God does not change from the beginning to end. His word and law is never changes and it will always remain the same. Read your Bible and pray and God will reveal the truth to you.
Excellent point, His Law Stands just as HIS word Stands Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. The fact is, Jesus brought all of the laws from the Ten Commandments over into His new covenant, except one - keeping the Sabbath. Christians are not permitted to kill, to steal, to commit adultery, or to covet just as the Ten Commandments say. We must still worship God and only Him and we must still honor our parents. However, a Christian’s obedience must come from the heart, “You shall love the lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ this is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: ‘you shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ there is no other commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:30,31). Christians are not under the Ten Commandments, a part of that Old Law. We are under the Law of Christ.

The reason we find no further observance of the Sabbath is seen in the fact that the Sabbath and other Old Testament observances were abolished at the death of Christ. "When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions, having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. When He had disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him. All of the laws and ordinances that were foreshadows of Christ were nailed to the cross because He fulfilled these, as well as all the prophecies concerning His first appearing. Any law that did not foreshadow Christ’s coming, sacrifice and resurrection is still binding, such as the health and food laws.

In Isaiah Verse 22 --"For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain" This is after the thousand years have expired, that the new Jerusalem comes down out of heaven and Earth and heavens are made new. In Verse 23 --"And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord" Notice ( shall all flesh) You do know that flesh and blood will not enter the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 15:50 --"Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God: neither does Corruption inherit incorruption" Therefore that of Isaiah 66:23 is not referring to the new earth or the new heavens.since flesh and blood can not inherit the kingdom of God. That of Isaiah 66:23 is referring to this present earth that we now live in.for in this present earth we all are of flesh and blood. Therefore when the Lord said that from one new moon to another and from one sabbath to another, the Lord is referring to now and not in the kingdom of God. Because flesh and blood can not inherit the kingdom of God. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 15:50. That flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God.

I have read many of the comments from this video and other videos. Based on some of the comments it is no surprise those that do not believe in the one true living God want nothing to do with Him. I understand why. We that claim to be believers verbally assault one another. You may notice that I used the pronoun we. I have been guilty too. There is a commandment given by Jesus that we tend to forget, John 13:34. A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. It is okay to disagree, but we lose credibility when we insult and verbally assault one another. Finally, if you look closely at each of the people who Jesus encountered, He met them where they were spiritualy. We need to try to understand where someone is coming from with the questions they ask rather than jumping to conclusions. Remember, the more we bicker the more small battles Satan wins. We know Satan has already lost the war, but there are still battles to be won. Whether we like it or not we are on the front lines and in Satan's crosshairs.

Sabbath day is a lie not truth. Only those who do not read the Bible will see it as a truth. Sabbath was given to the people of Israel as a commemoration of their redemption from Egyptian slavery. There seems to be a lack of discernment with regard to what Bible truth is. Assumptions seem to prevail in the doctrine of SDA concerning the Sabbath. I am surprised that Brooks used Deuteronomy 5:12-15 which clearly stated why the command to keep the Sabbath was given in the first place. The reason stated for the command was for Israel to remember that God brought them out of Egypt [v 15]. NO EVIDENCE OF GOD COMMANDING ADAM AND EVE OR ANYONE ELSE BEFORE ISRAEL TO KEEP THE SEVENTH DAY AS ASSUMED BY SDA. The sabbath is a sign between God and Israel and not God's creation or mankind of a whole [as assumed by Brooks- Ex 31:12-17] What about God's promise to bring an end to the Sabbath celebrations [Hosea 2:11]? What about God promising that the Sabbath among other celebrations will be gone when the sun go down at noon and the earth be darken on the clear day [Amos 8:5, 9]? That darkening of the earth came when Jesus was crucified [ mark 15:25-33]. therefore God did cause the celebration of Sabbath to cease just as he promised. Now, what about the absence of a SABBATH COMMANDMENT for Christians? What about Ellen G White [founder of SDA church in 1846] claiming that God gave her a special revelation to show that Sabbath commandment has not ceased? Is it not simple to see that Mrs White had to make such a claim since she cannot find any command in the New Testament for Christians to keep the Sabbath? The issue will be forever settled if Brooks or and other sabbaterian give the scripture where the Sabbath was commanded for CHRISTIANS to keep. . Finally, I would like to ask, how can one today KEEP or BREAK the Sabbath law which has already taken away when Jesus died on the cross [Col 2:14-17]?

