UPDATE: the Official Sylanian Families Shop / Epoch have responded to my email and phone call to solve my issue. they refunded me for the 7 duplicates and have confirmed it was a warehouse error, which should be fixed for any future orders 💛

oh heavens how is it possible, 8 duplicates!?? I've had many duplicates but so many in the same purchase has never happened to me. Good thing you'll be able to exchange with other people🤞❤️
fortunately / unfortunately i think it was a packing error in the warehouse, rather than reflective of an issue with the blind bags! and yes it seems quite a few people bought lots on release day so we can trade together 😅

Wow. I rarely if every buy blind items for this reason. I have no one to trade with and how do you sell them all? So it makes trash and wasted money.

Si cela peut te rassurer,j’ai également commandé 2x 8 sachets bébés fruits dans deux commandes différentes sur le site officiel et moi j’ai eu que poire ,banane et cerise jaune. Aucain citron,cerise rose et pomme,à croire que ces 3 bébés n’ont pas fait le voyage Japon Europe. J’ai envoyé un mail de mécontentement sur le site officiel sylvanian families France pour qu’il puisse résoudre ce problème . Peut-être peux-tu en faire autant en Angleterre ☹️

each version much be packed into separate boxes, then the shipping people are just grabbing from the same box. Idk how else this could happen, lol. The website wont even let me add them to my cart. If you're in the uk,I'll happily buy one from you
yes that sounds like the most realistic scenario! i think Epoch have suspended sales of them for the moment, until this issue is solved
