This video was totally great and cool. I’ve actually known about Eero for quite some time, and it is so good to workout and grow my back muscles for bodybuilding.

This is a really interesting topic to think about.
In my experience, the only back muscles that you can't train optimally without traditional pulling exercises are the lats and even so you can train them to a certain extent with exercises that require depression of the scapula and leaning back (shoulder extension) as in a dragon press or a leant back L sit

Nice, I like to hold a resistance band in both hands, then I will squeeze my shoulder blades together for timed holds.

Excellent point! And I can tell you from my experience that holding exercise is the best for building up from 0. Because one can not build up enough muscle to really exercise if one went through operation that left him looking like a skeleton. It took 1 year of pain to start to get enough energy to endure one more year of pain, but the third year was a breakthrough! Horse stance and a few shaolin exercises were very very useful! Also, that ancient qigong warm up routine is awesome!! So there, if anyone that has similar issue reads this, know that it can be done, just stick to it! Keto paleo all the way

The Qigong Breathing Techniques from WarriorNeigong changed the understanding of my body completely in two weeks of very relaxed training. Together with the knowledge of traumareseach from Gopal Norbert Klein, Peter A. Levine and the wisdom from ancient philosophy, that I am interested at least since 2020, my mind is starting to create pictures of inner art and orgasmic feelings without sexual behaviour. I can't Thank You enough Eero, Samuli and GM Jiang Yu Shan. I can only send You deep inner waves of love every day =D

Dude. Any arm workout you do automatically works on the back as well. These muscles are connected to your shoulders! Without those muscles you can't lift your arms... Barely move your shoulders. There shouldn't be a video about this. Hanging on something and lifting your body mainly works on triceps and biceps. Gada and steelmace can work on back muscles more. The main thing I would tell people is to do pushups and double it each day and go swimming. Or do some HIIT training. Remember muscle does not weigh more than fat.
Been training my body since I was 6 years old. This stuff is simple
