this seems to apply to si in their sleep, since that’s about their physical body. my savior sleep with ni is about a mental, conceptual, ethereal “sick”, not about my physical body
I am dominant sleep married to dominant play and his whole family are dominant play. I hate the family "vacations" together. No one (except for me) seems to need sleep, food or rest. It's just constant action. I usually get sick at those family gatherings because they are so stressful. The added bonus to that is that his whole family sees me as a fragile little wuss. Which is probably true 🤣😭.
My way of showing people I love them is by telling them to rest. It's because rest is so important to me and I feel loved when a person encourages me to put my own energy preservation first :')
Ok this has convinced me that I have sleep above play. I am constantly aware of whatever pain or tiredness I have. And if I'm hungry, I literally cannot concentrate on anything else but the feeling of hunger and getting some food.
CP/B(S) definitely not relatable. I often neglect my hunger, fatigue and pain. Having a CS GF is interesting, I definitely relate with Shannon where it sounds like her owies report
I think this applies more to Sleep+Blast saviors. Sleep+Consume saviors, they are more likely to just go rest when they are sick and not tell the world about it. Also I am wondering if there is a difference between energy dominants and information dominance in the tendency to talk about your ailments.
Honestly I feel guilty telling people that I don't feel well, because when I had work & school full-time, I was always either sick or had bad allergies all year round. I just couldn't catch up with everybody else.
My INFP brother (definitely sleep and consume) and INFP coworker are both suuuuuuuuuch wimps when it comes to being sick. But I think that for the most part you are right
Agree. I'm consume/sleep. I feel guilty for feeling ill (especially when it's mental and I know I need to rest but it's not physical) and I don't advertise it. I usually just hop on RUclips.
Mark is sooooo sweet! 🙃 Is that what saviour feminine Te looks like? I'm sure a lot of people would look at him and say that's Fe. How does he compare to a Dave with demon Te? Mark loves the tribe, obviously, Dave thinks the tribe is dumb. Well, the stand up comedy about supplements was indeed great 😂
My wife talks so much about health, sleep and sickness. I do not even think about it until I'm like crawling on the ground, "what is happening?!" Wife: You had mono in middle School, your immune system is trash and you've been sick 5x this year. Me: Well that's normal. I get sick every year... PLAY till I drop
I just tell everyone I am feeling great, even when I am not. Then I do my INFJ disappearing act until I am well. That way I don't have to deal with the eye roll scrutiny of "here we go again, what is wrong with her, now"! lol
And then people wonder why you either seem tired all of the time (not true) or just say you're fine to avoid the complaining from people who want you to be a 100%. It's easier than being the wet blanket of your friend and family group.
_I’ve never identified with something more._ I’ve gotten so tired of saying something’s wrong with me; it’s hard to get away from when you have chronic pain & an invisible illness. I’ve just gotten where I avoid the topic at all costs & only talk to my friends when I have better days. It’s amazing how easy it is for people to think you’re full of sh*t or for them to stop inviting you to things altogether because you have to say no to them a couple times in a row. I just hate how guilty I feel for feeling a way that I can’t even control. _It’s actually infuriating._
"INFJ disappearing act" That's not a thing, stop making up these cringey protologisms. If anything you're making other people believe you can't possibly be that type.
@05:15: *"As you get to Know the person.."* Most valuable piece of info I've gathered from this channel. I Truly hope "everyone" in the "Typology 'Community'" heard/hears that.
Ok, this gotta be one of the first instances that actually convinced me I might be play above sleep. I totally relate to Shan on this one. My friend told me he thinks so, but I didn't believe him cause he's play last, so of course anyone would seem high play to him. Oh well
Lol the opposite anecdote is also true. Jennie and I are covered in cuts, bruises, pulled muscles, STDs, and broken bones (one of those isn't true) and we have no idea where they came from. Can't slow us down! SKIBBIEEEEE
If he has a lot of respiritory illnesses, he might have an allergy without being diagnosed yet. I was getting a lot and only found out when I reached 52 years old! I thought I had bad immunity, but it was an allergy.