So there was no way the ten commandments was given prior to the time of Moses. Cain sinned but Cain did not break the ten commandments because he was never under it. Moses' words proved that. Moses made it clear that the ten commandments were not given before his time. If you think they were, then produce the scripture to support that. There were laws from God before the Lsraelites which should not be confused with the law given to the Israelites [Gen 26:5] The covenant with the ten commandments [Deut 4:13] God made with Israel should not be confused with laws binding before before then [Deut 5:1-3] Also the new covenant should not be confused with the old covenant which has the ten commandments. Jeremiah 31:31-34 clearly teaches that the new covenant will not be made according to the old one. However, you are confusing the new covenant with the ten commandments of the old covenant. To avoid that kind of confusion, the Bible shows that there has been a change of law [Heb 7:12]. Let us not pretend that Heb 7:12 does not exist. Since there has been a change of law, then what happened to the ten commandments? Paul said that the ministry written on stones has been "done away" [2 Cor 3:7-11] Paul also said that we are "dead to the law" [Rom 7:4] and "are delivered from the law" [v 6]. The law in question includes "thou shalt not covet" [v 7]. we all know that the law DONE AWAY, and which we are DEAD TO and have been DELIVERED FROM includes the ten commandments. I am going to challenge your doctrine. Please explain how can a person today transgress the ten commandments which he is dead to and delivered from and which has been done away??? Also how can one keep a DONE AWAY LAW??? Due to the change of law Christ is now to be HEARD IN ALL THINGS [Acts 3:22-23]. Moses law is now to be heard in NOTHING. All nations are to be taught to observe what Christ commanded [ Matt 28:18-20]. Remember he is the one to be heard in all things [Acts 3:22]. Paul was "under law" to Christ [1 Cor 9:21] and he instructed Christians to "fulfill the law of Christ" [Gal 6:2] When people transgress [sin] today, they transgress Christ's doctrine [2 John 9] since it is now impossible to transgress the DONE AWAY law written on stones [2 Cor 3:7-11]. Those who transgress Christ's teaching need forgiveness from him because they have sinned.. So my friend the absence of the ten commandments is not an absence of law. Richard Taylor - What is the matter with you? Pastor Brooks is preaching the 7th day Sabbath, which happens to fall on Saturday, so-called by Rome. God never named the days of the 7-day weekly cycle, except Sabbath. Each was numbered as the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. Only one had a name and it was the 7th day, which He called Sabbath.

You're teaching a false Sabbath on a pagan calendar. The calendar of Rome didn't exist prior to the year 46 BC, when it was created by a pagan Roman emperor. It's ridiculous to think a pagan Roman emperor created a calendar to honor the Sabbath of our Father. History tells us, during the Roman conquest of Jerusalem, the Pharisee transferred their Babylonian lunar calendar Sabbath to the Roman calendar day of Saturn. You have no scripture or commands to observe a Roman calendar Sabbath. I can prove Messiah Yahusha did not observe the Sabbath of the Roman calendar or the lunar calendar of Judaism. I have a Facebook group to teach and discuss the calendar of our Father. The only scriptural instructions to formulate a calendar system are found in chapters 72-82 of the book of Enoch and confirmed as a second witness in the book of Jubilees. It is only by this means of marking time, that true Sabbath of Father can be identified.

No one recorded Sabbath kept till Moses. Why is that? Huge omission from the Bible don`t you think? Surely we would have one reference from father Abraham on him Keeping the Sabbath. Man sinned and any chance of him entering any rest was lost. It wasn`t until Israel, no one else, that god offered them alone, the old covenant which included the Sabbath.

