Attention：
★ Please read the operating instructions carefully before you
operate the lock or try to set a new combination of numbers.
Instructions：
★ To open the key box
★ Slide shutter door to reveal the dials and the door release button
★ Rotate dials to the current combination (the combination of the
key box is set at factory to 0-0-0-0)
★ Push the door release button down
★ Pull the door fully open and add or remove the keys
★ Close the door, realign the combination dials to lock the door
and conceal your combination
★ Close the shutter door.
To set your combination：
★ Open the key box (see instruction above)
★ Push the RESET lever on the back of the door to the right and
upward.
★ Rotate dials to your desired combination.
★ Push the RESET lever downward and left, back to the original
position.
★ Close the door, realign the combination dials to lock the door
and conceal your combination
★ Close the shutter door.
Important :
★ Keep the shutter door closed to increase weather resistance
★ We do not recommend use the combination such as “A-A-A-A”
which is easy to crack
★ It is recommend the dials are rotated weekly to keep them
moving freely.

Very helpful for most boxes of this type (I use a Maxus). One design flaw is that the loop for suspending keys is at the bottom. There are usually grooves in the upper surface but the removable loop of spring wire isn't always easy to fit into those once the box is mounted and you can't clearly see what you're trying to do.
I know of a few people who have assumed that loop needed to be on the top and have mounted their boxes upside down - they're still usable, but not so easily.
Otherwise, this type of box is excellent. I was advised to NOT place it near my front door but elsewhere and to make sure that anyone who might need access is told where the box is located.

If I understand your question correctly, it's not digital. It is just little gears in a lock mechanism. It will not lock you out if you make "too many attempts" as happens online for some passwords.

This video is if you know the combination already and want to reset it to a new one. Sounds like you weren't given the code or forgot it. Hope you were able to "smash" it off without too much damage to your wall/mounting surface.

This video was pretty clear... even without listening to him speak. It is specific to teaching how to reset/change the code IF you know the current code. If you cannot currently open it, then this is not the video for you. Sorry, I don't know your options except "smashing" it off the wall surface and likely doing damage to that wall as the screws (and anchors) are forced out. Perhaps there's another video out there for you (and others who also don't have their codes).