I haven't been sick in over 5 years, but I've noticed I'm pretty good at being proactive about my health. An idea I've had is to make a facility where you can get all your personal metrics done without a doctor at any time - hearing, eyesight, blood pressure, lung capacity, etc. and store the data in a phone app. Great video again, guys! 💪💪
While listening to Dave the whole time I was thinking "mhmm mhhmm AND ppl need to workout their back in the gym to protect the spine in old age then they can move when...oooh I see it now"
omg shan is such a mood. I have a friend who constantly gets headaches and bad period pains. I mean we both relate on being tired all the time, but like i silently judge everyone who complains about pain a lot and it makes me feel like a bitch, but i’m like ‘seriously just deal with it’. i’m like anti everything but tiredness in what you said about sleep so this really helped me eliminate sleep entirely from my considerations. thanks
A humorous example of play above sleep is Leslie Knope in that Parks and Rec episode where she gets the flu. Just total denial of physical needs- gotta get things done!
If you spend all day resting or laying on the couch, etc., you're going to have issues going to bed at night because you haven't expended enough energy to get tired.
Wow... Markimoo, an ISTJ? The guy seems way too chill and goofy for that XD I want an explanation lool! This guy has just as much energy when he has bronchitis than his usual videos lol! I felt like I was dying when I had one XD
Just in case you missed it, ISTJ doesn’t have to be super rigid all the time. The types are for the way of thinking and understanding everything, act is something different. If ISTJ wants to be goofy, he can. It’a good to see, it’s funny. Hope that this comment will do the work. Keep on well
Saviour sleep: my body feels different, it is as if a demon resides within it, heating up my cells. I feel them dying and crying, it makes me cry, my eyes are red because of it. It is slowly clenching my throat, making me feel thirst. My body wants water but it is too far to reach it....i am dying.... Saviour play: ahh, my head hurts, anyway, what do we have to do?
My wife is definitely Sleep above Play. She routinely will give me her ouchie report, sometimes several times in a day. I need to see if she gives the reports to others to be more certain that she’s Sleep/Blast or Sleep/Consume but I leaning to the former.
I’d love for you guys to do a video that combines both (word, action & spike analysis) so that we can start to have fixed points of reference for each type anchored in combination observations. So we can start M-Sing cornerstone tendencies or at the very least effectively hone in on high likelihood reoccurrences!
Haha... My self awareness is so bad I faint in random locations causing chaos for the tribe. I started being more self aware, especially during the pandemic, because I don't want to get anyone sick.
This make me kinda confirm I do have play above sleep because I am deadass ignore anything relating to my health. I used to be a very picky eater as a child until teenage years and the adults will always nag me for not eating. They assume I don't like the food but I've actually just forgotten to eat because I'm busy playing or doing literally anything.
Loved the rant about your "things." That's been a big revelation for me as I notice people don't bother me, but things, like the controls in newer cars? Don't get me started!
I just spent 1 hour at the Y and 2 hours playing fetch with my dog. Have to go take a nap now (after I take my Mg, Ca, Glucosamine/Chondrotin and D3 and Protein Shake with fruit, fiber and vitamins)!
I have sleep last and obsessed with supplements. I take Krill Oil, Magnesium, Vitamin D, Vitamin B-6, Zinc, Vitamin C, My Community Host Defense Mushroom supplements, and probiotics. I used to get sick a lot and these supplements are keeping me alive now. The joint supplements sounds awesome, I need to look into that next.
Sleep last version of this would be ''So I finally went to the doctor. They told me if I keep using my leg it's going to be permanently damaged, but I promised suzy I'd go play soccer with her...''
My partner would love this! He is so over hearing my owie report. My immune system is really strong so I don’t get viruses. But my hip hurts, or I have a headache, or I’m tired. Today it’s my finger. I strained one of my tendons.
LOL, Oh my goodness, I THOUGHT I was sleep first, but now there is no doubt! I 100% relate to Dave here. LOL I am always talking about being sure to get enough sleep, which type of nap is best and why, how important it is to take Magnesium - I just went on a tweet storm with two people today in fact about how they need to take Mg and why I love it so much. I could go on...but I won't.
As an INFJ I agree that I am very aware of when I’m sick because it does affect my energy levels so much, when I’m already not working with a lot. That really resonated with me. But I avoid talking about being sick because I’m aware it can be annoying to other people. Actually, it annoys me when other people complain about it a lot 😅 I only rant about being sick to people I’m very close to.
