Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it. The Capitol "C" Church, as we use the word today, is not found in the entire Book of Revelation. Individual church bodies in ancient Asia Minor are found. In Revelation 12:11 we find those under the blood of the Lamb. A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 of this passage proves at least part of the tribulation period is the wrath of Satan upon the people of God. Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. "It may come as a surprise to most pre-Trib prophecy students that the post-Trib position (in its primitive form) is the oldest point of view." The gathering of the Church is described at the end of 1 Thess. Chapter 4, and the timing of the event is found in chapter 5. The word “But” in the first verse of chapter 5 connects the two chapters, and the words “we” and “sleep” in verse 10 of chapter 5 prove the two chapters are connected.
Had a waking vision. I was sitting in my office chair in the middle of the day. Was in my chair then I opened a door to the clouds. I looked out at the cloud ground and the edges of the cloud ground. I walked out on it. I must have been in a glorified body because all burden was gone. I felt so lite like I could fly as peace saturated me. I was the only one there. I saw an edge to the cloud ground and walked over to look down. When I got to the edge to look down as soon as I looked down I was back in my office chair. I've been there. It was beautiful!

Me too! This world is so corrupt that I can't stand it. But I know we have to wait until our time comes. I just want Peace from corruption, murder, bigotry, brothels, sex trafficking, our world drug problems, assassinations , prostitution, organized crime, strip clubs, bars, infidelity, corona virus plague, break down of faith and families. I've heard over the years, each time a major world event occurs, people start reinterpreting the Bible. When Hitler came, people thought he was the beast of Revelation, then Stalin, then it was Sadam Insane, and so on... People are always reinterpreting God's Word to fit modern events. This is error. We must seek to understand these prophecies through the lense of those to whom they were first written, the exiles of Israel living in a land ruled by Babylon.
Though Jesus said it in Mathew 24 that in end times many wars will occurs nation will attack eachother and kingdoms to others many diseases will come People will hate eachother and many more terrible things and this is what we see 🙏
Prophecy is beautiful in that it can actually be multi-facited. There can also be spiritual whispers of what will eventually be so loud and obvious no one could possibly deny it. Spiritual themes repeat because the spiritual realm is eternal and infinite. The demons roaming the earth wreaking havoc now are the same ones who fell and who have been wreaking havoc from the beginning. Their play book remains unchanged. Their names remain the same and their roles remain the same. So this is why history "repeats itself."

I grew up in a Christian family. We went to church every Sunday. Now I am really studying the Bible by doing a Bible challenge in reading it one year. I get reflections of what I read each week from my pastor each week. I hope and pray that I learn to be a better Christian to others. Pray for all people especially the people of Ukraine as they flee their country let alone fight for their independence from Russia.
Two suggestions, if I may: 1: Read the Hebrew Bible (aka Old Testament) without "reading into" it the interpretations you may have heard and that may have been developed by people whose assumption were developed without much (or any) knowledge of the meaning of the Hebrew words in the original writings of the Hebrew prophets. Try to think about what the Hebrew Bible would mean to you if you had not read the Gospels and the Epistles first. 2: Try to obtain a Bible with marginal references (aka "cross references") so, when you do read the Gospels, you can look up the ancient prophecies to which the Gospel writers refer and read those prophecies for yourself from the writings of the Hebrew prophets of antiquity. If you do both of these things, you are likely to find that your understanding of Bible prophecies is very much enhanced. Be careful, however, about explaining your new insights to any of your friends who have been accustomed to merely "studying" the prophecies by hearing or reading the interpretations that have, in the twenty-first century, come to be considered traditional Christian interpretations.

If I do have a question, I do go to my godfather who is an Episcopal priest (was ordained in 1963) so does know the meaning of the Hebrew words.

I use the King James mostly because it was the translation my parents read to me in the 1940s and it was the translation from which I memorized more than 150 Bible passages before I was thirteen but, because I only know the Hebrew and Greek meanings of words I’ve looked up in my Strong’s Concordance, I find it very helpful to compare translations. You already seem more knowledgeable about Bible translations than 90% of the people with whom I’ve spoken about such things so you probably already know this but it helps to be careful to rely more on actual translations than paraphrases (sometimes marketed as translations). There are resources on the Internet to help determine which translations are more nearly word-for-word and which are more “thought-for-thought”. The latter are easier to read (for most people) but often less “accurate”. You are very fortunate to be personally acquainted with someone who is knowledgeable with regard to biblical Hebrew.

