Where irresponsible owners of Aggressive, Unsociable & Out of Control, Child-Mauling, Human Attacking, Dog Killing, Dangerous Dogs pre-arrange a secret meeting to goad their untamed and unruly animals to attack each other and any "Available" humans, in the pursuit of blood-sport, with the sole intention of causing Fear and Public Disorder . . . .
JUST IN CASE THE AUTHORITIES OR THE PUBLIC STARTED TO BELIEVE IT WAS ACTUALLY "SAFE" TO KEEP THESE DOGS IN SOCIETY (Heaven forbid)
