This looks amazing, definitely next on my list! I missed good Indian food so much since I left the UK, there are virtually no restaurants here and I didn't want to have to resort to jar sauce. This channel has been a lifesaver to help learn how to cook amazing Indian food, the Keema Matar and Aloo Gobi are real favourites and I'm pretty sure this will be too! Don't worry about the small faults like you mentioned - I wouldn't have noticed and it's clear enough anyway! You're not only cooking this amazing food but also narrating, filming and editing everything, how many of us could do that? Out of so many channels for Indian food, this one is by far my favourite - you make everything look so much easier, it's so accessible, and the end results are phenomenal! Thank you once again!!!!
See, I love your videos. They're easy to follow (whether you miss something out or not 😉) and I like your delivery - you're funny and passionate. Most of all, they're easy to follow and my curries have become so much better since watching your videos. Thanks for all your hard work.
I really appreciate your sense of humor, but even more, I appreciate the care and patience you take when preparing food. Thank you so much for inspiring me in my Indian cooking!
Right royal chicken preparation your Bhuna Chicken or kosha Chicken. Bumbi. It's always a head turner on the buffet table enticing you to multiple helpings. With Roti or rice, it's always very nice
I can't wait to try this recipe. East Indian food is my all time favourite to cook. Your videos have allowed me to get brave enough to expand my repertoire and try new things. I have learned SO much from watching your videos. For me sharing food is not just a delight but a spiritual act. You've enriched my life immensely. Thank you!
This is simply DIVINE!!! I had some left-over cooked cauliflower and potatoes and added that at the end just to heat through and it was (according to my partner) the best meal we've ever made! Couldn't live without this channel as we both adore Indian cuisine and cooking it at home is the best. Wish Bumbi was my Aunt!!!!
Well that’s a weekend meal sorted! Thanks for your work on this channel and I’ve cooked many recipes that have all succeeded. Last weekend I cooked paneer butter masala and the mung dahl with cauliflower dishes which were delicious. Looking forward to the next recipe and wishing you and your family a lovely weekend.
Super nice, Bumbi. I prefer with lots of gravy, but less heat, that is how I made this dish. I used to eat fiery spicy, but that has gone away with age. Now I even sweat just watching a cooking clip! How can that be? Well, thank you as always, this is a great dish.
🙏🏽 Namaste Bumbi and Bo 🐕 Salivating with this Bhuna 🤗👍, however tonight on the menu Mrs Colin fancies your ‘Creamy prawn 🦐 curry from a couple weeks ago. Only Colin will be 🫛!! Lots ❤ Colin🇮🇳🏴
This looks delicious. That thick brown gravy is making my mouth water. Thank you for teaching us viewers the importance of having patience when frying our onions. Before finding your channel two years ago, all of my curry looked like a watery onion soup. Now after learning from you I can brag about how delicious and perfect my curries are. Thanks again for sharing .
This looks delightful Bumbi 😍 I would give anything to be eating this right now. It seems like such a long time ago since I made your other version. The Masala Chicken Recipe For Beginners. I never forget the amazing taste and aroma of each and every one of your wonderful recipes that I have made. Just like being in a top Indian restaurant. My sons reaction each time and him constantly asking when it would be ready. I discovered your channel when I was searching for an egg curry recipe and found so much more. I will never forget how excited I was. You truly are the best Bumbi 💕
Oh my, that looks delicious. That will be my next curry. First job is to make Bumbi’s shahi garam masala - so fragrant and a must when recommended by Bumbi’s recipe. Our love from Stowmarket, Suffolk, England 🥰🥰🥰
Watching your Chicken Bhuna Masala video atm , wow I can almost smell the goodness through the video…Don’t worry about the odd hiccup here and there in making the video but I do get what you mean about needing Two pairs of eyes to cook , tbh I need 3 pairs of eyes 😂..Keep the recipes coming my friend we all absolutely love them…
Namaste Bumbi. This is the first recepie of yours I've tried. Living in the UK and having cooked curry for years, this is by far the best result I've ever had. Thank you and I'll slowly work my way through some of your other videos.

I made this today - I followed the video, even though there appears to be quite a few steps it’s very straightforward and easy to cook. I don’t want to sound like “I’m blowing my own trumpet” but it tasted as good, if not better than anything I’ve had at an Indian restaurant - thank you Bumbi 🙏 the queen 🫅 of Indian 🇮🇳 curry 🍛

Thank you Bumbi & Happy New Year to you! I made this tonight with my friends from Kerela as part of a spontaneous New Year's Day evening get together I forgot to add the kasoori methi but we thought that the flavors were so well developed that it wasn't missed. It is a totally delicious recipe and we all loved it. Another new favorite for me that is now a part of the fabric of my life - I hope you know what a gift your videos are for your viewers! Thank you so much & best wishes to you from Nova Scotia.
Hi Bumbi, I made this curry this evening and can only describe it as 'Pure Nectar'. I live on my own and batch cook so now I have more of this curry to look forward to. I'm definitely going to have a go at your other recipes. Thank you!
I just cooked this, and it tastes excellent, and I bet it will taste even better tomorrow when the flavours "settle". BTW I have the same blender as you and use it for everything, above all it's very easy to wash. I also have a proper big one, but since I got this one it just sits in the corner and collects dust.
I made this today and indeed it was super delicious Bumbi. I've been making chicken curries for 50 years and I can honestly say this is number 1. Thank you! ❤
