It’s starting to get cut because it’s not offering much more than protecting a Little Knight if needed. Its brand of interruption isn’t exactly the best in this format and it only affords you playing into Evenly that much harder.
Crazy how this deck will get even better once Akahiron releases. I invested in it day 1 because I knew Konami would be unable to resist making it good just due to how awesome and nostalgic it is.
You say that, but Konami has been pretty bad about making nostalgic decks good. Blue-Eyes is only now getting good support after a decade since their last rep, which really only won because their support was built to counter the meta. Dark Magician has never been meta relevant and Red-Eyes is bad even for a casual deck.

you know the fact that they kept supporting the valiant smashers archetypes seems to be the closest we've ever been to a semblance of rotation, 3 different decks that play on separate axis of yugioh's design without having to rely on the usual legacy support pitfall of "give them an infernity barrier/stratos/rota/poplar/field spell" from what seems to be a little bit over 10 months, looking forward to the next deck build pack and if they keep this trend
The use of the fiendsmith engine is interesting in terms of the synergy. Still dk how it becomes memento combo though (how does the tcg fusion facilitate that)
Memento has been rogue for a while now and Konami has honestly just given it pretty much perfect support each wave (twin headed and ghattic were both pretty much needed for the deck, new fusion and sleepy make the otk exist and helps with having combined creation as the boss and the newest akihiron further helps with an otk with the direct attacks on big fusion and combined creation)
Man i like how both this and the magical musketeers deck work But them being probably the third and fourth best feindsmith deck is kinda annoying Regardless i will probably be playing one of them ( not in real life of course)
I wonder why people don’t play 3 mace, it grabs any memento card from deck and can destroy itself to do so. You can grab the horse and pop off from there. People are just choosing to have less consistency, ig
Mace by itself is not full combo since the deck doesn't have that many extenders. You'd much rather summon her off something like Angwitch so she can get you access to your Fusion or any of the other S/Ts.

I love this deck and speaking intentionally bad spanish. I fusion summon El Mucho Grande then shuffle 5 for El Grande Cabezota, I activate the trap card Con Queso. I will be playing this deck on October for sure.

Worth noting: fiendsmith is not strictly better for the deck. If you want to play on a budget, pure does have advantages over the fiendsmith engine
No, it's straight up just better, the benefits of pure Memento just do not compare to what Fiendsmith offers you.

mostly right except bone party isn’t combo unless you can fulfill its cost which happens more than it should