Did you read in :28 where the Holy Ghost decided not to lay on the Gentile churches a great burden regarding the Law of Moses or the Law of God, now consider for one minute this statement since you or I are not greater than the Holy Ghost seeing he is God, if the Lord wanted the Gentile churches to obey the Sabbath it should be mentioned here in the beginning of all Gentile churches for a law or instruction or presidency so that all following generations would comply but this did not happen in fact and in truth here we have the full understanding of the will of God or what is called the word of God, thus if you decide to add the Sabbath or the SDA decides to add the Sabbath to the New Testament you are fighting against the will of God and the word of God seeing from the very beginning it was not the will of God to add it. Now consider the four times the Lord Jesus spoke on the Ten Commandments in Matthew 19 - Mark 10 - Luke 10- Luke 18 and you will discover not one time did he mention the Sabbath rather he quotes only the second commandment on how to love your neighbor and concludes four times to love your neighbor as yourself, thus you cannot find the Lord Jesus affirming the Sabbath at any time from his mouth as thou we should obey this. And so the implication is, based on this reasoning, when the lunar calendar pushers has their sabbath falling on Thursday that means tbey are worshiping Thor that month.
What the lunar calendar pushers don't realize is that whatever name Rome gives the days of the week in their calendar, the Sabbath of the Lord will still be the Sabbath of the Lord. Just because Saturday of the Roman calendar coincides with the seventh day Sabbath of the Bible does not make the Sabbath of the Lord pagan. I can rename the days of the week to my liking and choose the word baloney for the seventh day, but me calling the seventh day baloney does not in any way make the seventh day Sabbath of the Lord baloney. It's common sense.
First, in order to hold to the Sabbath, you must be in tune to the dos and don ts. Travel distance, work of any kind. But let no man deceive you to they are keeping to the Sabbath when they break it regularly projecting they hold to it still. Gods word says to not judge to those who keep or not keep.

These people have no clue what they're talking about. Jesus is our eternal rest, not some day. No where in the New Covenant does it say anything about the Gentiles keeping the sabbath, and don't use the Gospels for they are still under the Old Covenant.
I ask Saturday Sabbath keepers. Think about it, the commandment says "SIX DAYS you will labor and do all of your work , and on the seventh day you will rest." So then, it is just as much a commandment to work six days (instead of five like most do) as it is to take off on the seventh day. If not, why not? I also ask the same question to people that believe that the Sabbath day has been changed to Sunday, (which I know is not the case.) Many of these people believe that it is imperative to take Sunday off. but what about it, either way, it is SIX DAYS that they are supposed to work, does it not say that? How is it observing the Sabbath day to work only five days a week, and be off both the Sabbath day and what the bible calls the Lord's day? Of course, I always said that God did His work in six days and rested one, and He is God, I feel like I need at least two days off.

If you read the requirement for keeping the sabbath day holy, it has nothing to do with the other six days all laboring, but the 7th day set apart from labor. If you read other texts that mention the sabbath you would come to a greater understanding concerning the sabbath. It says specifically" labor may be done" it is a not requirement to make the sabbath holy when it comes. The sabbath should be a delight and whatever you can control under your immediate care should be subject to sabbath observanceie..."within thy gates". Many here live in a non-sabbath keeping society. But, we are only anwserable to those things we have immediate control over. Man was never to suffer hardship because of the sabbath, never to hunger, or be neglected from needful things. Jesus came to show us how to keep the sabbath... not to do away with it.
Uh, sorry to break it to you, but the Sabbath WAS changed to Sunday, around the 4th century--we have historical records that say when and why. Heck recently the Pope himself has said it--it's not a secret.
Brother you preaching to the choir...I am 7th Day Adventist a sabbath keeper...You should expound how the Catholic church has no Biblical authority to do what they have done with 1st Day worship, Sunday. As a matter of fact any day could have been "the sabbath" but the 1st day. God could certainly have created the world in one day and rested another day but He could not have rested all day and created all the world on that same day "the First Day".. The Bible states we should rest from our labors. It doesn't say there should be no activity. Jesus well defined the way the sabbath should be kept and in it noone should have to suffer needs.

The commandment reflects back to the day at Creation when God(Jesus) (1) Hallowed (2) Blessed (3) Sanctified, a certain day which He calls and numbered the 7th Day. Names to weeks were given many centuries later by the Roman government as to which god they observed a certain day...and you still can only get 7 days in a week. God gave "the sabbath" at creation to all mankind as a blessed, hallowed and sanctified institution interval of time to spend with a Holy God. Any time you trample upon it you trample upon Holy time.(God made it holy not man) You can take human rest any time but the idea depicted here is that you have 6 days to do all of what you need to do ...ie work may be done. It is not a mandate to have to work 6 days. Isn't it strange to know when you look at the calendar and it states the first day is Sunday and people unconsciously call it "the weekend" ??? In as much as the other 9 of the 10 Commandments are in force today, so it is with the sabbath commandment. God did never leave to mankind to pick or chose which day is holy. God always establishes holiness. No where in the Bible is a certain commandment that points to Sunday worship as a day "holy to the Lord" or we have the right to chose which one we want to observe. Its totally a Catholic institution of its own authority and they admit it. "In it thou shall do no work" Jesus well defined how the sabbath was to be observed and He moreso is my example.1 Peter 2;21. the ideas of the temple leaders were unmerciful and unhumane. Jesus responded by saying the greatest commandment was "And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these." (Mark 12:30-31)

