- Welcome back. On a recent trip to Kallispel, MT I stopped in at Intermountain Homes and filmed the Canyon. This is a 15' x 70' by BonnaVilla Homes and is part of their new Casita series of homes. This one has a large front porch and a large living area. It has one bedroom and 1 1/2 baths.

The Loft was one of my 3 favorites
Such a cute home! This would make a great weekend getaway home!
Nice, this would be great for a retired couple looking to downsize.
Nice over all house. I would like to see two bedroom as shown in the floor plan.
I'm from Wisconsin and if I were younger, I would get one of these and out it on some land up north. However, it's too late in life to do that. Thanks for sharing. Also, one bedroom, no company!!!
Nice modern home
Very nice home but ouch on the pricetag.. but it is very spacious for a one bedroom! That's very cool! Would also love to see the two bedroom option also. Thanks again Nate for taking your time to bring us these tours!
Holy cow it's great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks for sharing!
One of my favorite small homes-love the window over the kitchen sink along with an island. (I’m not fond of kitchen sinks with a solid walls above them, nor dark kitchens during the day, NOR kitchen sinks in kitchen islands, unless the island is very large.) The arrangement of the main bath and bedroom closet is unfortunate-and closets adjacent to steamy showers have a tendency to be humid, even with the closet door. The toilet visible from the hall is not a graceful choice-oh, heck, I’m being too picky now. (I’ve moved 46 times and know well what works-and what doesn’t work-for us.) Thanks for the tour. We’re looking for something reasonable to put on a small piece of land in the mountains.
Anyway, I love that it has two baths; rare for a one-bedroom home. The expansive laundry room area, and generous proportions in the living areas are reassuring, regarding my husband and I living comfortably together there. Maybe, if our adult children play their cards right, maybe we would be willing to do with a smaller porch so we could have a guest room. A small one for short stays. (Just kidding about short stays.😊)
I like the square sinks and the pocket doors. I prefer the knee wall in the shower. Michigan would be cheaper
It's just to small don't like one 1/2 baths not going to work , but it's a lot of money for one bed , God bless Nate and your family 😇❣️🌟✝️
Hello Nate! Good video! That price is a little steep, as you warned. This looks like a good home for a single person or a couple just starting out or maybe a vacation place. Too small for us as a full-time home.
It’s nice Nate, but too pricey for a one bedroom home.❤
For that price they should build it with a full roof overhang.
I don't like it, I love it......
Your price includes several upgrades to the base; the porch alone was likely an extra $15K on its own. Per the mfr, the roof pitch shown is extra, almost every finish in there is an upgrade, there's several more windows shown than are on the base model.
Most homes at dealers have a lot of extras, and are not base models.
It's nice, but I need at least 2 bedrooms
I rather have the 2 bedroom.
It's a nice looking home but that price.... 😂 . The half bath is nice to have when you have company over. 😊
Can tell it's a upgraded home or a builder building higher grade homes. However why is it called a loft.?
I filmed a much larger home like this and that was the name. This is the Canyon styled after the Loft.
Extremely expensive.
Like it, but do not like master bath 👎
FIRST off, disappointed at the color after seeing the picture.
Sorry I must have moved when I took the exterior pic, It was blurry.
Too many windows. Less walls to place stuff. I don’t like it.
