@@weshouser821here’s a pretty distinct difference between killing and murder….most video games don’t involve unlawfully killing people for starters. With tv show and movies, it simply depends on the age rating. With music, it’s actually not common, very dependant on the genre.
@@f1fanatic241 They don't? I disagree. T.V., Films, video game, and music are all saturated with murder porn. It's a cheap way to be creative, just kill someone or have them kill themselves or die horribly for shock value or comedic affect. Go watch family guy, robot chicken, the simpsons, south park, all the most popular dramas, all the most popular and talked about artists (the most popular genre is hip-hop/rap) rick and morty, game of thrones, breaking bad, better call saul, CSI miami, dexter, the walking dead, and tell me how many people got are killed in these shows. I mean all the most popular shows involve murder, killing, and death even ones that are supposed to be funny. In most games you kill and even though a lot of games attempt to justify the killing you are doing, a lot of them don't. Since 2004 80 percent of the top 10 games of each year have involved killing or shooting someone as pretty much the main objective, the "combat", and I hear little girls talking about how they like drill rappers like lil Durk and shit in front of their mothers. Like, lil Durk has people murdered and has almost certainly murdered someone and everyone knows it but still love the guy. Most of the top rappers today are murderers, trying to be murderers, or they lie about being a murderer for money. Films are the same as shows for the most part unless you are talking about a romantic comedy or something like that. Kids shows on disney. Even the kids shows have people getting killed sometimes anymore. Almost every anime show/film is filled to the brim with death, and many kids are into it. Kids who are in middle school thats like 12 years old. We think its okay for them to see so much murder and death?
People who are murdered don't have to live in trauma and fear and need to go to therapy and probably won't leave the house or have a normal human interaction ever again, because they're DEAD. It's offensive to the victim's family for sure, but that doesn't bring up memories of having someone else's dick inside you without consent, probably more than one person, for a shit long period of time that seems never ending. Some of those victims end up taking their own lives, because it's better than to live with that kind of trauma. It's worse in countries that don't have legal abortion in r* cases. I truely hope you never have to go through something like that in order to understand a r*pe victim's perspective, but I hope I made it clear. If it isn't clear, than I really really hope you find God.

How the comedian community treated Jaime when he was cancelled says it all. The very people he counted as his enemies came to his aid while his supposed allies torched him. It’s so important that we all remember that people screw up and are worthy of redemption (to some extent). When an SJW goes after somebody they are just acting from a place of hate. Hate is eating this country alive, from all angles. People need to realize that when their reaction to hatred, is hatred, they are feeding into a vicious and never ending cycle that will escalate. Instead of hating those you disagree with; no matter hatable they may seem, try to understand why they are in that state and try to empathize. You will find that it makes you much happier and in time will do good for the world.

Once I became able to remember this mantra; “We’re all doing the best we can,” my outlook on humanity changed. Am I entirely free of feelings like hatred? No, but it did change my perception from one of blame to one of empathy. It may look like dog sh*t sometimes, but everyone really is trying their hardest. Why would anyone strive to fail?

I think this is a good example of why so many people like Joe. When you’re acting like you’re better than everyone and like some kind of “savior” by calling out others but you’re in the wrong, he will knock you down to size and humble you (first Jamie podcast) but when you’re down in the dumps and getting sh*t on, he seems to try and lift you up and help you out (second Jamie podcast)
Absolutely a great point. I think anyone that paints JR in a corner (far right) or anything, will see that it is no fluke he has this many viewers. People love to hate though.
Joe is an intensely just and fair person, and he, ironically and unlike Jamie, does care deeply about justice being served and people getting what they deserve
That's why I liked him at first, but something that happened around COVID absolutely broke his brain. He went DEEP into the conspiracies around the state using lockdowns to push for more control (which never happened, lockdowns have been lifted and vaccine mandates were never put in place) or that the vaccine was unsafe, going so far as to literally ignore any information that didn't push his conspiracy. Dude's booming out or something.
I wish men being feminists would stop being made out to be like this in the mainstream eye. It has nothing to do with hating men or being a man. It has nothing to do with women being better than men. It’s simply recognizing the unfair balance in certain aspects of the professional and personal lives of women around the world and trying to avoid being a part of that system. Misogyny is the most acceptable and widely practiced form of bigotry there is. it’s as simple as not laughing along with other men when they make degrading remarks about women. I’ve seen men get defensive about racial stereotypes and gay rights while openly mocking women for fun, and no one bats an eye. It’s simple as understanding that misogyny is a form of bigotry and not participating in it. That’s it.
@@TheReluctantVloggermaking soft jokes about women like “oh bad driver…of course it’s a woman” do not contribute to the places in the world where women are treated like shit. I don’t think Joe was getting to worked up, it’s literally just passion. Whether you think Joe is a good comic or not, you have to admit that he loves comedy.
i find it hard to deal with someone saying stupid things and not being able to give a straight answer and i might come across as kinda forceful if i don't feel like dropping it in that moment, but i'm in no way upset and it's not personal
That's the best way to describe Joe Rogan's comedy. I like it, but it seems most people don't. However, you can't claim he doesn't love comedy as an art form, an industry, and a profession.
The suckiest part to it was that Tosh caved and apologized for the insensitive joke. I get it, but Stanhope wouldn't have taken the joke back. He'd have doubled down.
Even worse than that, him being one of the first ones this happened to, IF he had doubled down, it would have killed this whole cancel society we are now cursed with. The earliest e-celebs and celebs apologizing is what lead to this.