Russia...and England are both mentioned by way of the animals that have historically been associated with them...the bear in Daniel is Russia...the lion in Daniel is England..both are said to exist a little while after the antichrist's kingdom collapses. Actually most of the people who hold to the Rosh is Russia theory that I have heard actually DO claim that Rosh sounds like Rus (the Viking tribe that 1000+ years later colonizes what is now called Russia (Novgorod, Muscovy and Kiev). As to the uttermost parts of the north, people are using our knowledge today about the earth and assigning it to the prophets. Mount Hermon was "the North", what is now Turkey (where Magog and Gomer were located per maps before the 1900's AND the Assyrian court records... the Assyrians traded with Magog and listed where they were located. Most people assume our knowledge and declare well Russia is the farthest north you can get from Israel before you hit the north pole... but Ezekiel did not know this. So if you want to draw a line "north" of Israel, you can continue to extend it to reach Canada, home of the little dictator Justin Trudeau (who hates Israel) and eventually the USA, home of the current regime that hates Israel and is trying to block Israel every step of the way. Now I may be wrong, I am just saying that the word "Rosh" everywhere else in the Old Testament means chief or prince, and not a specific tribal name. Also, "GOG" per many of the ancient sources is a title, first mentioned in the scriptures as "Agag"...
At Daniel 2:44 we learn that the God of heaven will set up a Kingdom that will never be destroyed! A Kingdom that will rule forever! Didn't Jesus tell Christians to pray for God's Kingdom to come and for His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven? Matthew 6:9,10! God's Kingdom is a heavenly government ruled by Jesus Christ as King. Soon Jesus will bring beautiful changes to the earth. There will be no more death, pain or sorrow on earth, Revelation 21:4,5! No more wickedness on earth, Psalm 37:9-11! After Armageddon the meek will inherit the earth and live forever on it, Psalm 37:29; Matthew 5:5; Proverbs 2:21,22! The earth will be cultivated into a Paradise like God intended in the beginning, Genesis 1:28; Isaiah 55:11! Jesus will do on a grand scale what he did when he walked the earth including raising those who are asleep in death, John 5:28,29! There will only be one government over the entire earth forever, Daniel 2:44! Jesus said that this good news of the Kingdom would be preached about in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come, Matthew 24:14! In order to receive everlasting life and the blessings that God has promised, we must worship the Father with spirit and truth, John 4:22-24! Can we believe these promises from the Almighty God? Of course we can, NUMBERS 23:19! Psalm 83:18; Proverbs 2:21,22!

I'm just a Christian here to say that not all of us take every current event and compare it to some interpretation of biblical prophecy. There are far more relevant, down-to-earth, and important teachings to focus on. It's about Jesus, not about prophecy.

Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it.
The Capitol "C" Church, as we use the word today, is not found in the entire Book of Revelation. Individual church bodies in ancient Asia Minor are found. In Revelation 12:11 we find those under the blood of the Lamb. A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 of this passage proves at least part of the tribulation period is the wrath of Satan upon the people of God.

I was sitting in my office chair in the middle of the day. Was in my chair then I opened a door to the clouds. I looked out at the cloud ground and the edges of the cloud ground. I walked out on it. I must have been in a glorified body because all burden was gone. I felt so lite like I could fly as peace saturated me. I was the only one there. I saw an edge to the cloud ground and walked over to look down. When I got to the edge to look down as soon as I looked down I was back in my office chair. I've been there. It was beautiful!

I've heard over the years, each time a major world event occurs, people start reinterpreting the Bible. When Hitler came, people thought he was the beast of Revelation, then Stalin, then it was Sadam Insane, and so on... People are always reinterpreting God's Word to fit modern events. This is error. We must seek to understand these prophecies through the lense of those to whom they were first written, the exiles of Israel living in a land ruled by Babylon.

