They've still got the pamphlet pictured on their webpage for the book, so I suspect your chances are good- but I would email them to be completely sure! xx
It will depend on your specific country as Bloomsbury requires every separate country to purchase the rights to print and sell the book and then additionally purchase each bonus chapter individually to print and sell. They are making $$$ off of this and unfortunately smaller countries may not be able to/want to pay up.
I got my copy from Amazon. Not going to fork out tons of money for such little content. I think this is just a shameful money grab. Not all her fans can afford this and it is unfair to them.