I think its because of the blast higher. When he works himself a little too much, with sleep second he gets aware when he's beginning to breakdown, he is not just able to put on the brakes, he understands his health and comfort are important, and he takes his time to actually recover fully. I think with people who have sleep last or maybe 3rd. They'll sense it but keep pushing and even if they try to treat themselves or relax and have some recovery time, once the tiring symptoms are gone, they go back to expending massive amounts of energy. What may not be good about this is, they may result in quick recovery attempts more than they should, and that isn't good for full recovery where it is necessary
Lol, I know quite a few people who might be sleep first, who I think about as hypochondriacs. Of course I don't say that out loud. I'm blessed with good health and I only ever worry about my health at the rare instances of being sick or injured. And whenever that is the case, it annoys me like crazy. I'm always like: "Great, this was the last thing I needed now". Of course, that's a thought which then may go through anyone's head. But it seems to me that the sleepers are used to it to the point where they almost expect health problems. Stupid me. They don't expect it, they are mentally prepared. They do their health justice and will, in the long run, actually stay healthy for much longer than me, should I not adopt some of their wisdom.
Oh my god. My wife and I are play and sleep too, I drink a special shake every day, and my wife thinks I’m a boring old man (I’m in my 30’s). This whole thing is totally real
This is weird... I've typed myself as Sleep first... and, yes, I get sick a lot (including now); but that wasn't always the case. There was a time- in my teens and early twenties- when I was all about "Mind over matter!", and I could conquer any sickness- and I didn't seem to get sick all that often. At least not as often as the rest of my family... So, do "Animals" change, or... what?
To be perfectly honest, these people tend to irritate me because it comes across as being whiny and making excuses. Especially when their reason for every mistake they make is that they didn't get enough sleep and the reason why they didn't get enough sleep is always something to do with their breathing or their digestion or their stomach hurting or the temperature or air quality or noise, etc (not because they didn't have time). And when they claim they fucked up because they didn't get enough sleep, but they say they didn't get enough sleep literally every day of their lives, you start to wonder how they can act like it's the exception to the rule when it's actually the rule. How can you not allow yourself enough time to sleep when you have trouble sleeping literally every night? Don't get me wrong. I have Si third and I'm very aware of what's going on inside my body... But I still don't force everyone else to hear my sob story. Complaining about every malady, ache, and pain doesn't solve the problem (unless you're complaining to a doctor) and constantly asking for leniency or sympathy because of your terrible daily affliction will make you come across as petty, whiny, and weak. Sorry, I know the adjectives are abrasive, but that's what people think and don't say outloud. "Pussy" is another word that comes to mind. Especially when you're constantly pushing through your pain and never asking for so much as sympathy nevermind a break or a day off, it feels like a slap in the face to see other people get special treatment and mulligans to reward their whining. When you take care of sick people all day, you notice patterns. The way I tend to phrase it is "the empty can rattles the most," but that's just my personal bias speaking. There are 2 potential takeaways here: 1. Sleep above play people: Everyone gets sick and experiences pain and discomfort. Try to remember that not everyone talks about it when they do, so don't assume everything is peaches and cream just because someone doesn't volunteer information about their health & wellness. Sometimes the people who rarely complain are the ones who actually have the most pain or the most wrong with them. I know you won't believe me at first because you'll think, "if they really had it that bad, they'd say something," but you'll have to learn it's true by your own experience with getting to know people. If you take a vested interest in someone, you'll often discover they've had hardships you'd never imagine. Be aware that while some may be sympathetic, some may view your natural tendency as a weakness and hold it against you. You can also do real damage to your body by worrying too much about illness; stress is horrible for your health and psychosomatic symptoms are a real phenomenon. Hypervigilant cleaning can also hinder your immune system. Don't create a self-fulfilling prophecy. Sometimes it's better to strike a balance between sharing nothing and oversharing, between worrying too much and worrying too little. 2. Play over sleep people: Remember that not everyone can push through or ignore pain the way you can. Imagine how much you'd talk about something if your brain wouldn't allow you to focus on anything else. Also remember that "only the open mouth gets fed." You may think you're tougher by virtue of never complaining, but in reality you may be missing out on something useful. The Sleep-first people have better prosocial skills for eliciting help from the tribe when it comes to their health. And you may look down on those who complain about their physical ailments all the time, but those people will have the last laugh quite literally when they outlive you. There's a reason why SJs have the longest life expectancy. As above, sometimes it's better to strike a balance between suffering in silence and asking for help all the time, between obsessing over pain and ignoring it, between hypochondriaism and giving not a second thought to your health. We can all learn from each other.
