Hi Jon.. outstanding.. excellent additions to the original version. Love the slicer and pivot table connections. I've been tinkering with this on my own too. One thing I was trying to achieve was to get the up and down arrows exactly between the adjacent visible bars vs. the green / up arrow being slightly closer to the bar on the left and the red / down arrow being slightly closer to the bar on the right. This is by no means a criticism of your design.. just trying to think of how to get EXCEL to put it smack in the middle. No luck so far, but I'll keep trying. I'll let you know if I come up with anything. Thanks again for sharing this and your great feedback and encouragement which makes the learning and participation that much more enjoyable. Thumbs up!
I’ve seen a colleague of mine doing percentage of change, but it was such a hassle to manually change arrow color, arrow direction and align data label ups/downs. Thanks again for sharing Jon’s way :-)
Hi Jon - Great Video ! Am I right in thinking the colored error bars and percentage data labels wont update correctly if you are working with a dynamic chart in that it updates each month to show only last 6 months ?

Hello, If these charts are made in excel and copied to PowerPoint presentation, then is there a way to edit them from within the Powerpoint. Is there a way to link this data with PowerPoint so that the changes made in excel charts are reflected in PowerPoint as well?
