Yep, the year they lose sales. Every new model launched is down on quality, some questionable styling and they've hiked up the prices to an insane level. If I pay premium, I expect premium. A lot of people leaving the brand, me included.
@@luciussander8217 down on quality? currently there isn't even a review out for the new ones? and in the Dutch "first look at" videos they explicitly said that "the interior quality feels very good"
I see so much hate on the new B10 generation as a whole...yes they're a bit too soft looking vs the sharper lines on the B9.5 but I think they're absolutely beautiful and I love what they've done with the interiors on the screens, seats, ambient lighting, and overall technologies
While they closed the factory in Brussels where the EV was produced, AUDI is building this unnecessary fancy junk again that tries to aim a category higher .... . And no, I drive an X5 and have driven an A4 in the past. But this new high tech generation is actually not something the economy is waiting for
I wonder how much Audi save on production costs by having so much exterior plastic on this car, the interior is just as bad. Yet they increase the price to customers. Obviously trying to widen their margins. People aren't stupid and there's a point where premium prices don't equate to a premium product. Having now seen the new S5 and SQ5, I think we're reached that point.
yes cause the margins they make is incredible on their cars. That is why they are killing it on the stock market (or killing themselves rather) ...🤣🤣it is all these expensive germans making the cars I think is the problem
The audi steering wheel with buttons and dials is a masterpiece in ergonomics and best in class. To move away from the with this haptic crap is maddening. Why try to improve upon perfection?

I really feel sorry for Audi with their new sq5. Because a week before, zeekr introduced the 7x. The car is the same class as the sq5, only it is better in everything. interior exterior, dynamics, quality of interior trim materials and yes, it is at least two times cheaper than Audi.
One great thing…they’re REAL exhaust pipes. One terrible thing…the incredibly annoying touch sensitive buttons on the steering wheel. After these failed to impress on so many other brands (including Volkswagen), Audi decides the user market doesn’t know what they want!
Mercedes should watch and learn because Audi uses three screams on every new Audi whereas Mercedes uses the 3 screens only in their flagship models like s class and e class
@@luciussander8217 Doesn’t change the fact that they use three screens on literally every new model whereas Mercedes only does so in their super expensive flagship models and even than you’ll have to order them as an extra.
I don't know why, but passenger screens bother me for some reason. We all look at screens all day long, getting in the car is one of the times we get outside and see the world, but now there's screens everywhere in the car too.
Of course it has, every change made is done to reduce manufacturing costs and then they up the cost to you and I. Audi really screwing over its customers and they've started to leave.
The side profile of that rear tail light is horrendous looking how it sticks out. They’ve ruined the interior. Give me real buttons and I don’t want screens everywhere. What a shame.
Agree! The light bar looks cool from the rear but horrific from the side. And why are Audi going to haptic or non-physical buttons when VAG owners slated these in the Golf and VW did a u-turn?! Really not liking these new Audi designs…

Loads of cheap materials used, Audi quality down the toilet. They are doing this with all their new models. That steering wheel, junk. all they had to do was keep the B9.5 steering wheel (flat bottom but with heat) and copy and paste the 2024 Toureg dash.. (especially since we don't get it in NA), with Audi Carbon Fiber trim.. Napa diamond seats and T shift knob.....Home Run!!!!!! Idk what to say but the 2026 had better have a new/old steering wheel, that thing is absolutely disgusting trash. Door panels are a downgrade from previous model. Seat side switch gear looks cheaper than previous. I’ve had that flat top steering wheel in my hands on an electric model at dealer - no thanks. Flat bottom wheels are great. Flat top AND bottom feels like half a steering wheel. Lack of console shift lever (not a dinky button-slide) does not say “S” model. I don’t care how many manufacturers are doing the same thing. Removing shift levers is a cost cutting practice that dumbs down the driving experience. Exterior looks are… meh.
It could have been something. Bmw ruined their x3 and audi had a prime opportunity to take some market share. The screen layout is abysmal and the weird overhand light in the rear looks bad. Can't do it audi, sorry.
That interior looks so bad! It's like they tried to follow every car company with the passenger screen and failed miserably. smh Seriously, why does the passenger need a screen? Use your phone or iPad.
Kein Wunder das Audi ein riesen Absatz Problem hat. Einheitsbrei durch alle Modelle und nur dummes Lichtergmschari. Das wars bei Audi aber auch schon. Soll das Vorsprung durch Technik sein😂.
