    Small thing to note: you can actually add in TY-PHON as a going second option. If you know what you’re doing you can bring out both it and rising rebellion in the same turn.

    I personally think 2x wise strix is a bit too much, I’d honestly just replace one with the Phantom Knights link (I think it’s called Rusty Bardiche but I’m not sure, I only know its Italian name lmao)

    Thank you for running Fuzzy Lanius, its easily one of the best cards in the deck but gets overlooked too often. I would make the following suggestions;
    1. I would recommend lowering Raider's Wing to 1. Although it is good but it's a once a turn effect and relies on having an xyz monster with spare material so you really don't want to open up with multiple copies of this card. Its best used as a target for Wise Strix's SS effect which then allows it to be summoned again from the GY.
    2. I would recommend playing Noir Lanius at 1. Between Tribute Lanius (having the same utility as Noir) and Raider's Knight (being a more efficient way to get into Brave Strix), Noir is somewhat redundant. Although it can search Pain Lanius and Heel Eagle, the former cannot be used to summon Raider's Knight (limiting combo potential) and the later cannot be used for Xyz material being level 3 (you can go into Wise Strix with it but you don't want to go into that until your 5th summon so as to play around Nibiru)
    3. I would recommend reducing Mimicry Lanius to 1. With it being a once per turn effect and a non-extender, you don't want to open with multiple of them and now we have RR - Roost, we can recycle the banished Mimcry to use it on the next turn. Interestingly Mimcry appears on the artwork of Roost so perhaps Konami had this specific play in mind.
    4. I noticed you didn't include Phantom Knights RUM. I would recommend including this as it would justify playing the Satellite Canon Falcon (i.e the other 2 RUMs you play are for specific RRs which leaves out your Canon Falcon). This would also justify playing RR Revolution Falcon Air Raid (which makes a great interruption) and its standard counterpart (for a free summon if the former is destroyed, besides, you'll be surprised how many people attack into it with their special summoned monsters 😂)

      1. Raider's Wing is good at 3, you WANT to open it, if you open it + an extender you can go straight into a raider's knight that can't be targeted by imperm, veiler or mourner, and if you do that you can play around nibiru.
      3.Mimicry is good at 2 because if you open ANY extender, even heel eagle, you still get full combo and if you open a level 4 extender it's a full combo through handtraps.
      4. Don't play the phantom knights RUM unless you're running a kali yuga build or a requiem build, you can make sattelite with arsenal's effect if got got hit with droll or imperm on wise (if you didn't open extenders) and use its effect on your oponent's turn to set rise rank up during their turn and board wipe. Phantom knights rum locks you into xyz so you can't make the link, wich sucks.

      @@ArthurTheHumanIsPog Hello Arthur, thanks for your response. Please see mine below;
      1. You make a very good point about Raider's Wing and it supporting the combo that plays around Nibiru. My main issue is how playing 3 hurts your consistency, you have 3 Tribute Lanius, 3 Raider's Wing, 2 Mimicry, and (assumingly) 2 Noir Lanius. 8-10 normal summons is way too much and you will often find RRs in your opening hand competing for the NS (hence breaking your consistency and playthrough power). That being said I'll test your suggestion as having Raider's Knight, Brave Strix, and Arsenal Falcon being untargetable is a very attractive option.
      3. I agree it's a good way to get into Brave Strix without having to Rank-Up but there are still better normal summons. Also in the scenario you describe (i.e. Mimicry + Heel Eagle), Mimcry's effect will render itself a level 5 and Heel Eagle level 4 so you can't Xyz summon without another extender (the deck is trying to move away from 3 card combos). And again with the consistency issue, opening too many extender reliant RRs is bad so like with many other decks, utility has to be sacrificed for consistency.
      4. You make some good points but if one is careful using PK RUM, there need not be a xyz locking issue given you only play one link monster. Also there are a number of issues with using Arsenal Falcon's effect to summon SCF. First, it's a waste of Arsenal Falcon's effect, its much better used to summon Ultimate Falcon. Second, in addition to the first point, if Skip Force is for Arsenal, and Rise RUM for RRF, then SCF has no way to summon itself hence waste of an extra deck slot. Bear in mind that Fuzzy locks you into RR so it makes sense having a means to summon SCF and other RR extra deck monsters. It also gives Wise Strix another RUM target for it's effect. Lastly, SCF's S/T backrow removal effect is wasted if summoned via Arsenal as it has to be Xyz summoned to gain that effect. PK RUM is just a very versatile RUM so it's definitely playable especially in builds like this where you'll be locked into RR's often.

      @@MrJoseph1856 You can't say that something hurts your consistency on a 2 card combo deck, you can't rely on opening the only normal summon that would do something (which is tribute lanius), you will 90% of the times have to normal summon a monster that does nothing and special an extender to do the combo anyway, so wing would be the second best normal summon.
      I never said anything about making brave strix, i even mentioned it's full combo with heel eagle, all you need is getting it to the graveyard to use its grave effect.
      "You only play one link monster" yea but it's an absolutely broken link monster that makes your combo possible by getting arsenal in the grave to use its effect and setting rise rum, if you think wise strix is not that important than yea, play pk rum

    • @MrJoseph1856

      @@ArthurTheHumanIsPog I never said I rely on opening the only normal summon that does something, Noir and Vanishing Lanius do exist. Bear in mind also I spoke about consistency in the context of having 8-10 normal summon reliant monsters which is way imbalanced. You are right that Raider's Wing is the 2nd best normal summon hence why I said I will test it.
      Apologies for the assumption you had Brave Strix in mind when you mentioned Mimcry + Heel Eagle. If this is not the case then you could have only had Wise Strix in mind (the only monster you can summon off those 2 monsters) which contradicts your other statement about using wise strix to get Arsenal Falcon of the field. I really don't see the significance of Starting your combo with Mimcry, again, there are better starters so it's better to have this at one. Your yourself said "all you need is getting it to the graveyard to use its grave effect" which is perfectly done via RR Tribute Lanius so Mimicry is better of being a one off. If you want a better normal summon, play Vanishing Lanius (which you seem to forget, you said "he only normal summon that would do something (which is tribute lanius)").
      I've never underplayed the value of Wise Strix and I'm not sure why you are implying this. I was simply making the point that it's easy to play PK RUM around the 1 non-xyz monster you play. Sure you set Rise RUM of it but what about the next turn? Thank you for your suggestion for PK variant but no thanks, I think I'll play RR pure including PK RUM so my Wise Strix has something to search the next turn as opposed to it becoming a 1400 attack beat stick turn 2 (as you are suggesting). Also as a way to go into SCF (which you are bizzarely suggesting I summon of Arsenal) in case RRF/UF isn't enough to finish the job.

      Hell no. Max raiders wing out. Never use raiders wings special summon effect to much, mostly for the material effect. Only card that stops raiders knight is ghost orge. Other wise we go off. So many ways to bring it out to.
