no, only in the movie Troy were they ever called cousins and that movie is full of inaccuracies to the Illiad & other greek mythos, like making Patroclus younger than Achilles when it was the other way around, or making the Trojans sympathetic by saying Helen left with Paris of her own free will when she was taken by him. Achilles and Patroclus were very close friends and its been argued since the writing of the Illiad if they were lovers, and given the proper context I would think so, but they were never related.
