And what’s worse? Coritiba (CAP’s rivals) were relegated on their centenary essentially by Fluminense (if im not mistaken) and the same thing happens to CAP on their centenary
Important to remember, that Fluminense and Atlético-MG (Yeah, the same who was in the Final of Brazilian cup and Libertadores) was fighting against relegation until the LAST round. If Athletico-PR had won the last game against Atlético-MG, they would be in Serie B right now (again, the same who was in 2 finals). Brasileirão is CRAZY
6:44 Vitória fan here, saying we were never on a relegation race is a MASSIVE understatement. It took us 9 games until our first win, and we occupied the bottom 5 for almost the entire first half of the season. It was just final part of the championship that we built a gap to relegation with an amazing streak of points, with massive support of the fans and a not so good squad. We were serious candidates to relegation so what happened was a miracle!
Im a Corinthians fan (corinthiano). I Really like your chanel, good videos. Man, in 9:01 you put a São Paulo photo instead Corinthians, They are our rivals brooooooo
Juventude too was affected by the floods, their stadium did not flood like Grêmio's (4:41) and Inter's (10:25) in Porto Alegre, but their city (Caxias) had lots of landslides that blocked roads that basically turned it into an island. The airport in Caxias too suddenly became the main airport of the state (and it does not have enough capacity for that) and could only be used for emergencies by the rescue teams and supplies, so basically they were stuck there and could not play. Like Inter and Grêmio, they had to play their home games outside the state for logistical and financial issues.
Congratulations on the excellent work talking about the Brazilian championship. (when you started talking about Corinthians, you put an image of their rival São Paulo FC).
Brasileirão is definetely something else, and not only Série A, but specially Série B, C and D. With Athletico's relegation we will have 2 HUGE MASSIVE derbies in next year's Série B: AtleTiba (Athletico vs Coritiba) and the even bigger Re-Pa (Remo vs Paysandu), which even tho involves 2 clubs with little national relevance and no Série A trophies, is still the MOST PLAYED FOOTBALL MATCH IN HISTORY. Yes, you read that right, the football match that has repeated itself the most since the sport's conception is an unkown derby between 2 clubs from the Amazon Forest 👍 We are talking about a whopping 775 matches between those 2 since 1914... 775 matches... And we already have 3 more confirmed for the next year, with the possibility of 7 (all official matches) and even 8 if the governor decides to promote a friendly match to showcase the derby to the rest of the world during the COP30 conference that will happen in our city in the next year. Definitely worth a at least a quick video. Both clubs have over 1 MILLION fans EACH and the local stadium gets divided in half during the derbies, with 25k Remo fans and 25k Paysandu fans spliting the stadium in half. Also Paysandu had a largest average attendance than SANTOS this year, playing in the same division as them (Série B, which btw Santos was the champion and paysandu didn't even finish among the top 10), and Remo which was in the THIRD DIVISION (Série C) this season surpassed both and ended the season with Brasileirão's 16th biggest average attendance, in front of 5 Série A clubs and 19 Série B clubs, again: PLAYING THE THIRD DIVISION. Next year both clubs will be together in Série B and Remo's goal is to return to Série A in 2026!
I'd love to see a video in english about the Re-Pa derby. You guys have massive fanbases and make wonderful spectacles in the stadiums. Remo's mosaics this year were amazing, tbh even better than most of Botafogo's mosaics we made. I hope to meet Remo and Paysandu in Série A 2026, both clubs definitely deserve their spot in the elite By the way congratulations for the promotion! And the crowd in that game? Cmon, 50k people in the stadium to watch a Série C match is something only big clubs can do. You guys need to come back to the elite
Just a reminder, Corinthians had in the 29th round a 62% chance of being relegated, so classify to the Libertadores was a huge win, and Memphis is a fucking beast 👉😬👈
As a Fluminense fan, i was gonna be content with just escaping relegation, im super happy that we also qualified for the Sula. Shows how amazing this league is. Went from 20th, to escaping relegation and being 16th to ending up qualifying for a continental competition
Just to remind you that after Botafogo relegation in 2020 we came back on our own. Textor started investing in Botafogo only in March 2022 after the state championship of that year.