👋 I had a long conversation with my ISFP friend about this whole topic. I now assume I'm play above sleep. My friend is definitely sleep above play. Where'd you see yourself on this? I'm curious. I'd assume, based on your ramblings, that you are more an the play side of things, as well. It was quite stunning how big the difference really is. We thought about a few sleep first/play last people we know. And it had baffled me before how tired these people would always seem to me. Because in all and every instance of meeting them, there would be some kind of health issue on their mind, as their top priority. Doesn't help that their whole family works in a medical field, as well. Even tiny things I would just randomly drop, without any thought about health, would lead to them sharing their thoughts on what I should responsibly do for my health. I really thought they are hypochondriacs or something, because most Si users aren't that obsessed with it. What my friend and I concluded was what many people in typology, first and foremost Dave, have already stated and which we just forgot about: The demon must serve the saviour. Saviours feel easy, you gotta do them and that's what's life feels like it should be all about. For me, personally, part of that is "expending energy". Doing the play, outside, with others. My health and my looking at myself should serve the purpose of being able to do the play stuff. When I neglect my physical or mental health and end up having one of my down days, I get angry at myself for not being able to play, because my body says sleep time. That's how it is for me. I think I never _really_ considered the idea that it would be different for others. The Fi/Si-INFP I talked about above in particular is a person I felt sorry for. I thought, "How miserable must it be to always be hindered by oneselfs physical boundaries, when all we want is go out there and do stuff?" By do stuff I mean play. Little did I know that for her it IS about the sleep. And the play, which is almost not there, serves that. So do blast and consume in her case. It is obvious now that I've thought about it, my consideration didn't reach that far before. I would just relate from myself onto others, as I and everyone else do with all of the aspects of life we aren't yet conscious of. And the INFP was never just being self important with her favourite topic, she was genuinely concerned. Because that's how she would treat herself, so it's also how she thinks others would want to treat themselves as well. What I just noticed is that the guy from the example, Mark, as well as the INFP I know, they both got their sleep double masculine. Si and Fi, they're MF. My ISFP friend is most likely MM-Fi/Se-CS/B(P), so for him the demon play is double masculine, sleep is double activated and double feminine. Mark (whose videos I used to watch when I was in highschool, so I have an idea of the guy) and the INFP, they both are insanely outward and adamant with their saviour sleep "owy reports." She's also sleep-blast, I think, almost an ISTJ. My friend is not like that at all. Might be because he is not an Si user. From what he said and what I know, he does take good care of himself. Much more than I do, or other play people I can think of. The difference is though, that while he doesn't keep it to himself, he wouldn't ever think about making a big deal of it. His big deals are outward demon play problems. He is very calm and casual about his health whenever that topic comes up. When he wants to sleep, he'll just retreat to his introvert cave and that's it. He's got low blast as well, so that might add to him talking less about sleep. Oh well! My bottom line is: Perspectives, absolutely! I didn't think that far myself. Your takeaways shed some good new light :)
@@someonerandom713 Hi! Interesting examples. Yes, you gleaned correctly. Based on the differences outlined in this video, at least (not sure if there are other significant variables that could be used to differentiate), I'd guess that I'm play above sleep. But for me it's not as stark of a contrast of as lead-play/sleep-last. I think play barely edges out sleep for me, which makes sense to me given my stack and the relationship I feel my Ne/Si have with each other. It really is a bit like the parent-child dynamic; my Si gets its way sometimes and is allowed to indulge in routine comforts and get lost in the details... Until my Ne has had enough and says ”That's it. This is getting old fast. Time for a change. You need to explore." To me, Ne feels more responsible, and it feels like it has power over my Si. Like disciplining and guiding a stubborn child. I also definitely value Ne more than Si in both myself and others. So it makes sense from a functional level. To consider OP factors, I still think my Si is most likely masculine, and I wonder if that may also be part of why it was previously difficult for me to determine whether sleep or play was higher. In my mind, the masculinity of Si seems to make it just stubborn and pushy enough to near rivalling the power of play, with feminine Ne-fueled play barely edging it out. Sleep is important to me, but I still find myself pushing it back in lieu of other priorities. If I understand the terms correctly, that is. How much of sleep would you say relates to self-reflection on a more metaphysical level? Because I find I do quite a bit of that, though I do also feel compelled to ping ideas off the tribe, in order to test the validity of a theory, in order to then self-reflect, if that makes sense. I would guess most likely I'm CP/S(B), based on my current understanding and analysis. Are you aware of a formula or rule that dictates the possible permutations of animals for any given type? I recall reverse-engineering the possibilities from a chart at one point, but now I don't remember exactly what the order was. I just remember it was different for jumpers. But that would be assuming