GoodFella Goodfella There are 2 different types of laws that are being talked about here. The Mosiac law, which was on the outside of The Ark, and the Ten Commandments which God wrote with his own finger. There are also 2 different types of Sabbaths. There are the yearly sabbaths, which are celebrations and feasts. Then there is The Sabbath, which was set up by God himself. Jesus said in Matthew 5:17-18 "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Phrophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assurdely, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not one jot or tittle will by no means mpass from the law till all is fullfilled." Even after Jesus was raised and ascended into Heaven the Apostles kept the Sabbath Day. You can search from Genesis to Revelation and there is not anywhere that says that you should keep another day Holy, other than The Sabbath. The Catholic Church transferred the solemnenity from Saturday to Sunday. They admit this. I chose to follow what God commands, not man.

GoodFella Goodfella 1st of all I would like to say, that I do not feel that I am saved by keeping The Law. It is only through the Grace of God through the sacrifice of Jesus that saves me. But please read Revelation 14:12, it says that if we love Him, we are to keep His Commandments, and have the faith of Jesus. In Psalms 19:7, His law is Perfect. Many like to quote Matthew 22:37 to say that we just have 2 new Laws to follow. But Jesus knew the hearts of those there, and he summed up the 10 Commandments into 2 Laws. First love God with all your heart sole and mind, which is from Deuteronomy 6:5 and 10:12. 2nd to love your neighbor as yourself, which is Deuteronomy 30:6. He said that upon these 2 hang the Whole of the 10 Commandments. They are like 2 nails to hang them one, the first is to show your love for God, the 2nd is to show your love for man. Isaiah 66:22-23. God is saying that he will create a new Heaven and a New Earth, and we shall worship him from one moon to another and one Sabbath to another. If the Sabbath was done away with, why would we do that AFTER Jesus has come back. We don't keep the Commandments to be saved, we keep the Commandments because we are saved. You can't find one place in the entire Bible that mentions that we are to worship on Sunday. The Catholic Church claims that responsibility. Bus as Joshua said. As an observant Jew, Jesus was circumcised (Luke 2:21.) He kept the Passover (Luke 22:15). There is no mention of his observing the Sabbath after his resurrection, even though he remained on the earth for some 40 days. That would include at least five Sabbath days.
The reason we find no further observance of the Sabbath is seen in the fact that the Sabbath and other Old Testament observances were abolished at the death of Christ. "When you were dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions, having canceled out the certificate of debt consisting of decrees against us, which was hostile to us; and He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. When He had disarmed the rulers and authorities, He made a public display of them, having triumphed over them through Him. Therefore no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day-things which are a mere shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ" (Colossians 2:13-17).
The Scripture says Christ took the decrees out of the way, having nailed them to the cross. Therefore, we are not to be judged any more concerning food or drink (dietary laws), or the observance of special days (including Sabbath days) or seasons. One commentary states: "The word 'judge' here is used in the sense of pronouncing a sentence. The meaning is, `since you have thus been delivered by Christ from the evils which surrounded you; since you have been freed from the observances of the law, let no one sit in judgment on you, or claim the right to decide for you in those matters'". The apostle Paul, by inspiration declares that the Sabbath day has no more significance to us any more than the feast days, etc. We do not live under the Old Testament system at this time.

All of the laws and ordinances that were foreshadows of Christ were nailed to the cross because He fulfilled these, as well as all the prophecies concerning His first appearing. Any law that did not foreshadow Christ’s coming, sacrifice and resurrection is still binding, such as the health and food laws.

