I forgot how to fold my fabric for the blind hem, so i started googling which way to fold it and came across both your videos. Both videos are incorrect. Your blind hem should not look like a cuff at the end. There should be little dots on one the right side of the fabric. Not a full line of stitches. Here's a video on how to fold and sew it properly.