Botafogo went to the first division WITHOUT help from John Textor, he only bought the club AFTER it was promoted (he would only buy the club if they managed to get promoted). And Botafogo has only played in the second division 3 times in its 130-year history
Memphis Depay saved Corinthians during a very turbulent time this year, when they were almost relegated to the second division of the Brazilian Championship. The signing of the Dutch player was certainly a miracle, bringing joy to Corinthians fans. VAI TIMÃÃÃÃO!!!!!!!
Congratulations also to Santos, Mirassol, Sport and Ceará for achieving promotion to the first division of Brazil! Interesting fact: Mirassol will compete in the Brasileirão Série A for the first time in its history and in the year they will complete 100 years! They are from the city of the same name (Mirassol) which is in the interior of the state of São Paulo. The city is small, but it will have a club in the first division! Sport and Ceará are known for being clubs "Yo-Yo", despite being very traditional clubs. Curiosity 2: Novorizontino last year and this year did not move up to the first division for the first time in its history by 1 point 💀
As a Juvnetude Fan, i don't call 15th place a MEEEH year... Actually was a fantastic year beacase our budget was the smallets between all teams!!! Yeah we were one goal from going to sulamericana, but our main objective was completed and next year we can enjoy one more year at serie A.
Another video about the Brazilian league, very good, my friend, keep following next year as the league has everything to continue in a very good way, hugs from the São Paulo FC fans
Just a reminder. Sao Paulo is not the only team to win the title 3 times, they are the only one to win 3 times in the new format Santos won the title 5 times in a row
As a Botafogo fan I am very pleased with the results this year. Junior Santos, Savarino, Almada, Igor Jesus, etc... And (I hope) that next year there will be many more titles ✨ Great vídeo my friend 👍🏻

Great content man, always appreciate international content about our league. Of course the center of international club football is europe, but you enjoy the game much more by exploring other influential leagues and brasileirão is pretty unique on how many competitive/title contenders teams we have every year
You forgot to say that Gremio’s bad season fault was also in the president’s hands, Alberto Guerra, and the ex-coach, Renato Portaluppi, they kept blaming the bad season in the floods and the lack of competitive people in the club and did nothing to try improve their performance like Internacional did.
As a Vasco fan, i believe you could add that we reached the semifinal of Copa do Brazil and were just one goal away from winning against Atletico Mineiro. Also, Vasco had a lot of good chances of qualifying to the Libertadores, but fumbled in the last games and had to settle for the Sulamericana.
i am sad because i am from Goiás, and Atlético Goianiense got relegated, and Goiás and Vila Nova didn't got promoted. That means that i won't be able to see a first division game personally next year and that makes me sad.
At 2:00 theres another interesting thing to say about Athletico Paranaense. They were relegated in their centenary, and many brazilian clubs are relegated at their centenary, thats almost a curse Lol.
Botafogo was GIANT this season, conquering Brazilian League and Libertadores Cup, milestone previously achieved by Santos (when Pelé was at their squad).
You could have done a deeper explanation on why it was thrilling: We have four to six clubs with real chances of relegation, including Atlético. Pathetic was the most probable club to be relegated because it was the one where the most results could influence on them. Bragantino did what was necessary for them: win. But Bragantino, Pathetic, Fluminense, Vitória, Mineiro: they were all candidates to relegation til the last round. Palmeiras got ahead from Botafogo one game before their clash with same score, but more victories. meaning the last 3 games would be decisive, with the Libertadores final in between.
Corinthians Fan here, and all I have to say is that I’m so proud of this team, it’s great to see that they probably will be on the libertadores again, I love this team so much 🫶🏻🫶🏻 And btw, a little correction here: U put the players from São Paulo to represent us, and it’s kinda weird, because they are one of our biggest rivals lol
Come on, come on, come on, Botafogo! Club that is more traditional! I want to see you champion again! I will support you until the end! It doesn't compare! When you play, it doesn't matter at all! It's different! This feeling no one understands (come on, come on)
I think you shouldve emphasized the teams that were fighting for relegation. Fluminense saved themselves in the last match, and there were around 4 teams that were unsure if they were going to be relegated until the last match of the league
Great video bro congrats! But u said sao paulo are the biggest palmeiras rivals, actually corinthians are... As a matter of fact this for most people is the biggest rivalty in Brazil
Corinthians and São Paulo got allready qualled for libertadores, it's because, when a team Wins the libertadores, suda americana or the brasillian cup(copa do Brasil) they automatically qualify for the libertadores and opens up a spot in the league table for other to play for it.
