3:49 Yeah the editing here with the lighting transition and background music is amazing and makes you feel like shit just got REAL. For a moment there I felt what they felt. Oddly enough it really reminds me of the scene transitions in the "A Nightmare On Elm Street" movies when they wake up in the dream state and the mood completely changes quick.
Probably helps with the laughter slowed down someone for sure is sounding a lot like Freddy Krueger lol

I love when Key repeats the "came to me so I just went with it" line, it reveals he didn't just walk in, he was waiting and listening behind that corner for a while...
And the "good effort" line Jordan gets afterward, omg.. so subtle and perfect. That's why these dudes are all legends
he also hand shook everyone and skipped Peele
see I'm kinda opposite, I like to think that's a stock line that the archetype just, *has*. He didn't even need to be around the corner to innately know it was said.

@@bradeng7158 I understand it being censored it for TV, but I think that people are annoyed because this is on the internet. Also, while one or two beeps are fine, the majority of this video does involve them swearing in order to put emphasis on the dialogue between the characters. Replacing the swears with several beeps. If you watch the original one, it feels a lot different.
@@gamekidg7 that makes sense. It does change the effect of it in this instance. Also it's not censorship if its self imposed. The distinction is important because censorship is a mind control technique whereas this is people choosing to bleep out the swears in their video. We must be vigilant of censorship. This is not censorship. It is a poor creative decision though.

I could easily watch a 30 minute episode of just this going back and forth between them.
Man these guys ALWAYS have a second layer to their sketches that reflects the reality of being a minority.
The intense music, their deep voiced vocal delivery, and the numerous bleeps had me crying/laughing...
The bleeping isn't part of the comedy tho, the original had no censoring.

Yeah, as a black guy, I was expecting longer. 25 is pretty good. But it’s only a first step. The long term plan is to get the white girl. Then after that win her parents over. Then the grandparents. Or just wait for them to die, whatever comes first.
Often the parents won’t accept me till after their other daughter, who did marry the preppi white guy gets divorced and they finally realize we were the couple that was meant for each other, as hard as that was to imagine and accept for all those years.