The End of the Sabbath Law

I have read many of the comments from this video and other videos. Based on some of the comments it is no surprise those that do not believe in the one true living God want nothing to do with Him. I understand why. We that claim to be believers verbally assault one another. You may notice that I used the pronoun we. I have been guilty too.
There is a commandment given by Jesus that we tend to forget, John 13:34.
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
It is okay to disagree, but we lose credibility when we insult and verbally assault one another.
Finally, if you look closely at each of the people who Jesus encountered, He met them where they were spiritualy.
We need to try to understand where someone is coming from with the questions they ask rather than jumping to conclusions.
Remember, the more we bicker the more small battles Satan wins. We know Satan has already lost the war, but there are still battles to be won. Whether we like it or not we are on the front lines and in Satan's crosshairs.

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS CANNOT JUSTIFIED ANYBODY BEFORE GOD.

Now, put on your thinking cap. If the keeping of Ten Commandments were good enough to justified us before God, why would Jesus ask His Father to make another plan for our Salvation? In Lk 22: 39-44 in the Garden of Gethsemane Jesus pray three times for God to create another way. He even sweated blood in His agony, and told His Father that nothing was impossible for Him to do. God send an angel to strength Him, and He finally excepted to drink this better cup of suffering, knowing that the cross was the only way to justify all humanity before a Holy God.
Now there are millions of people still living under the Ten Commandments, trying to justify themselves by holding on to the Sabbath day of rest, but breaking must of the moral laws everyday, you have the Israelite of Judah, the Hasidic Jew from Judaism, the Islam beliefs and the The Seventh-day Adventist Church, there all seeking to be justify by the law, not having the understanding why the Ten Commandments were given, just as a loving parent lays down ground rules for his child to follow to lead a safe and successful life, God the Father gave us the Ten Commandments to help us and lead us to the only way of Salvation. Acts 4:10-12 then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, for Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” Jh 3: 14-16.
Jesus said, He is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Gal 3: 23-29. Before the coming of this faith, we were held in custody under the law, locked up until the faith that was to come would be revealed. So the law was our guardian until Jesus Christ came that we might be justified by faith. Now that Jesus has come, we are no longer under the law.
So in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are “Abraham’s seed”, and heirs according to the “promise.”

There seems to be a lack of discernment with regard to what Bible truth is. Assumptions seem to prevail in the doctrine of SDA concerning the Sabbath.
I am surprised that Brooks used Deuteronomy 5:12-15 which clearly stated why the command to keep the Sabbath was given in the first place. The reason stated for the command was for Israel to remember that God brought them out of Egypt [v 15]. NO EVIDENCE OF GOD COMMANDING ADAM AND EVE OR ANYONE ELSE BEFORE ISRAEL TO KEEP THE SEVENTH DAY AS ASSUMED BY SDA. The sabbath is a sign between God and Israel and not God's creation or mankind of a whole [as assumed by Brooks- Ex 31:12-17]
What about God's promise to bring an end to the Sabbath celebrations [Hosea 2:11]?
What about God promising that the Sabbath among other celebrations will be gone when the sun go down at noon and the earth be darken on the clear day [Amos 8:5, 9]?
That darkening of the earth came when Jesus was crucified [ mark 15:25-33]. therefore God did cause the celebration of Sabbath to cease just as he promised.
Now, what about the absence of a SABBATH COMMANDMENT for Christians?
What about Ellen G White [founder of SDA church in 1846] claiming that God gave her a special revelation to show that Sabbath commandment has not ceased?
Is it not simple to see that Mrs White had to make such a claim since she cannot find any command in the New Testament for Christians to keep the Sabbath?
The issue will be forever settled if Brooks or and other sabbaterian give the scripture where the Sabbath was commanded for CHRISTIANS to keep. .
Finally, I would like to ask, how can one today KEEP or BREAK the Sabbath law which has already taken away when Jesus died on the cross [Col 2:14-17]?

There were laws from God before the Lsraelites which should not be confused with the law given to the Israelites [Gen 26:5]
The covenant with the ten commandments [Deut 4:13] God made with Israel should not be confused with laws binding before before then [Deut 5:1-3]
Also the new covenant should not be confused with the old covenant which has the ten commandments. Jeremiah 31:31-34 clearly teaches that the new covenant will not be made according to the old one.
However, you are confusing the new covenant with the ten commandments of the old covenant.
To avoid that kind of confusion, the Bible shows that there has been a change of law [Heb 7:12]. Let us not pretend that Heb 7:12 does not exist.