As a Brazilian, I'm giving some information that this video din't told. RELEGATED: 20 - Cuiabá Until this Brasileirão, Cuiabá never got relegated, and now, their first time, they got relegated at rock bottom. 19 - Atlético Goianiense This team were last place for a long time, and still managed somehow to beat Fortaleza 3 - 1 on Matchday 37 to push Cuiabá to the last place 18 - Criciúma They had a great start this year, they beated Vasco 4 - 0 away. The same Vasco that ended reaching the Semi-finals of the Copa do Brasil. I remember that they had like, 3 games and already 5 points, Around that flood on Rio Grande do Sul 17 - Athletico Paranaense Their fans always mocked their rivals, Coritiba, for getting relegated on their 100th year anniversary, back in 2009. Now, 15 years later, Athletico did the same exact thing as ther rivals: got relegated on their 100th year anniversary. NOT RELEGATED: 16 - Bragantino They showcased us that Brasileirão can be really surprising, because last year, they endend in 6th, qualifying to the Copa Libertadores, but this year, they were fighting relegation since around the mid-ending of the league. But managed to survive on the last matchday. 15 - Juventude Juventude, had a mid year on the league, but they got to the quarter finals of the Copa do Brasil, a bit surprising for a team for their size, but they managed to get further on the national cup than the Libertadores and Brasileirão champions Botafogo, and Sudamericana finalist Cruzeiro SUDAMERICANA: 14 - Grêmio They were one of the shockers at matchday 10, along with Fluminense, Vasco and Corinthians. And still managed to get a great comeback around the end. Also, one of their idols, Geromel, retired at the last matchday against Corinthians. 13 - Fluminense They were rock bottom for a lot of games before the end of the first half of the season, like, after 16 games, they had 8 points. And yet, made it to the Sudamericana 12 - Atlético Mineiro They not only lost both Copa do Brasil and Copa Libertadores final, but they could also get relegated on the last match. They could because of an theory that if a team reaches more than 45 points, they can't get relegated. And at the end of Matchday 37, they had like, 44 points. 11 - Vitória The fact that Alerrandro, from Vitória managed to be the joint top-scorer with Yuri Alberto is crazy. Even because he scored more goals than players from Botafogo, Flamengo, Palmeiras, and others. 10 - Vasco da Gama Even tho they had one of their best years recently, they were terrible at the beginning of the league, not only they lost to 5Criciúma 4 - 0 at home, and also the derby against Flamengo by 6 - 1 also at home. but after that, they start to get around 9th, 10th and 11th place. 9 - Cruzeiro An fun/crazy fact: Cruzeiro reached the final of the Sudamericana, but on the Copa do Brasil, they lost on the 1st round to Sousa-PB, a team that din't even qualified to the 2nd phase of the Serie D. PRÉ LIBERTADORES (Libertadores Playoff): 8 - Bahia They made a great job compared to the last year's Brasileirão, which they ended at 16th. Now they have a chance to play on the Libertadores. 7 - Corinthians At matchday 29, Corinthians drew with Internacional, and were at 18th. But they managed to win 9 games in a row, something that only happened 2 other times in Brasileirão's history. Some of their matches were: 5 - 2 against Athletico Paranaense; 2 - 0 against their rivals Palmeiras; 3 - 1 against Vasco; 4 - 2 against Criciúma and 3 - 0 against Bahia and Gremio. LIBERTADORES GROUP STAGE 6 - São Paulo Even tho São Paulo reached high in the Brasileirão, at the State Tournament, the Paulistão, they got eliminated to Novorizontino. Which bottled AGAIN the Serie B 5 - Internacional I remember that at around half the season, Internacional were at 16th place, but out of nowhere, they reached 5th. Insane comeback. 4 - Fortaleza They played so good, that they even beat Palmeiras 3 - 0 back in June, but on the Sudamericana, they played well until the quarter finals, which they lost to Corinthians 5 - 0 aggregate 3 - Flamengo Against Peñarol, after the 1st leg, Tite, Flamengo's manager at the time said that they would qualify with half the shots. And they ended eliminated after an 0 - 0. 2 - Palmeiras They were too unlucky on the other competitions, they got eliminated by Flamengo in the Copa do Brasil and Botafogo in the Libertadores. 1 - Botafogo Even tho Botafogo just won the Brasileirão and the Libertadores, they ended losing 3 - 0 to Pachuca in the (old) Club World Cup. But it isn't fully their fault, since they played Sunday in Rio de Janeiro, and 3 days later they had to play in Qatar. Pls like, this took me at least an hour to make
Atletico fans hating Flamengo for more than 50 years. And Flamengo winning the first trophy ever of the Atletico Mineiro stadium. Was one of the craziest/most ironic thing we witnessed this season.
