Kudo's for putting the tabs at the top of the screen instead of the bottom where most youtubers put them. The red line is always in the middle of the low E, and A strings.

Uh oh, yes the ring finger is "threading the needle" so to speak. It's hard for me to diagnose the issue without seeing your hand, but maybe this video will help?
