  • While a Kubota Mini-Excavator may look intimidating from the ground, operating one is all about simplifying. Focus on one motion at a time and take it slow and steady until you’re comfortable.

I'm a head cashier at Lowe's and as long as you put a deposit down there's no legal laws that require a "heavy equipment license" to operate.
We rent skod steers, mini excavator etc

Never order the mini excavator 1 ton. I had to dig a 12"x21" foundation at 2 feet wide and 42 inches deep, it took 13 hours. I started at 9 am and did not finish until 11 pm. Plus there is a $200 fee if the machine is not clean. Its not the kinda machine you can just wiped down, I had to wash all the caked harden mud, that took about 30 minutes. So, the next time, I will over an excavator that has a shovel that is 2 1/2 feet. Even the delivery guy told me that the 1 ton was good for my project. He lied. So, anyway, what you see must be the excavator 3 ton plus.
