Keep up the great content. Small time shoe reseller myself ~$1500-2000 a month. You guys helped me through my journey and give me new ideas all the time!
It’s good to see young people who are not only smart merchandisers, but also honest, with integrity. These tips will be valuable applied to my dress shoe business. Thank you.
Im 15 years old, just starting to resell shoes, bought air max 1 remix for 140 and sold them for 220, your videos are really helpful and motivate me to start some investing of my own once I have enough funds, thank you so much!
Great info, you two, are always so thorough in breaking down the process. Even as a veteran reseller, we always get little nuggets to tweak our processes for our efficiencies
Yiggen here. Again always helpful simple and easy. This helped alot as I've been buying a ton of high profile shoes I know will sell from the outlet and racking up the credit card but I've been wanting to get into lowering my buy costs with bulk. This makes me not be so scared to take the risk. Thanks again for the vids yall.
Great information!! Good point on the rules at the outlets. I had the same experience, I had to go back and cop some air max’s on two different days myself.
Spaced Repetition is how we learn. Watching again!! taking more in- but also have more questions!! What systems track on multiple market places?? I end up taking a lot of time listing and copying to other platforms (Newby learning curve!!) On the chart I use, youth sizes are the same as men's sizes- is that true? So a Youth 5 is also a men's 5? And wondering about your local sales. Why would anyone buy from you when they can go to the outlet themselves? I can understand the thrifted shoes, because you found them first and cleaned them up so they are spiffy and awesome, and you have an awesome selection, but I just cannot see myself selling shoes locally and wondering how I would ever start. Do you live in a metropolitan area where there are a million people? - my town is 20K. Not metropolitan, still considered rural by the census, and its true.
Yes Mens and Youth are the same. Not everyone shops the outlets plus the prices on the same pair of shoes are consistently going up and down in the outlet. We live in a small town in Maine.
Thanks for always sharing a great content. I am a part-time reseller on Poshmark, Mercari and Kidizen. How will I know of how much inventory buying budget I need per week or month? is there a formula? I am netting $1200-$1700 a month. Thank you.
Great Video as usual, buying in Bulk makes a lot of sense, can you mention the bullet points I forgot to write them down, also what size youth = Size women? Thanks! When you get the chance.
Love your video! So quick question... when you list the kids shoes as women’s is the actual listing under “Kids” then adding additional comment that it also fits women’s size ... something like that? Thanks as always for all your great helpful information!
Great question....no in fact we list them under Womens and make sure to include photos of the inside tag and over communicate in the description that they are “Youth 7 which fits Womens 8.5” for example. You can also list them under both categories (two separate listings) just make sure you keep track when they sell to delete the other listing. Hope that helps 🤝🤝
Hi! Do you have any videos that talk about how you figure out how to price your shoes? More specifically the one you find at thrift stores and don’t know the original price. My biggest issue is figuring out the right pricing. Thanks!
Lizzy Salinas check the completed sales of the shoes in the condition they are in on the marketplace you plan to sell them. That will tell you what to price them at 🤝🤝
I am not sure if you guys are running into the same problem at your outlet, Marshall's are the same stuff? How would you recommend dealing with same inventory at those stores?
Purchase where they are less expensive. Sometimes that means buying the same pair at Marshall’s and sometimes that means buying them at the Outlet. It always makes sense to buy a pair at the lowest price possible to increase your profits.
Good Stuff Guys!!! hey i have A question about fourth quarter. Do you guys sell more shoes during the fourth quarter. ?Or is it about the same? I’m sure people would probably buy new shoes for gifts. But how will do [used ] shoes sale and fourth quarter? thanks!!!!
Some do and some don’t when sourcing in factory outlets. There are dozens of marketplaces you can sell shoes that have no box or half box. Check comps and see where the shoes are selling the best. Every marketplace has a different value for the same pair of shoes.
We started with $0 and a few pairs in our closet and then reinvested the money. Here is a video explaining exactly how we got started 👉 ruclips.net/video/4byvrtEU27U/видео.html
You can win big on every marketplace (including EBay) so we use the ones we enjoy. We don’t enjoy Ebay and have found less headaches and better seller protection on other marketplaces.

Outlet here the number is 8 at adidas and 5 at Nike, so sometimes the brands have different rules in addition to outlet malls.
Very true. Appreciate you sharing 👊👊

@@rnzynow ok, ill have to check it out! Thank you for replying
Second question, how are you searching for the shoes on each marketplace? Just by style number?
By their name, size, color etc.
Yes, very helpful. Thank you!
Henry Flores happy it’s helps 🤝🤝

Where can you buy the discounted gift cards?
Can't believe somebody green monied those. Good pickup!
Great video!! Quick question. Do you guys personally ship the shoes without the box or with the box without the top?
When they don’t have their box top we ship them without box UNLESS we are selling them on GOAT under “no lid”
Rnzy Appreciate it. Thanks. Love your channel by the way. One of the reasons why I started reselling! Wish nothing but the best🙏🏻👌🏻✊🏻
Good Stuff Guys!!! hey i have A question about fourth quarter. Do you guys sell more shoes during the fourth quarter. ?Or is it about the same? I’m sure people would probably buy new shoes for gifts. But how will do [used ] shoes sale and fourth quarter? thanks!!!!
did u miss my question ?
Nice price on reactt flyknits good buy color is bad but at 28 u cant lose
👊👊
Thank you! Great information
🤝🤝
Do the boxes come with a lid? And what playform would be best to sell sneakers with no lid. Thanks

Rnzy thank u
super dope! love the vids!!!
Thanks for tuning in Alex 👊👊
Damn great pick up. These are $80 at my outlet
did you hit on that drop?
What kind of payment system you accepting for the Facebook marketplace?
For shipped orders we use whatever FBMP allows. On local deliveries we use cash, Cash App or Venmo.
@@rnzynow thanks.
When you started buying shoes did you use business credit or just invested your own money?..hope not too personal ...Thanks
We started with $0 and a few pairs in our closet and then reinvested the money. Here is a video explaining exactly how we got started 👉 ruclips.net/video/4byvrtEU27U/видео.html
When you buy shoes at a thrift store with no box, where do you get boxes to sell them in? Also, which market can you sell them on ?
We sell thrift shoes without box and then ship them in free USPS boxes through USPS. You can sell shoes with no box on almost every marketplace.
@@rnzynow cool! Thanks!!
Thank you!

Does anyone block any weird buyers you had locally?
UTraceBeats yes. Keep things comfortable. You don’t NEED to sell to everyone. Stay safe 👌
