fallacy" for more information.

Does this help with retroactive jealousy?
It probably could help. Good luck!
Do you have any subliminal sessions around relationship jealousy?
No I don't, sorry!
