I remember last week, you were talking about people who pass away on the last day of the year and that's why you wait a few days. Sure enough. RIP president Carter. And thanks for telling such wonderful stories about people.
Wow. Now I understand why last week was short. You had a great deal of work to do . May they all R.I.P. And thank you Legacy for bringing us together to mourn those who were a part of our lives.
Thank you 'Legacy' for bringing the TRUTH. You are the ONLY TRUE site that HONESTLY discusses, with full respect and dignity, the deaths of those who passed.
I am going on 79, and I remember almost 99 % of those who passed in 2024. Life has been enriched for those of us who remember all of these talented people who entertained us through the years and we never forget their memorable music, movies, TV shows, sporting wins, and political achievements. But life does go on and will go on long after we are all gone for we are just a blip in the passage of time. I hope everyone here will continue to enjoy life to the fullest and as Jerry Springer would say "Take care of yourselves and each other."
@SFVR Just entered 78 on December 16th. Time certainly seems to go faster with every passing year. Everyone gets their turn no matter how long or short. I hear that Jerry Springer quote frequently, via a You Tuber by the name of "Flossy Carter". Take care Rose 🌹 JaneLee Keller - in Suburban Philadelphia 1/4/25
As a lifelong boy band fan, I was completely shocked by Liam Payne's death the most. I'm 32 years old and a true fan of One Direction having been to their concerts and loving their music. I still share my stories about their concerts every year. My favorite memory of one of those concerts was when Liam pointed at me after Harry waved at me.
You two are absolutely the best in honoring the lives of those who have passed. This year end video was no exception, very well done. Thank you for your weekly submissions and have an amazing 2025.
You missed 2 Canadians: Prime Minister M. Brian Mulroney, who was Canadian Prime Minister from 1984 to 1993. He was born in Baie-Comeau, Québec on March 20th/1939 and passed away in , Palm Beach, Florida on February 29th/2024, as a result from a fall. Dayle Haddon, Canadian Model and Actress, who was born on May 26th/1948, Montréal, Québec. She was a spokesperson for L'Oréal. She passed away on December 27th/2024, at Solebury Township, Pennsylvania, USA, from carbon monoxide poisoning at her home.

I love your precise work you do on Legacy & watch it every week. I think there's a mistake on the obit of Elizabeth MacRae. The side by side photo of her character with Gomer Pyle & the other photo looks like Joanna Moore.
2024 was a really rough year, so many icons. I've appreciated your respectful, accurate dedication to each and every passing.
Leap years are rough when it comes to celebrity deaths.

Ethel Kennedy passed October 09, 2024 from a stroke at the age of 96.
There are many that were missed, probably because there were so many people passing this year.
I don't think she, nor the other two, were not included for any nefarious reasons. It was probably just an oversight.
There goes the tapestry of my existence. My sincerest gratitude for all their contributions to my time on this planet, and may they all Rest In Peace❣😮💨
My goodness did we lose A LOT of our icons last year. 💔

Britt Allcroft, who made Thomas and Friends, passed away in December in 2024
Her death was just announced today. And she didn’t create Thomas and Friends (The Rev. W. Audry did), but she DID bring the stories to television.
@northstarpokeshipper2148 i know. That's why I said who made not create.
Rickey Henderson hit me hard. he was only a couple years older than I. I was a huge fan during his career also.
I love your precise work you do on Legacy & watch it every week. I think there's a mistake on the obit of Elizabeth MacRae. The side by side photo of her character with Gomer Pyle & the other photo looks like Joanna Moore.
