I think it's really unfortunate that they have to meet in these circumstances. These two are kinda like "Kindred Spirits". They even give weird as nicknames at times. Like "Tra-Guy" or "Cabage" or "Rooster Head" while Ulti mixes things up a bit.. They are both easily annoyed and can be annoying at the same time.. They seem to be both the type to be easy and hard to please, and stubborn to have things their way.. They take their friends or loved ones way very serious.. They are clearly brute fighters as well.
Tbf both of them can still take hits from post-timeskip Strawhats and could potentially hold their own against the All-Stars Jack, King and Queen who are Yonko Commanders (maybe not outright defeat one of them, but at least hang in there in a fight since Kaido would reward whichever Tobiroppo found his child with a chance to challenge an All-Star for their position), so it's not like getting plowed through stairs would get Page One Kuina'd even in human form without his DF power.
She might be one of my favorite characters in the series. Always had a soft spot for juggernauts, plus she transforms into my favorite dinosaur. The sad thing is I might not see her again, but there's always hope, I guess.
Im gonna be honest, I dont really care about the tobbi roppo and that still holds true for most of them but I LOVE the dynamic of these two lol. Reminds me of the weak duo (Nami + Usopp)
Tbh, the Robbi roppo are more interesting than CP9, there's a lore behind them that kinda makes sense they're this band of mischiefs, also dinosaurs. The only good characters in cp9 were lucci, pigeon and spandam(he's a disgusting villain).

Well, Vivre Cards just came out and say that Ulti stole her and page 1's devil fruits from Kaido to ensure they'd have the power to survive among the crew. Seems like a good sister looking out for her family, albeit unhinged.
