@Yasu no it's not that, it's because dual blades currently is super elemental meaning 99% of it's damage come from elemental. Attack boost, critical boost, agitator, resentment etc literally add 1% to the damage of dual blades XD.
You don't even need to take buffs like demon powder or might seed etc it just doesn't add to anything.
Dual Blades is pure elemental now
