- Erik Anders Lang is in the Pacific Northwest to play the newly opened Bandon Dunes Sheep Ranch. The course opened on June 1st and is the latest design by Coore & Crenshaw. Bandon Dunes is known for its collection of expansive golf courses along the Pacific Ocean - Sheep Ranch takes the cake with nine green complexes playing right up to coastline. Join Erik as he takes you shot for shot at the incredible addition to Bandon Dunes, Sheep Ranch.

I know it's been mentioned before, but the graphics ranging from the hole overview, shot tracer, and pin graphics make this so much more enjoyable to watch.

Eric, well done. I actually live 10 mins from the Sheep Ranch. I have had the continued pleasure to be part of the Bandon Dunes family and play here as well. I often catch myself glancing at the edges of the Sheep Ranch and the fairways that really began to grow and show their colors. Truly a gem added to the menagerie of Bandon's timeless collection. I had the pleasure of watching the layout of Old Mac come to life...which, is now where I walk the fairway looking at The Sheep Ranch. It is timeless, it is golf as it was meant to be. Thank you Mr. Keiser for influencing my life in a way not often known. Eric, keep up the amazing series!! Cheers!! ❤⛳

Haven't played Old Mac or Bandon Trails yet (playing BT in 10 days on a New Years' golf trip), but played Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, and Sheep Ranch last New Years. So many wonderful tee shots at this resort that it's silly to choose, but if I had to I'd have to say that Sheep Ranch #6 is my favorite tee shot so far. Great content and quality, thanks EAL!
I find it funny when he says, “a little tap in par/bogey”, but it’s literally a 5-6 foot putt. I’d never consider those putts a tap in lol.

I absolutely loved playing golf at sheep ranch! probably my favorite course I have played yet, other than pebble. But I played at like 9:45 am and it was the best day that my caddie said he had seen in 5 years that he has caddied their. It was a beautiful morning with a gorgeous sunrise and dew on the grass it was cloudless day beautiful 70° with a 5 mph wind at the most and it was just insanely pleasant. I played 18 and I shot 9 over and was incredibly happy. I rented clubs which was pretty new but they were super easy and super nice about it and they fit peeerfectly, I got a pair of Titleist T200 irons and TSi3 Driver, Wood and TSi2 Hybrid. Loved the caddie and would give it a 15/10 experience for how new and nice the course is. The story behind it is amazing too.
Finished watching thinking "that was a short video...oh, it was 12 minutes!"

I played this on Monday and boy was it a treat. Although we were less than a week apart, we had very different experiences, it was 35 Mph + winds making this course a beast! We are already planning our next trip back!

Great day when a new video drops! I’ve recently started playing golf again thanks to your videos reigniting my passions for the game. One thing I never really hear instructors talk about is how all the over calculating yardage hurts the game. Our brains are fascinating calculators. Just look at the green, imagine your line, and hit the all. You’d be amazed how much your brain will auto calculate what your body needs to do to get the ball there. Not sure if I picked this up from playing basketball for so long. Just my advice to newbies.

"BAHH GAWD" This is groovy, ty @EAL. Also, I might be on an island here but the outside noises (not your narration) sound extremely similar to the audio from Tiger Woods 2004, arguable the GOAT golf video game, great stuff.

@@kvncc-yn7qv Was wondering about this. Commented above that certain courses require lost ball/OB to be played as lateral to speed up play. That certainly wouldn't fly in a USGA event, though. He'd have been hitting 4 from the fairway, not chipping near the green.

Just some feedback from an OG fan... If you combined these style vids with the type you used to do, like in Scotland, they’d be unbeatable. I love the shot tracking and hole by hole stuff here, because you really get to see and feel the entire course and the architecture. But I miss the jokes and other stuff, like seeing the clubhouse, and would have loved to see PK hit some shots here. A match always makes videos more entertaining. Check out the ones Brodie made with Patrick, or the golfholics videos as an example. Your old videos were awesome but lacking in some respects because we would hardly see the course, but you’ve gone from one extreme to the other with these. Anyway it was great to see SR. Thanks for doing it.
Your shot for shot videos were recommended for me and I love them, I thought you had been doing these videos for a long time but realised they are very new.

Am I the only who doesn’t love the idea of no sand bunkers on the entire course? I hate playing out of the sand but they do frame the golf course and add variety
