The first season is some of the greatest TV there is. The show could have been the greatest show ever. Also im Shocked nobody is talking about Viva she is Stunning.

Man, time flew. Have to say it was a very tragic loss after the first season.. Wish he could have finished the show, Perfect choice for Spartacus, made ya really feel it. The new one just, didn't have it... I got to give it to the ladies of the show, they all looked amazing.

The best part of this series for me was I was studying Latin at the time and my teacher loved using it as reference because they did such a good job that first season capturing Roman civilization

First season I was young and in love. After I heared he got cancer and died and a new character would come, it instantly was over for me. Now i watched the first season back and it was oke. Once you start Japanese or Korean series American ones become really irrelevant due to the many sex scenes etc. Its just not fun to watch.