that given chart represented the whole of possibilities anyway, so I want to make sure I understand correctly. Is it basically that your first animal must be one that uses a savior, but after that, anything goes? For example, a Ti/Si could not be blast-first, but any order besides that is theoretically possible? Or your first animal must involve both saviors but after that anything goes? (as long as the antithesis of the first animal is 3rd or 4th, right?) So, a Ti/Si must be lead sleep, but they could be SC/PB or SC/BP or SB/CP or SB/PB? But not SP/CB and not SP/BC? (I cannot find a concise way to describe this for the life of me. Ni to the rescue?) I would agree with your interpretation of sleep serving play for myself. The concept of the demon serving the savior makes sense as well; even on a basic level, the relationship would seem implied by the dynamic of functions that work together on an axis. So, let me solidify my definitions here, if you don't mind helping me figure out the jargon I'm less familiar with. So an animal being "double masculine," for example, would mean that the two functions evoked by that animal are both masculine? What about "double-activated?” That's one of those terms I hear thrown around the OP camp quite a bit, but the meaning is not intuitively clear to me. Activated by what? Does it have to do with whether the functions are saviors or demons? I get the feeling it pertains to the properties of functions, but I'm not sure which. 🤔
@@someonerandom713 Update/addendum: I just read a comment by Laura Miller, saying she thinks the "owie report" thing applies more to Sleep+Blast saviors, while Sleep+Consume saviors are more likely to just go rest if they are sick and not talk about it. 🤔 Hmm If that's true, this has me a bit torn again. The people I was thinking about when writing my original comment are Sleep+Blast (Si/Te). Especially considering my focus in differentiating myself was on the aspect of not talking about it or complaining or using it as an excuse, I now wonder if the mere level of awareness of that kind of stuff I have is enough to constitute sleep over play. I could be CP/S(B) but I could also be CS/P(B). I'll have to think about this some more. Any thoughts on additional ways to differentiate?
@@heatherbryant4197 How much sleep is metaphysical self analysis? Well... Up until this video aired, I didn't really even consider it to be much else. Of course, it would be obvious to me that Si users look inward physically. But personally, sleep wouldn't mean much else to me besides looking inward through a metaphysical lense. That is why I would assume previously that I am high on sleep, because I see myself doing lots of Ni and Ti. I think Ti is masculine in my case. If we expand OP again for a second, any combination of introverted functions could be some sort of sleep, couldn't it? For me, it could be the Si that I don't do, + Fi or Ti. If you talk about looking inward metaphysically, I would guess that might be connected to Ni. Since Ni dom Dave does this physical reporting himself, I would guess that the physical looking inward can go just fine for Ni+Se users as well. So I'd see myself with Play above Sleep yet again, because I don't do that. I really do want to say that's blind Si, but I have no idea if anyone's even considered if shadow functions are a legit thing in OP, or if that's just to be treated like some hypothetical thought experiment for now. Dave is Sleep+Blast, Mark is Blast+Sleep. All people I thought about who do this like crazy are those two animals. But my ISFP friend is Consume+Sleep. Animals work like this: - Your first saviour animal is both saviour functions - Your second saviour animal is one saviour function and one demon. - Third and fourth can be in any order - Masculine Fe + masculine Si makes Blast double masculine and Consume double feminine (for example) "Double activated" works as follows: One animal consists of two functions. Both of these functions are going to be present in one other animal. The functions which are present twice within your first three animals are double activated and form the double activated animal. It is always the opposite animal of the last one. And that can only be the first or second animal. So for you, assuming you're blast last, that would in any case be consume. Even if you were sleep first. My friend keeps telling me he could be dominant sleep. I think that is the case because his sleep is double activated through consume and blast both being there. So he basically does it constantly despite it not being the first animal. You work with sick people, so you might just be tired of hearing the "owies" by now. But if I compare what you say to my ISFP friend, who is stubborn with the tribe and the sensory, I couldn't even imagine him doing the same. I think this is because even though he doesn't say it like that, he respects people's self concern very much. At least the physical. He wouldn't keep his disgruntlement to himself if there was any. He might not say it, but it would be obvious that he's annoyed. I'm pretty sure that because sleep is his saviour, he looks at every person and wants their self attention to be respected. For now, the "safest bet" I can think of to see saviour and demon animals is to see which serves which. There's nothing else coming to my mind right away. If I happen to remember or come up with anything, I'll make sure to add it right here :)
I consider myself an introvert, but it feels so weird to think that I have play above sleep lol Although I have awereness about my physical weaknesses, I tend to ignore as much as possible and continue what I want to do
Fuck! I watched the "animal" related videos multiple times. Although I was pretty clear about being an INFJ & a jumper but until now I was still confused if I was lead sleep. Not anymore! I am taking 12 different supplements for 5 years now & Glucosamine is one of them! LOL!