As a Cruzeiro fan, I say that this season has been a complete disappointment. The dismissal of the current coach, Fernando Seabra, was a total mistake by this amateur board and also a mistake on the part of some fans who lacked patience. I believe that if they had at least kept the coaching staff, they could have secured a spot in the preliminary Libertadores. But that’s it; I hope next season will improve.
I'm a Cruzeiro fan and I wish I had your optimism 😅 Our coach is terrible and the guy who oversees signings at our club is a very shady person, to put it mildly. People argue that our coach needs time to implement """his vision and play style""", but brazilian schedule has everything BUT time to work. Also, on a personal level, I find his style really annoying, a tiki-taka 2.0.
"nothing much to say about bahia" the first national champion and the first brazilian team to participate in the Libertadores making a 35 years comeback thanks to finally being able to compete financially with the southern teams. watchout for the northeast teams. the difference is shortening.
Juventude fan here! Yeah of course we were happy staying in the first division, however our spot in the Sudamericana was SHAMELESSLY STOLEN in the last matchday! I beg you please watch Juventude x Cruzeiro, we only needed to draw and that game was a shitshow from the referee, just so you know theevel of absurdity I had to watch with my own eyes, the ref gave 5 MINUTES of stoppage time after the game had been stopped for 9 CONSECUTIVE MINUTES, not only that but of those five minutes THE REF ONLY COUNTED 3 AND ENDED THE GAME
Top stars of the Brazilian teams you know (max 2) Botafogo - Alex Telles and Almada (mini Messi) Palmeiras - Felipe Anderson Flamengo - Gerson and Alex Sandro Fortaleza - Tomás Pochettino (yes, his nephew) Internacional - Enner Valencia and Rafael Borré Sáo Paulo - Lucas Moura and Luiz Gustavo Corinthians - Memphis Depay Bahia - Gilberto (Benfica) and Iago (Augsburg) Cruzeiro - Kaio Jorge and Gabriel Veron Vasco da Gama - Payet and Philippe Coutinho Vitória - none Atlético-MG - Hulk and Bernard Fluminense - Thiago Silva Gremio - Braithwaite and Diego Costa Juventude - Alan Ruschel (one of the six survivors of the Chapecoense plane crash) Bragantino - none Athletico-PR - Fernandinho Criciúma - Bolasie Atlético-GO - none Cuiabá - none

Great video bro congrats! But u said sao paulo are the biggest palmeiras rivals, actually corinthians are... As a matter of fact this for most people is the biggest rivalty in Brazil
VAAAAAI CORINTHIANS 🖤🖤🤍🤍🦅🦅🦅🦅
Corinthians and São Paulo got allready qualled for libertadores, it's because, when a team Wins the libertadores, suda americana or the brasillian cup(copa do Brasil) they automatically qualify for the libertadores and opens up a spot in the league table for other to play for it.
As a Brazilian, I'm giving some information that this video din't told.
RELEGATED:
20 - Cuiabá
Until this Brasileirão, Cuiabá never got relegated, and now, their first time, they got relegated at rock bottom.
19 - Atlético Goianiense
This team were last place for a long time, and still managed somehow to beat Fortaleza 3 - 1 on Matchday 37 to push Cuiabá to the last place
18 - Criciúma
They had a great start this year, they beated Vasco 4 - 0 away. The same Vasco that ended reaching the Semi-finals of the Copa do Brasil. I remember that they had like, 3 games and already 5 points, Around that flood on Rio Grande do Sul
17 - Athletico Paranaense
Their fans always mocked their rivals, Coritiba, for getting relegated on their 100th year anniversary, back in 2009. Now, 15 years later, Athletico did the same exact thing as ther rivals: got relegated on their 100th year anniversary.
NOT RELEGATED:
16 - Bragantino
They showcased us that Brasileirão can be really surprising, because last year, they endend in 6th, qualifying to the Copa Libertadores, but this year, they were fighting relegation since around the mid-ending of the league. But managed to survive on the last matchday.
