Shark Paradise of Polynesia: The waters off the Rangiroa Atoll in French Polynesia are home to an astonishing creature, a true survivor from an age when dinosaurs roamed the Earth around 400 million years ago: the great hammerhead shark. At up to 6 metres in length, they are imposing predators with an array of incredible sensory organs housed in their distinctive hammer-shaped heads. But there are still many unanswered questions about these mysterious creatures.

Fascinating, informative and full of respect. Wonderful!
best job in the world. great documentary channel.
Excellent documentary.
In common with many people, I'm scared witless of deep water and especially of those toothy torpedoes. My admiration for the incredibly courageous and dedicated people who have made the realm of the shark their everyday workplace is beyond my capacity to express. Without their work I would still be in ignorance and terror of these magnificent animals, but thanks to the tireless efforts of the film makers I can without risk to all but my pride learn how essential they are to the whole marine system. This beautifully filmed, educative and irresistibly fascinating look at the creatures of my nightmares is a dream. My thanks to all who contributed..
Wow beautiful. It’s crazy that we know more about infinite space than we do the ocean.
@darthdude Exactly.
God bless these brave and gorgeous men!
WOW, this has just got to be some of the Very best footage of whales i have ever seen anywhere, this guy really has used the drone to catch some absolutely amazing footage, with some simply beautiful overhead shots of the whales cruising along below the surface of the water. I especially love the footage of mother and calf, whilst the calf is feeding off the mother's milk, and with the mothers milk having a very high fat content, it's no surprise to know that the calf piles on around 50 lbs every single day.
I would dearly like to send you many, many thanks for what must have taken hundreds of hours over weeks and months, I would also like to send you my appreciation for what must have been some of the most enjoyable days, weeks and months that you, along with family, especially [Mum] and friends, these have got to have been some of the most memorable days, weeks you spent on the sea.
Please, please keep going out on the sea and please keep the amazing footage coming. once again, thank you so much for the amazing footage above and below the surface of the water, you must have some of the most memorable days spent on your boat, along with family and friends, but at the same time, please take care and keep everyone onboard safe at all times.
Again thank you very much.
I really want to be a great white shark🦈🦈🦈🦈🦈🦈🦈

Fireball 🔥 under water lol 😂
Maybe the hammerhead shape adapted so that they could swim against the currents in the waters,as you can see that it's an advantage unlike other sharks, thanks drivers, your truly brave
I thought to pin their main prey down to the ocean floor. (Rays)
Rays burrow in sand and "married" come and pin them down to slide in their small, set back mouths.(The captioning called Hammerheads Married)
08:45 I don't know about you, but it made me want to find someone and remove his dorsal fin.
3.5.2022.Very good and best.
The king shark of the Pacific Ocean, are fascinating these creatures as the enigmatic hammered shark, the lemon shark and the agressive tiger shark. I hope these investigations could help them for secure their life that is in danger and keep them safe to admire for long time these magnificent species from the sea. Thanks for sharing and great job🦈🦈🦈🦈🦈🌏🌏🌊🌊
Damn, I was looking for hammerheads too. Saw about every other shark though. And yes, lemon sharks have attacked humans.
Hi my name is Thomas love can you talk about moko shark please on your RUclips I am your big fan

Galapagos sounds like something a horse 🐎 does... The island 🏝️ means horse saddle... A seat for galloping
Or would it be dangerous that much flammable gas under a lot of pressure
I keep seeing in these videos you say you don’t know why Hammerhead sharks heads are shaped the way they are. Like all sharks they have sensors in their head is like a giant metal detector finding fish
😅😅😅😅😅
Orcas rule the ocean
Hammerheads are better! 🔨🔨🦈🦈
No scoops please
When will nature documentaries realize that most people don’t want to watch “wild divers.”
Why not use re-breathers ? And the editing makes it look like the free divers don’t ever breath air
I think you need to ad more ads
I know right. Like 15 or 20? Smh..
What ever happened to inches, feet, yards, ounces and pounds? Screw all this other BS.
The rigid laura pathologically moan because rod intrestingly vanish following a evanescent cauliflower. apathetic, soft plantation