It seems to be Play above Sleep. Basically, people who have Play above Sleep don't wanna preserve energy, they just wanna spend it. But, of course, we can't jump to this conclusion just based in one thing that you said about you.
This got me thinking: When a certain person (stereotypically a woman) comes to you to share a problem they expect you to listen and sympathise and that solve their emotional state for the moment. The other kind of person (stereotypically a man) comes to you to share a problem they expect you to empathise and problemsolve so the problem can be fixed. And that will resolve the cause of the emotions to arise again. So how would the different functions apply to the above need and strategies?
I just bought blood pressure monitor, blood glucose monitor, blood oximeter, and thermometer. (good results thank God) but if there is bad results I want to be the first to know.
That's funny. I had started trying Magnesium pills to help me relax and sleep. It freaks me out when I dont have enough sleep. My family has a history of HBP and I very conscious of my health. I'm play last as well. My sis is play first I think and sleep probably third. The way she manages herself drives me insane. 🙄🙄🙄At the same time, she thinks I'm a sensitive little shit.
Yeah, this is the hardest one for me to see that they have objectively typed. I don't see it at all and I usually can a little bit even if I still have some confusion about it.
Okay, so nobody has tried to explain the reasons of typing Mark as ISTJ, so let’s try to do this, Davie’s style. So where is the focus first: tribe or things. Very simple thing. And quiet agreeable amongst most of typing community: Mark is focused on things, that’s where his intense focus on the sicknesses comes from. Or easily tracking weird things on video he watches, and so on, and so fourth. So either ExxP or IxxJ. Next, focus on control or chaos. That’s somewhat problematic, as being youtuber in it’s concept makes you less strict with things like schedules or contracts. As a popular youtuber, he doesn’t have to focus on it anyhow. But in difference to other youtubers (as an example PewDiePie), his content seems more categorised, planned and repeatable. Not a bad thing, it’s still great to watch. Just to say, there is rarely new things, more often everything is evolving around the same. Somewhat different to clear chaos type, with it’s often unpredictable content. So you got it, IxxJ Now to decide the rest, Ni vs Si, Te vs Fe. First one is easy: how much he just says what it was he saw or noticed. TNTL series is good representation, just a simple thing, but he doesn’t skip videos he saw before. Most often he watch them and still laugh at them. Also not dropping the content he previously made and sometimes making comebacks is good indication on one thing: strong Si. Organized RUclips channel and little new formats shows that it’s his saviour state. Te is also easy, well seen in this video. Straight foreword, no nonsense explaining the situation, saying things how they are (I have this, I’ll do this, I am that). Most people type him as ENFP, so seeing how these long-serving arguments are missing the details, that have made him who he is, is greatly weird. But everyone makes mistakes, maybe they are still many to come, nothing bad about this. Stay safe is keep on well
Tbh, I don't get sick often, but when I do I feel so drained and I need lots of rest... Then again, I always feel drained without doing anything XD must be low Play
this seems to apply to si in their sleep, since that’s about their physical body. my savior sleep with ni is about a mental, conceptual, ethereal “sick”, not about my physical body

The main take away I got from this is that Dave is 6’3 😂
Was just scrolling through comments to see if that's true hahaha
My way of showing people I love them is by telling them to rest. It's because rest is so important to me and I feel loved when a person encourages me to put my own energy preservation first :')
Same!