Paul also said that we are "dead to the law" [Rom 7:4] and "are delivered from the law" [v 6]. The law in question includes "thou shalt not covet" [v 7]. we all know that the law DONE AWAY, and which we are DEAD TO and have been DELIVERED FROM includes the ten commandments. I am going to challenge your doctrine. Please explain how can a person today transgress the ten commandments which he is dead to and delivered from and which has been done away??? Due to the change of law Christ is now to be HEARD IN ALL THINGS [Acts 3:22-23]. Moses law is now to be heard in NOTHING. All nations are to be taught to observe what Christ commanded [ Matt 28:18-20]. Remember he is the one to be heard in all things [Acts 3:22]. Paul was "under law" to Christ [1 Cor 9:21] and he instructed Christians to "fulfill the law of Christ" [Gal 6:2]
When people transgress [sin] today, they transgress Christ's doctrine [2 John 9] since it is now impossible to transgress the DONE AWAY law written on stones [2 Cor 3:7-11].
Those who transgress Christ's teaching need forgiveness from him because they have sinned.. So my friend the absence of the ten commandments is not an absence of law. Law has been before the ten commandments, during the ten commandments and even after the ten commandments have been done away.

Richard Taylor - What is the matter with you? Pastor Brooks is preaching the 7th day Sabbath, which happens to fall on Saturday, so-called by Rome. God never named the days of the 7-day weekly cycle, except Sabbath. Each was numbered as the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. Only one had a name and it was the 7th day, which He called Sabbath.

You're teaching a false Sabbath on a pagan calendar. The calendar of Rome didn't exist prior to the year 46 BC, when it was created by a pagan Roman emperor. It's ridiculous to think a pagan Roman emperor created a calendar to honor the Sabbath of our Father.
History tells us, during the Roman conquest of Jerusalem, the Pharisee transferred their Babylonian lunar calendar Sabbath to the Roman calendar day of Saturn.
You have no scripture or commands to observe a Roman calendar Sabbath. I can prove Messiah Yahusha did not observe the Sabbath of the Roman calendar or the lunar calendar of Judaism.
I have a Facebook group to teach and discuss the calendar of our Father. The only scriptural instructions to formulate a calendar system are found in chapters 72-82 of the book of Enoch and confirmed as a second witness in the book of Jubilees. Sacrifices and ceremonial sabbaths and rituals were implemented as a shadow of things to come in Christ after sin entered.
Doing away with God's moral law of conduct you have no way to determine if you are a sinner in need of a saviour.
And if Jesus was our example(1 Peter 2:21) following after Him we can never go wrong.

Jesus was the perfect sabbath keeper ! Not a one time or occasional thing.
He set examples of good on the sabbath day and was criticized for it. Man was to never suffer because of the sabbath as He showed us. Acts of compassion are never limited by a day, whatever it is.

Christ came to redeem you" from the curse of the law" not to do away with it.(Gal. 3:3) He paid your penalty. He did not erase the Ten Commandments.

Magnifying does not mean that sin is magnified, but that God's law is re-enforced to be honorable and true. Jesus kept the law and God's holy day. Did you read in :28 where the Holy Ghost decided not to lay on the Gentile churches a great burden regarding the Law of Moses or the Law of God, now consider for one minute this statement since you or I are not greater than the Holy Ghost seeing he is God, if the Lord wanted the Gentile churches to obey the Sabbath it should be mentioned here in the beginning of all Gentile churches for a law or instruction or presidency so that all following generations would comply but this did not happen in fact and in truth here we have the full understanding of the will of God or what is called the word of God, thus if you decide to add the Sabbath or the SDA decides to add the Sabbath to the New Testament you are fighting against the will of God and the word of God seeing from the very beginning it was not the will of God to add it. You see God equates that animal with the mouse and scavengers. So have some mouse meat while you at it.

