For one she shouldn't have been cheating on Charles because that is the Queen's son.

Thirdly, she did the Bashier interview where she told people she didn't think Prince Charles was fit to be King... Again they would have beheaded her for that.

In hindsight, she was a teenager who really didn't know what she was walking in to and she certainly had no advice from her mother, sister or even stepmom.