Oh, I do that too!
Same!!

Sounds about right 👍
Honestly I feel guilty telling people that I don't feel well, because when I had work & school full-time, I was always either sick or had bad allergies all year round. I just couldn't catch up with everybody else.
Either that or go do research online and try and figure it out yourself. Asking someone else is too much work...
I do not even think about it until I'm like crawling on the ground, "what is happening?!"
Wife: You had mono in middle School, your immune system is trash and you've been sick 5x this year.
_I’ve never identified with something more._
I’ve gotten so tired of saying something’s wrong with me; it’s hard to get away from when you have chronic pain & an invisible illness.
"INFJ disappearing act"
That's not a thing, stop making up these cringey protologisms. If anything you're making other people believe you can't possibly be that type.
@05:15:
*"As you get to Know the person.."*
Most valuable piece of info I've gathered from this channel.
I Truly hope "everyone" in the "Typology 'Community'" heard/hears that.
Yeah, that's where most people tend to tap out, myself included
Ok, this gotta be one of the first instances that actually convinced me I might be play above sleep. I totally relate to Shan on this one.
My friend told me he thinks so, but I didn't believe him cause he's play last, so of course anyone would seem high play to him. Oh well
you can be leed sleep and dont share about how you feel because you dont want to spend energy:)
Lol the opposite anecdote is also true. Jennie and I are covered in cuts, bruises, pulled muscles, STDs, and broken bones (one of those isn't true) and we have no idea where they came from. Can't slow us down! SKIBBIEEEEE
Haha! Lolz
6:45 wtf almost spat the joint care pill out of my mouth
make sure you grind it up first or you can't add in the calcium
Meanwhile me being consume first: 30 vitamin containers on my shelf
I was so excited when you started talking about the knee supplements lol. Sleep first life
Yes, I have been told I get sick way too often to be normal. But I never get a serious illness, just under the weather.
While listening to Dave the whole time I was thinking "mhmm mhhmm AND ppl need to workout their back in the gym to protect the spine in old age then they can move when...oooh I see it now"
Binging y'all's videos for the last 24hrs has me crying and laughing in almost equal shifts.
Truly inspiring work folks.
Be blessed y'all 🙏
I get sick all the time, and complain about it a lot. I didn't realize until this video it's a problem
Yup, my friend has sleep last, and she doesn't know when she's sick, when to stop and just rest ffs
@Mr. 8-Bit Doggo tea
My ENFJ mother in law is that way. NEVER stops.
omg shan is such a mood.
Stephany? Stephany? Ashley 🤣 and I lost it 🤣
I've had so many surgeries and that weepy feeling of not being good enough or deserving enough is real. So real. I cry every time after a procedure.
You are good enough despite all the battles. You are worthy. You are perfect ✨
I’m JUST like Dave. Also, if I’m sleep above play, WHYyy dear god do I have such a hard time getting to bed early? The last clip 🤣🤣
If you spend all day resting or laying on the couch, etc., you're going to have issues going to bed at night because you haven't expended enough energy to get tired.
shiro1744 we know 😩
Keep on well
imagine being sleep>play and play last.
you get sick, talk about it all the time and never go to a doctor.
My husband calls me his Delicate Tulip. LOL
Haha!
I think I am high sleep. I relate so much to this man. I wish I could just get things done
And not have to hit a brick wall of being sick or losing organs
Don't forget your amino acids, to support your adrenals, muscles, nerves.
I am sick right now while watching this video.
😂🙌🏼 Hilarious!! Dave, remember to take your Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein as well....THAT can be mixed with ANYTHING!!😁
I am obsessed with health too. I ferment my own probiotics.
Sleep last version of this would be ''So I finally went to the doctor. They told me if I keep using my leg it's going to be permanently damaged, but I promised suzy I'd go play soccer with her...''
I saw Mark in the thumbnail and came as fast as I could!!!!
I too take joints for my pain - wait...
😂
I cracked up at that just like Shan did. No clue what that means other than not sleep first!
Well that settles that. I am definitely sleep over play.
ALRIGHT!!! i am def not sleep first!
Vitamins and supplements are great biohacks. I feel ya Dave!!
