    This is very hard you have to add something to make it soft very chewing and hard jowar adding milk can make it soft

      Hello Lily, Thank you for Watching my video. I have made this Noodles many times and then only uploaded it. The noodles were soft and not Chewy . Have you tried it according to the instructions given in the video, If not please give it a try and let me know.🙂

    Can same be done with barley?

      I have not tried with barley flour.
      But since barley roti can be made that means noodles can also be made. I will first try and if it is coming out properly then I will upload a video on barley noodles.
