Does tis watch use a separate HRM belt or is that feature built-in to the watch. I want a watch for normal office use with a built-in HRM but without an external belt-type monitoring kit.
This uses the standard ANT+ HR strap you have to put around your chest. I think the only ones with wrist HRM on the market so far is TomTom and Adidas.
so you can display (while recording - and assume it does record) the Heart Rate Zone, Time and Distance? honestly those are the only things I want to see - and I want to see the Zone I am in not the absolute Heart Rate Thanks... "Configurable Data Screens : Whereas on the Forerunner 210 you had up to 3 static screens (you could not customize the fields being displayed), on the Forerunner 220 you can customize the fields on 2 of the 3 available screens. The heart rate screen cannot be customized. You cannot change the amount of fields being displayed per screen"
Thank you!
does the watch start vibration when you leave the heart rate zone which you defined before ?