My favorite thing about Joe is how much he has grown since his younger, goofier days. He really seems to take in criticism and evolve, all while ignoring the false criticisms. He's the exact opposite of what happened to Ethan Klein. Good video, I remember Joe talking about this guy and how he kinda made a 180, but I had never known of him before that.
i agree he's grown over the past few decades (thats how it works unless you're a braindead r-tard) but the rest of your assertions depend a lot on the person and the conversation. whenever andy dick mentions how joe used to bully everyone one the set of news radio watch how he reacts like a 2 year old. andy: you were a bully to everyone on set. joe: YOU WERE A DRUG ADDICT. me: joe, that has nothing to do with what he just said. yes he's a drug addict but how does that in any way negate you being a bully?
I know I can't believe this is really such a hot topic in 2023. What did Lenny Bruce basically die for? How can you feel entitled enough to not be held accountable for what you willingly subjected yourself to?
I'm pretty sure I saw this dude on The Green Room opposite Ron White, Kathleen Madigan and someone else. Ron White's response to the dude was "I haven't made a point in thirty years."
17:15 Flustering a super work feminist guy so badly that you get him to panic and actually say the words “of course, I’d rather be r***d than murdered” is just so funny for some reason 😂
How is “I’m embarrassed about that part of humanity” any less valid than “I’m embarrassed of my gender.” Both of these statements accurately group the behavior and then say the behavior is bad. People think the second one “makes men look bad” but the first one makes… humans look bad? Right? What a stupid counterpoint.
I think whats happening to jordan peterson is much more than just twitter addiction. If you ask me he is not sober, i think he went to one of the rehabs where they allow you to have drugs. That or he is just good at riding the wind of what gets him attention. If in the next 10 years he doesn't flip again to, "How I fell down an evil alt right pipeline when I was falsely canceled" I will believe he is honest.
The one thing I did like was him saying he wasn´t sure he even was a comic, he didn´t consider himself one. There used to be a lot of those. The ones that didn´t consider themselves professional comedians who could write setup-diversion-punchline jokes beyond the limits of the mere civilian. I miss those.... a lot of them were pretty f´ing funny, maybe because they lived with that constant "am I faking it till I make it" fear that keeps you sharp.
He reminds me of that weasel guy where, you are trying to hook up with a lady, you walk away, and he swoops in goes "He's bad for you...." Makes up a bunch of crap and she listens to him because "he's such a good friend".
If listen to Jamie's voice he is clearly gay. Also he says he cannot comment on whether murder is worse than rape because he doesn't know what the rape victim went through. Apparently he has done extensive interviews with murdered people.

Can't do that, every T.V. show and song there is involves some type of murder now days
Edit * and video game
@@simulacrxmAnd murder often involves the most intense horror possible up until the moment of death, then… death. Murder is unfathomably worse than rape, and it’s not even close

They aren’t in the west, feminism was successful blah blah blah. They should train their focus on the trans movement now because those people are the true misogynists. Men love women. People need to stop swinging at ghosts. You don’t need men to be “feminists” because there isn’t a need for anyone to be anything other than a normal, decent human being.
