Just got home from my vacation to santorini with my girlfriend, stayed in immerovigli and just took the bus to oia, one good spot i will say for photos in oia is the one going down to ammoudi fish tavern where we got lunch, it has a very good view of the buildings with the windmill on it, enjoy your vacation guys! His videos helped me a lot to get a good smooth vacation without any hassle ☺️

I was looking for the wooden boat as a marker that the Three Bells of Fira was coming up, but didn’t see it, so we ended up walking further. When we realized we passed it, we saw the wooden boat was covered to the side so it would be have been easily missed. 2:18

Based on this we see no need to book an excursion and will look 4 these spots instead. QUESTION 1: Bus or taxi to Oia? And how do we get the return to Fira? [Where do we hail taxi in Oia or stand 4 the bus?] QUESTION 2: We have a couple nights in Athens following the cruise. How do we explore perhaps hiring you for a 1/2 or full day guided tour there?
Hi ! Buses between Fira and Oia are super frequent so I would definitely go for that, and skip on the overpriced taxi ride. For the way back, you'll be taking the bus at the same spot where it dropped you off, aka the bus terminal of Oia. Concerning my tours in Athens, you can email me at sebitheguide@gmail.com !

Since my hotel is in Imerovigli, it may be better for my knees to start there and walk downhill to Fira and then take the bus from Fira back to Imerovigli.

No motorbikes allowed there, only pedestrians. The walk shown in the video takes around 1 hour (one way).