Prophecy is beautiful in that it can actually be multi-facited. There can also be spiritual whispers of what will eventually be so loud and obvious no one could possibly deny it. Spiritual themes repeat because the spiritual realm is eternal and infinite. The demons roaming the earth wreaking havoc now are the same ones who fell and who have been wreaking havoc from the beginning. Their play book remains unchanged. Hi Edward, you say you want to "get back on track"... that would imply that at one point you were serving God and in line with God's word. In Revelation 2, the Church in Ephesus is said to have forsaken the love they once had for God. They are told, "Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first."
Those are good words for us today as well. When we are overcome by temptation and fall into sin, we are to repent and then return to the spiritual disciplines (prayer, Bible reading, worship, etc) that strengthen our faith.

I grew up in a Christian family. We went to church every Sunday. Now I am really studying the Bible by doing a Bible challenge in reading it one year. I get reflections of what I read each week from my pastor each week. I hope and pray that I learn to be a better Christian to others. Pray for all people especially the people of Ukraine as they flee their country let alone fight for their independence from Russia.

Two suggestions, if I may:
1: Read the Hebrew Bible (aka Old Testament) without "reading into" it the interpretations you may have heard and that may have been developed by people whose assumption were developed without much (or any) knowledge of the meaning of the Hebrew words in the original writings of the Hebrew prophets. Try to think about what the Hebrew Bible would mean to you if you had not read the Gospels and the Epistles first.
2: Try to obtain a Bible with marginal references (aka "cross references") so, when you do read the Gospels, you can look up the ancient prophecies to which the Gospel writers refer and read those prophecies for yourself from the writings of the Hebrew prophets of antiquity.
If you do both of these things, you are likely to find that your understanding of Bible prophecies is very much enhanced. Be careful, however, about explaining your new insights to any of your friends who have been accustomed to merely "studying" the prophecies by hearing or reading the interpretations that have, in the twenty-first century, come to be considered traditional Christian interpretations.

I use the King James mostly because it was the translation my parents read to me in the 1940s and it was the translation from which I memorized more than 150 Bible passages before I was thirteen but, because I only know the Hebrew and Greek meanings of words I’ve looked up in my Strong’s Concordance, I find it very helpful to compare translations.
You already seem more knowledgeable about Bible translations than 90% of the people with whom I’ve spoken about such things so you probably already know this but it helps to be careful to rely more on actual translations than paraphrases (sometimes marketed as translations). There are resources on the Internet to help determine which translations are more nearly word-for-word and which are more “thought-for-thought”. The latter are easier to read (for most people) but often less “accurate”.
You are very fortunate to be personally acquainted with someone who is knowledgeable with regard to biblical Hebrew.

Russia...and England are both mentioned by way of the animals that have historically been associated with them...the bear in Daniel is Russia...the lion in Daniel is England..both are said to exist a little while after the antichrist's kingdom collapses. We don't have an association for the leopard as of yet...a good guess would be some kind of muslim association...but that's just a guess.

Actually most of the people who hold to the Rosh is Russia theory that I have heard actually DO claim that Rosh sounds like Rus (the Viking tribe that 1000+ years later colonizes what is now called Russia (Novgorod, Muscovy and Kiev). As to the uttermost parts of the north, people are using our knowledge today about the earth and assigning it to the prophets. Mount Hermon was "the North", what is now Turkey (where Magog and Gomer were located per maps before the 1900's AND the Assyrian court records... the Assyrians traded with Magog and listed where they were located. Most people assume our knowledge and declare well Russia is the farthest north you can get from Israel before you hit the north pole... but Ezekiel did not know this. So if you want to draw a line "north" of Israel, you can continue to extend it to reach Canada, home of the little dictator Justin Trudeau (who hates Israel) and eventually the USA, home of the current regime that hates Israel and is trying to block Israel every step of the way. Now I may be wrong, I am just saying that the word "Rosh" everywhere else in the Old Testament means chief or prince, and not a specific tribal name. Also, "GOG" per many of the ancient sources is a title, first mentioned in the scriptures as "Agag"...

The earth will be cultivated into a Paradise like God intended in the beginning, Genesis 1:28; Isaiah 55:11! Jesus will do on a grand scale what he did when he walked the earth including raising those who are asleep in death, John 5:28,29! There will only be one government over the entire earth forever, Daniel 2:44! Jesus said that this good news of the Kingdom would be preached about in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come, Matthew 24:14!