I would guess that this goes for mental health as well.
Whaaaaat?! My husband and I say “energizing cubes” all of the time!
Dave's rant on joint supplements tho iM wHeEzInG
yeah, I'm able to hide this from anyone who isn't close to me 😆 that guy needs to get some pride 😁
OMG this explains all the people I can’t stand, but I TE try to fix
Oh my god. My wife and I are play and sleep too, I drink a special shake every day, and my wife thinks I’m a boring old man (I’m in my 30’s). This whole thing is totally real
Lmfao, wtf, why does he get sick so much
This is weird... So, do "Animals" change, or... what?
I will now be taking joint supplements
Jayson Paglow don’t forget the vitamin c drops... and a nap.
Coming from the opposite perspective, I have blind-spot Si and have a pretty high pain tolerance.
Lolz I'm sleep last & my friends will tell me how exhausted I look and I'm like shut up no I'm not!!!
That's his shtick.
There are 2 potential takeaways here:
👋
I had a long conversation with my ISFP friend about this whole topic.
Ni to the rescue?)
I would agree with your interpretation of sleep serving play for myself.
Animals work like this:
- Your first saviour animal is both saviour functions
- Your second saviour animal is one saviour function and one demon.
- Third and fourth can be in any order
- Masculine Fe + masculine Si makes Blast double masculine and Consume double feminine (for example)
"Double activated" works as follows:
One animal consists of two functions.
If I happen to remember or come up with anything, I'll make sure to add it right here :)
collagen before a workout builds joints
I hope your supplement has vitamin A(in the form of retinol), D3,
K2(in the form of mk4) and minerals such as magnesium, boron and zinc.
On my word... everything that annoys me about my bfs blasty rants.... they are all sleep. 😅😂
I consider myself an introvert, but it feels so weird to think that I have play above sleep lol
Although I have awereness about my physical weaknesses, I tend to ignore as much as possible and continue what I want to do
Yikes. He's not kidding about the sleep and glucosamine thing. Lead sleep INFP & started taking glucosamine at age 25 for preventative purposes😶🌫️
My joints feel fine 😂😂🤣.
I have a friend like this, but more extreme.
Fuck! I watched the "animal" related videos multiple times. Although I was pretty clear about being an INFJ & a jumper but until now I was still confused if I was lead sleep. Not anymore! I am taking 12 different supplements for 5 years now & Glucosamine is one of them! LOL!
I love you guys
omg... I am always sick too and a sleep dominant :/
I get irrationally offended when people suggest I take a nap. Is that a thing?
It seems to be Play above Sleep. Basically, people who have Play above Sleep don't wanna preserve energy, they just wanna spend it.
But, of course, we can't jump to this conclusion just based in one thing that you said about you.
According to my toddler it's a thing...
This got me thinking:
When a certain person (stereotypically a woman) comes to you to share a problem they expect you to listen and sympathise and that solve their emotional state for the moment.
The other kind of person (stereotypically a man) comes to you to share a problem they expect you to empathise and problemsolve so the problem can be fixed. And that will resolve the cause of the emotions to arise again.
So how would the different functions apply to the above need and strategies?
Ok I'm now researching joint supplements. Would you consider making a video on prophylactic pills?
I just bought blood pressure monitor, blood glucose monitor, blood oximeter, and thermometer. (good results thank God) but if there is bad results I want to be the first to know.
Savior sleep or Savior hypochondriac
I can't believe this guy has 24.5M subs!! Now, I feel sick 😂
So the blast isn't a purely impulsive person? Who's the impulsive then?
There are vitamins in a form of gummy bears, made the whole process easier :D
Energon cubes😂. Transformers more then meets the eye
But I'm sick today.
Markiplier, ISTJ, Missing Play...
I didn't see that coming.
And still dont see it tbh wtf
ISTJ? Seems more Fe than Fi to me. and Ni over Ne. I'd say ENFJ over ISTJ
Yeah, I thought he'd be an INFJ or something like that.
There's a case to be made.
*IF* ISJ...
isFj > isTj..
Mirror ESFP...
Flipped ENTP...
Evident.
So you got it, IxxJ
Now to decide the rest, Ni vs Si, Te vs Fe. Stay safe is keep on well
Sleep for the freaking win lmfaoo Play people will condemn themselves to injuries when they don’t take care of their bodies lol
