I was kind of upset that Cry chose to cut Lee's arm off, but then I watched another playthrough and if Lee's arm stays on then he passes out a lot during the rest of the episode. So I guess cutting off his arm was indeed a smart decision.

blackwings724 They had time to treat Hershel's wound though, that's the thing. There are two key factors as to why Lee died; one, or BOTH, are true: 1. They cut the infected limb off too late, and by the time they severed it, it was already in his bloodstream, propagating throughout his body. 2. With a limb like that not cauterized or disinfected, or even treated properly, it's likely Lee died of blood loss. Remember, all they did was just slap a bandage over it, and leave him there. That, and he did fairly strenuous work.
They would have had time to treat Lee's arm too. o.o They might have had some more medicine. If they had done it sooner, right after he was bitten, maybe he would have survived. Then they could have replaced his arm with a chainsaw and Lee would have been the most badass zambiefighter eva!!!

Serina Figueroa First time I played this episode, my save file got messed up, so Lee instead of coming with everyone but Ben (for deadly reason) was alone. So I had to do it myself, forced to witness every single inches cutting through Lee's arm and participating in it. That was badass as fuck!

that's a good thought. the collar needs to be near the door for it to unlock, so if they dropped it near the door or it's just on a table or counter and it's just close enough, then yeah. it would have made it impossible for the door to lock again.

blackwings724 They had time to treat Hershel's wound though, that's the thing. There are two key factors as to why Lee died; one, or BOTH, are true:
1. They cut the infected limb off too late, and by the time they severed it, it was already in his bloodstream, propagating throughout his body.
2. With a limb like that not cauterized or disinfected, or even treated properly, it's likely Lee died of blood loss. Remember, all they did was just slap a bandage over it, and leave him there. That, and he did fairly strenuous work.
They would have had time to treat Lee's arm too. o.o They might have had some more medicine. If they had done it sooner, right after he was bitten, maybe he would have survived. Then they could have replaced his arm with a chainsaw and Lee would have been the most badass zambiefighter eva!!!
Remember Reggie? He got bit and Carver cut his arm off quickly, Reggie didn't die of the bite, they cut Lee's arm off too late, and yes, it IS very possible that he died of blood loss, because everybody turns within 2 days, he got the fever too soon, well, I'm pretty sure, I just wish he hadn't been bit, or cut off his arm sooner...Goddammit...

Serina Figueroa First time I played this episode, my save file got messed up, so Lee instead of coming with everyone but Ben (for deadly reason) was alone. So I had to do it myself, forced to witness every single inches cutting through Lee's arm and participating in it. That was badass as fuck!