And so the implication is, based on this reasoning, when the lunar calendar pushers has their sabbath falling on Thursday that means tbey are worshiping Thor that month.
What the lunar calendar pushers don't realize is that whatever name Rome gives the days of the week in their calendar, the Sabbath of the Lord will still be the Sabbath of the Lord. Just because Saturday of the Roman calendar coincides with the seventh day Sabbath of the Bible does not make the Sabbath of the Lord pagan. I can rename the days of the week to my liking and choose the word baloney for the seventh day, but me calling the seventh day baloney does not in any way make the seventh day Sabbath of the Lord baloney. First, in order to hold to the Sabbath, you must be in tune to the dos and don ts. Travel distance, work of any kind. The End of the Sabbath Law

These people have no clue what they're talking about. Jesus is our eternal rest, not some day. No where in the New Covenant does it say anything about the Gentiles keeping the sabbath, and don't use the Gospels for they are still under the Old Covenant.
I ask Saturday Sabbath keepers. Think about it, the commandment says "SIX DAYS you will labor and do all of your work , and on the seventh day you will rest." So then, it is just as much a commandment to work six days (instead of five like most do) as it is to take off on the seventh day. If not, why not?
I also ask the same question to people that believe that the Sabbath day has been changed to Sunday, (which I know is not the case.) Many of these people believe that it is imperative to take Sunday off. but what about it, either way, it is SIX DAYS that they are supposed to work, does it not say that?
How is it observing the Sabbath day to work only five days a week, and be off both the Sabbath day and what the bible calls the Lord's day?
Of course, I always said that God did His work in six days and rested one, and He is God, I feel like I need at least two days off.

This is a silly and nonsensical.
If you read the requirement for keeping the sabbath day holy, it has nothing to do with the other six days all laboring, but the 7th day set apart from labor.
If you read other texts that mention the sabbath you would come to a greater understanding concerning the sabbath. It says specifically" labor may be done" it is a not requirement to make the sabbath holy when it comes. The sabbath should be a delight and whatever you can control under your immediate care should be subject to sabbath observanceie..."within thy gates". Many here live in a non-sabbath keeping society. But, we are only anwserable to those things we have immediate control over.
Man was never to suffer hardship because of the sabbath, never to hunger, or be neglected from needful things. Jesus came to show us how to keep the sabbath... not to do away with it.
Uh, sorry to break it to you, but the Sabbath WAS changed to Sunday, around the 4th century--we have historical records that say when and why. Heck recently the Pope himself has said it--it's not a secret.
Brother you preaching to the choir...I am 7th Day Adventist a sabbath keeper...You should expound how the Catholic church has no Biblical authority to do what they have done with 1st Day worship, Sunday.
As a matter of fact any day could have been "the sabbath" but the 1st day. God could certainly have created the world in one day and rested another day but He could not have rested all day and created all the world on that same day "the First Day"..
The Bible states we should rest from our labors. It doesn't say there should be no activity.
Jesus well defined the way the sabbath should be kept and in it noone should have to suffer needs.

The commandment reflects back to the day at Creation when God(Jesus) (1) Hallowed (2) Blessed (3) Sanctified, a certain day which He calls and numbered the 7th Day. Names to weeks were given many centuries later by the Roman government as to which god they observed a certain day...and you still can only get 7 days in a week.
God gave "the sabbath" at creation to all mankind as a blessed, hallowed and sanctified institution interval of time to spend with a Holy God. Any time you trample upon it you trample upon Holy time.(God made it holy not man)
You can take human rest any time but the idea depicted here is that you have 6 days to do all of what you need to do ...ie work may be done.
It is not a mandate to have to work 6 days.

In as much as the other 9 of the 10 Commandments are in force today, so it is with the sabbath commandment.
God did never leave to mankind to pick or chose which day is holy. God always establishes holiness. No where in the Bible is a certain commandment that points to Sunday worship as a day "holy to the Lord" or we have the right to chose which one we want to observe. Its totally a Catholic institution of its own authority and they admit it.

GoodFella Goodfella There are 2 different types of laws that are being talked about here. The Mosiac law, which was on the outside of The Ark, and the Ten Commandments which God wrote with his own finger. There are also 2 different types of Sabbaths. There are the yearly sabbaths, which are celebrations and feasts. Then there is The Sabbath, which was set up by God himself. Jesus said in Matthew 5:17-18 "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Phrophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assurdely, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, not one jot or tittle will by no means mpass from the law till all is fullfilled." Even after Jesus was raised and ascended into Heaven the Apostles kept the Sabbath Day. You can search from Genesis to Revelation and there is not anywhere that says that you should keep another day Holy, other than The Sabbath. The Catholic Church transferred the solemnenity from Saturday to Sunday. They admit this. I chose to follow what God commands, not man.