15 - Juventude
Juventude, had a mid year on the league, but they got to the quarter finals of the Copa do Brasil, a bit surprising for a team for their size, but they managed to get further on the national cup than the Libertadores and Brasileirão champions Botafogo, and Sudamericana finalist Cruzeiro
SUDAMERICANA:
14 - Grêmio
They were one of the shockers at matchday 10, along with Fluminense, Vasco and Corinthians. And still managed to get a great comeback around the end. Also, one of their idols, Geromel, retired at the last matchday against Corinthians.
13 - Fluminense
They were rock bottom for a lot of games before the end of the first half of the season, like, after 16 games, they had 8 points. And yet, made it to the Sudamericana
12 - Atlético Mineiro
They not only lost both Copa do Brasil and Copa Libertadores final, but they could also get relegated on the last match. They could because of an theory that if a team reaches more than 45 points, they can't get relegated. And at the end of Matchday 37, they had like, 44 points.
11 - Vitória
The fact that Alerrandro, from Vitória managed to be the joint top-scorer with Yuri Alberto is crazy. Even because he scored more goals than players from Botafogo, Flamengo, Palmeiras, and others.
10 - Vasco da Gama
Even tho they had one of their best years recently, they were terrible at the beginning of the league, not only they lost to 5Criciúma 4 - 0 at home, and also the derby against Flamengo by 6 - 1 also at home. but after that, they start to get around 9th, 10th and 11th place.
9 - Cruzeiro
An fun/crazy fact: Cruzeiro reached the final of the Sudamericana, but on the Copa do Brasil, they lost on the 1st round to Sousa-PB, a team that din't even qualified to the 2nd phase of the Serie D.
PRÉ LIBERTADORES (Libertadores Playoff):
8 - Bahia
They made a great job compared to the last year's Brasileirão, which they ended at 16th. Now they have a chance to play on the Libertadores.
7 - Corinthians
At matchday 29, Corinthians drew with Internacional, and were at 18th.
LIBERTADORES GROUP STAGE
6 - São Paulo
Even tho São Paulo reached high in the Brasileirão, at the State Tournament, the Paulistão, they got eliminated to Novorizontino. Which bottled AGAIN the Serie B
5 - Internacional
I remember that at around half the season, Internacional were at 16th place, but out of nowhere, they reached 5th. Insane comeback.
4 - Fortaleza
They played so good, that they even beat Palmeiras 3 - 0 back in June, but on the Sudamericana, they played well until the quarter finals, which they lost to Corinthians 5 - 0 aggregate
3 - Flamengo
Against Peñarol, after the 1st leg, Tite, Flamengo's manager at the time said that they would qualify with half the shots. And they ended eliminated after an 0 - 0.
2 - Palmeiras
They were too unlucky on the other competitions, they got eliminated by Flamengo in the Copa do Brasil and Botafogo in the Libertadores.
1 - Botafogo
Even tho Botafogo just won the Brasileirão and the Libertadores, they ended losing 3 - 0 to Pachuca in the (old) Club World Cup. But it isn't fully their fault, since they played Sunday in Rio de Janeiro, and 3 days later they had to play in Qatar.
Pls like, this took me at least an hour to make
In John Textor We Trust, time to set fire (Tempo de Botafogo)!
Top football content right here
Is wasnt just memphis to corinthians, but a LOT of players that arrived in the middle of the season
Atletico fans hating Flamengo for more than 50 years.
And Flamengo winning the first trophy ever of the Atletico Mineiro stadium.
Was one of the craziest/most ironic thing we witnessed this season.
you managed to put a picture of one of corinthians rival's in 9:00 instead of corinthians itself...
As a Grêmio supporter, I didn’t live it like that. For me, the league was very annoying. 😢
This guy does not watch the league, you can tell how its just a results based analysis. Just trying to get the brazillian views...
BOTAFOGO DE FUTEBOL E REGATAS
I came to watch a video to relax, it reminds me that São Paulo lost to Cuiaba
BOTAFOGOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
FOGOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Botafogo winning was just luck, next year they will fight not to be relegated
Are you from?🤔
As a Cruzeiro fan, I say that this season has been a complete disappointment.
O melhor campeonato dá América disparado, não tem campeonato mais competitivo que o Brasileirão 🇧🇷
Love the pronunciation of cuiabá
Hi, form Brasil!
Here's Vasco Gama!
Bahia and Vitória mentioned, Raaaaah!!!
