Thanks Jimmy. I just tried to do a -9F overnight and ended only making it to 1am..lol..but I haven't had time to edit that video due to trying to un thaw frozen pipes in our house the last two days now..ugh....ugh....thank you for watching and I'm going to try my best👍💯🙏
@@scottysurvival oh sorry about pipes. This cold is bad this year. Good luck with everything 👍
@@jimmykowalski7605 o it is. Hope all is well your way💯🤗
Good video Scotty, thanks for sharing, God bless brother !
Thanks Michael and thank as always for watching 🤗
Keep it up! Best video yet!
Thanks man!!! Appreciate it. Hope all is well and your channel is doing great 👍
Evening brother, great video... Great idea about the overnight camps. Blessings be with you my brother. 😎🔥💪
Thanks Andy, and thank you for watching. You have been with me pretty much sense day 1. Means a lot👍💯😎
@@scottysurvival I appreciate what u do an what comes with everything u show us. Eg... The solo tent remember. I fell for that that first time lol.. An have being looking for one ever since. 👍
When stuffing that bivy, stick in the foot first to prevent air being trapped in the sack. I sold much of my military collection but wish I had some of yours. lol It really comes down to lack of space to store it (Although weight was a good second reason). I seem to keep anything woll from the military and various countries' scarfs. US kit is so much better coming from modern hiking companies. I do have that canteen, the older style was typical Stanley hunter version. In the 80s we used the same canteen/cup/stove that you Americans used. I regret that I no longer have my 1943 cup with fold under handle. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the tip on Bivy. Appreciate it. I've seen the older Canadian thermos online. I really do like this canteen though. Thanks for sharing and I'm glad you liked the video. More to come👍💯😎
Loving that canteen thermos. Have that on one side of the ruck and other side an additional regular canteen either stainless steel or usgi plastic.
O yes that's a good combo for sure. That's how I was thinking about using it this winter. Thanks for watching 👍
Thank you this was great 👍 the fox hole did you dig out a spot for a fire place or wood burning stove with chimney pipe ? Low hanging tarp and wood stove would keep you really warm and you can actually cook a meal on it, plz film 🎥
Thank you💯👍. I have not had a chance to get out and dig one out yet😫😫. I'm hoping but not sure unless the ground stays soft. It's been on my mind for sure. Thanks for watching and I will try my best
Keep the videos coming 👍 always a joy to watch my friend - any updates on the fox hole ?
Thank you. I appreciate it. I have not done anything sense my last campout their. I'm hoping I can get the fire hole dug before it freezes real bad, but I'm not sure if I'm going to make it 😫
Howdy stranger! 😅 Good to see you again Scotty. That's great that you'll be doing the military surplus campouts. My favorite stuff. I really like that Canadian Arctic Thermos, would love to get one of those for winter camping. Did you get those Nescafe 3 in 1 coffee packets online? I can never find those in any of my local stores. Been wanting to try them for a few years now. Take care brother, can't wait for more surplus goodness. 👍👍
Howdy Jeff. That thermos is pretty neat. I did get the coffee online. Amazon is your place. They have all kinds. More to come. Thank for watching
@scottysurvival Thanks, Scotty, appreciate the info. Amazon was the only place I've seen that coffee also.
Canada thermo bottle is good and not get broke.. litle heavy.. But not broke !
I have one of those packs. Can't find nothing about it though. The frame on mine is steel not aluminum. But i love pack. Except the shoulder straps. I replaced them with the straps from my 511 rush 100 pack. And hip belt. Might get that hip belt though.
Nice, nice. I like it to, but those shoulder straps are horrible. I'm still waiting to find a set of FILBE shoulder straps for it that aren't being sold for a ridiculous price. I think I got the hip belt for unde $20 bucks. Bargain for sure. Thanks for watching as well
Man that Russian camo blends well in the fall woods!
I agree not bad at all. Thank you for watching 😎👍
It looks odd to see an Albanian Nato backpack. For so many years Albania was part of the U.S.S.R. The wooded area seems so inviting.
@@lonnieclemens8028 looks like they joined NATO on April 1st 2009. If I remember, albania never did use the packs.
@@scottysurvival Those packs were probably sold intentionally.
Albanian!!...I've been wondering where it came from!
Got mine about 8 months ago, but no info except it was a NATO country
When I first bought it about 5 years ago it was advertised as a NATO Albanian pack. I guess they never got issued to them. Thanks for watching
@@scottysurvival yeah what the site said was "ordered by a NATO country but never paid for/or order canceled "...still an awesome pack!
ALICE 2.0 😁
You still have the military cfp 90
I do. It's a great pack
@@scottysurvival has it broken yet I got one
@@THEBLACKANARCHIST it has not sense I fixed it last. I did a couple videos on it.