1st of all I would like to say, that I do not feel that I am saved by keeping The Law. It is only through the Grace of God through the sacrifice of Jesus that saves me.
But please read Revelation 14:12, it says that if we love Him, we are to keep His Commandments, and have the faith of Jesus.
In Psalms 19:7, His law is Perfect.
Many like to quote Matthew 22:37 to say that we just have 2 new Laws to follow. But Jesus knew the hearts of those there, and he summed up the 10 Commandments into 2 Laws. First love God with all your heart sole and mind, which is from Deuteronomy 6:5 and 10:12. 2nd to love your neighbor as yourself, which is Deuteronomy 30:6. He said that upon these 2 hang the Whole of the 10 Commandments. They are like 2 nails to hang them one, the first is to show your love for God, the 2nd is to show your love for man.
Isaiah 66:22-23. God is saying that he will create a new Heaven and a New Earth, and we shall worship him from one moon to another and one Sabbath to another. If the Sabbath was done away with, why would we do that AFTER Jesus has come back.
We don't keep the Commandments to be saved, we keep the Commandments because we are saved.
You can't find one place in the entire Bible that mentions that we are to worship on Sunday. The Catholic Church claims that responsibility.

Acts 15:21 was not talking about followers of jesus, but rather those who read and preached moses , but have not yet come to know Christ.
Isa 56 was instructions under the law of Moses. Sabbath command is not given under the grace of Christ. That was before the gospel of Christ come into effect [v 1-2]
Heb 4:9 speaks of a rest promised by God [Heb 4:1] for his people. That was not a command. The command to keep sabbath was to end [Hosea 2:11; Amos 8:5; 9], and it ended when Christ died [Col 2:14-17].
Isa 66:23 speaks of continual WORSHIP and not Sabbath keeping. "One new moon to another" means the whole month while "one sabbath to another" means the whole week. Like the SDA you have mixed up sabbath keeping with worship although sabbath keeping was weekly and worship is daily.

You are right about "no Sabbath no other 9 eithe" because the ministry written on stones has been DONE AWAY [2 Cor 3:7-11]. The law with the ten commandments [Rom 7:7], Christians are DEAD TO [v 4] and DELIVERED FROM [v 6]. So my friend, they are all gone.
Proving that Gentiles who joined themselves to Israel kept sabbath is no proof that followers of Christ are to keep sabbath. THAT IS WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVE.
Acts 15:21 says NOTHING about Christ's followers keeping Sabbath. In fact that verse said NOTHING about sabbath keeping at all. Leaving home and going out to synagogues [public assemblies] is a violation of sabbath keeping instruction [Ex 16:29-30]. Sabbath assemblies were confined to the home. Going out of there was a violation. So you did not prove anything. You can be spicy in your language, but you have to Bible proof of followers of Christ keeping sabbath or commanded to keep sabbath. That law was nailed to the cross [Col 2:14-17]. So we will see who has the "lies". Meeting at synagogues to preach and hear Moses is not sabbath keeping.
Isaiah 66:23 was not discussing the keeping of any day. It was discussing worship.. God is to be worshiped continually for the whole month and the whole week. New moon to new moon means whole month, and sabbath to sabbath means whole week. The blessing and hallowing of a day within the week is significant o to God alone unless he commands us to keep that day he sanctified. However, Isaiah 66 says nothing about Sabbath keeping or mew moon keeping, but it speaks of worship alone.
What you need to know is that there is a change of law [Heb 7:12]. We are now to hear Jesus rather than Moses [Matt 17:1-9]. Even Moses predicted that [Acts 3;22-23], but you still fail to see it.. So we are now to keep commands from Christ and not commandments from Moses.
You can accuse me of cherry picking from scripture, but you have nothing from scripture to support that YOU are obligated by God to keep sabbath. The SCRIPTURE IS AGAINST YOU!!!The sabbath law is gone!!!
***** Matt 5;17-18 proves the point that Christ came to fulfill what Moses said in the law. Moses said that Christ is now to be heard in all things [Acts 3:22] which implies that Moses' law will no longer be heard.
James was referring to Christ's law of liberty which we are now to hear. There has been a change of law [heb 7:12] which you choose to ignore. That is why you confused James 2;8-13 with Matt 5:17-18]. verse 18 of matt 5 shows that the law will pass away when Jesus fulfills it. That is exactly what happened.
Christ law clearly stated that the abolished ordinances include that of the sabbath [col 2:14-16].
